I know I'm not the first person to give this feedback but the new UI is a disaster. I don't know what you did in the background and if it was a tech stack upgrade but it spoiled everything. Using the app without the dark mode is the most unpleasant experience. The previous version itself was amazing and we all got used to it very well. As a user I don't see a need for a new UI. You have tried to fix something that was not broken. Please bring back the old UI.

why this is so much difficult to reach to customer executive. I have tried so many times but still till now I Didn't able to get connected with them. seriously it is so much frustrating, my emi for autopay was cancelled my the aap but still I didn't able to delete the autopay for my that particular transaction, seriously there is no solution, i trying so many times to connect with them but didn't able to do that and the more shocking thing ,it is showing my query was resolved, which is not true.

everything is okay. I want to suggest some addon. that is it is better if we can get the sum of credit and debit for each phone number/bank account, we are sending to or receiving from. this helps for analysing how much we have paid to/got from that particular person. and to address the load, we can add date,month,year filters.

Phonepe Wallet is one of the best - it allows easy and secure payment transfers without deducting even a single rupee. One of the most useful features is that it provides a UPI ID for the wallet. I just have one small request: please consider providing a wallet QR code along with the wallet ID to make receiving payments even easier. Also, if there's a way to link the wallet with DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer), it would be even more beneficial. Thank you.. 👋

it's been more than 11 days and my application is updated. I had my money on upi lite. but now it's not showing. from past 11 days it's showing as technical issue and I think they removed it. i logged out and logged in back to check for the option but didn't found that. i followed up with creating ticket but they are so careless and that too they are not taking it seriously. I not able to use my money.

Help! I am your user since 2017 but when I updated the application after 2nd January 2026 then all my previous transaction history (2025, 2024 so on) is not appearing. I have tried all your possible communication options to contact you to raise this concern but none of the options has any appropriate action to select to proceed further which is related to this issue. I also tried all possible combinations (Last 30, 90, 180, 365 days, Financial year options etc.) but none of them worked.

I purchased a JioMart e-gift card worth ₹564 on the PhonePe app because it showed a flat 2.25% cashback. At the time of purchase, there was no mention in the terms and conditions that this offer had expired, so I assumed the cashback would be credited. After not receiving it for several days, I contacted customer support and was told that the offer had ended in 2025. If the offer was already expired, why was the cashback still visible on the app, and why were the correct terms not shown clearly?

I have been using PhonePe for a long time and it is one of the best UPI apps in India. The app is smooth, fast, and very reliable for daily payments and money transfers. I am really happy with the overall experience. 😊 If any new user wants to start using UPI payments, I would definitely suggest PhonePe. 🤩 However, recently ads are appearing more frequently inside the app. I kindly request the team to reduce ads to make the experience even better. If this improves, it truly deserves 5 stars!

Today, I received a message from a masked number on PhonePe. I am unable to block or delete the chat, or take any action on it. The message was clearly fraudulent in nature (“Hi, nice to meet you”). I work in IT and am aware of such scam patterns. My concern is why PhonePe is not able to prevent or filter these kinds of messages before they reach users. Nowadays, such fraud attempts are very common, and applications like PhonePe should be capable of detecting and blocking them proactively.

random glitches happening all the time , whenever I try to open the app and go to check balance it doesn't let me instead takes me to the starting interface and even if I somehow reach to it then the screen goes blank. Yes whenever I do any transaction usually there used to be a "payment done" page but now it don't come anymore,screen just get freezed and it is still happening after clearing cache files and all the app data , deleting and installing the app multiple times... please help 😤

A person accidentally sent me ₹1,000 instead of ₹100(for cash in hand) via UPI due to a typo. When I immediately tried to refund the extra amount from my Transaction History, I found it impossible to do so quickly. The history tab had, •No 'Pay' or 'Send Back' button. •Cannot copy the UPI ID. •No phone number visibility. Phonepe is indeed fast but, today i had to manually type out the payers phone number to send the money back. This is a poor user experience. Please consider fixing this!

I'm going to uninstall you because I'm not getting the voice command receiver message notification option, which is only available in the business APK file. I don't want to use the business APK file. It would be great if I could get the sound alert option here. "Dear Developer, I appreciate your app, but I have a suggestion. It would be great if the app had a payment announcement feature. This would save us from constantly checking our phones and allow us to focus on our work. Thanks,

Now a days Phonepe working very worst, so many failed transactions and pending, processing, my own account transaction also pending, debited in my account very fast and instant but added to my another account taking 48hrs, r u joking, don't make fool, very worst 48hrs finished,now again rollback to my account taking 5 working days, no option to contact customer care or chat agent

Dear phone pe. Please be a payment app for people. Don't be greedy. Do keep increasing you platform fees. Great app but if service that have alternative if been charged more on your platform then I guess people will start looking for alternative platform. Contact is pathetic. Remove AI bot and place real people that can be reached. Not just options that result in ultimately disappoint.

PhonePe services sucks. Amazon Payments is better option. High platform fee on PhonePe, no fee on Amazon. Take days to update service payments like Electricity bill or FASTag, Amazon does it instantly. All technical issues always comes first to PhonePe, Amazon barely has these. No proper customer support just trying to sell SIP and Insurance.

PhonePe is one of the best UPI payment apps I have ever used! The interface is very simple, clean, and user-friendly, making transactions quick and hassle-free. Payments are processed instantly without any delays, and the app works smoothly every time. I really like the wide range of services available — from mobile recharge and electricity bill payments to insurance and investments — everything is available in one place. The cashback offers and rewards are also very attractive and beneficial.

Everything is working well, but I’m facing an issue in the Money Transfers section. Under the "To Mobile Number" option, there are many random numbers that I used only once. Over time, the list has become very long, and there is currently no option to hide or delete these numbers. Please add a hide or delete option to improve the user experience.

Scratch card was received, but it is not getting scratched and no reward was credited. The biggest problem is that there is no proper customer support or live chat option in the app for reward-related issues. I tried a lot, but there is no way to contact support for this problem. This is very disappointing. If issues like this are not resolved, how can users trust this app? PhonePe team, please look into this issue and reply with a solution as soon as possible.

very bad app. they hv made my phone number as default UPI number on phone pe without my permission..I strictly refused to make it my default UPI number..now all payment threw any UPI goes to phone pe.. I tried to remove it but there is no option in app to do this..and I tried to call customer care but there is also no option to talk to executive. I tried to chat but there is only hv to choose option, not to type your concern, worst Application it's better to use other app.like GPay, Paytm Uno et
