Photo Editor Effect- Pic Layer

I'm giving this a 4 for the simple fact that it has been 2 years and it hasn't been updated, it's all the same backdrops and images. Once you've ran through the handful you like you're pretty much stuck nothing new ever gets added. However the 4 comes in play because once you're done with the edit the photos of friends or family make for great mini canvas gifts.

This is a pretty awesome app so far. Download and play, didn't have to create an account for it. It's super easy to use and fes the exact job as you see on the templates. For someone like me who is a total beginning in photo editing or anything creative apps. It's easy, cute. I like it. Very colorful. It's free, So far the ads run on top, which I much prefer than having to watch the same 30 second video over and Over again.

Excellent app...brilliant for placing your "cut-out" image on another background. Very easy to use! Just a helpful tip: for best results, make sure your image is clear and sharp, and try to have the surrounding area as clear of other "clutter" as possible.,i.e. no other people close by,or trees overhanging etc,etc. The clearer the background, the more professional the result will be! Just one problem: you can't reverse your cut-out image to suit the new background better.

Why did you update the app?? It was working fine, and now you can not use it. As soon as you click on something, it stops working.. you get a message saying this app has stopped working, and yes, I have deleted and reinstalled it.. I will give you some advice test your updates before you release them !!!!

Great app for special effects & making gifs! Very unique designs made by everyday artists! I like that they're helping make money from their art! Not TOO many ads and plenty of designing is free! And I like that they don't force you to sign up for a deceptive, sneaky "free trial" that could easily result in an unexpected charge on your card to use it! It would be great they could work out a deal with advertisers to get premium features in exchange for watching videos! I don't always have cash.

Excellent removal tool for the subject's surroundings. However, the background choices are so limited. Can we select different background than what you provided? ***update: there's an option to pick your own background. Is there a paid version for those don't want to see the ads?

If u wanna take a regular pic and make it look 10x better this is a gud app. But not for me keep up the gud work tho 👍🏽. Pros: can cut out your favorite part of photos Easy to use Great images to mess around with Auto crops images Free No ads (tht I saw) Cons: can only use their graphics aka no customizing No features beyond the one I mentioned above When the app auto crops u may end up wit little to none of ur photo

This app is very easy to use, you just get a picture and you can edit it, there are a good amount of options to choose from when editing the picture, and you can even try some which are locked, if you watch an add, really like the app! Completely recomend it if you are looking for a picture editing app!

Really nice has great potential. but it needs more updates I've had this for a long time and I haven't seen probably know updates at all for more than a year.Now forces itself closed every time he can't even use it Yes I'll be deleting it.

It's only lacking the option to add other people to the picture the same way that would be amazing if it does all the work for you and you can get multiple people from other pictures and add them to it and it is also lacking the option to remove background and save it as transparent and it's lacking the option to add custom backgrounds that's all

Its cool. It didnt work the first few times. Might be my internet. But if you draw an image, make sure you keep it in that object or person, not out lining them, but filling in the blank. I just started. It does look cool so far. I want to use it for book cover design. 😳 I wonder if thats okay.

Ok listen right I've used "YOUR" app but don't you think when "YOU" display the things that can be used "WE" can use them but I find you can only use "2" I know you guys see this to so fix the issue people are seeing and maybe just maybe it would be a "5" star rating because you can't display something on the app and not have them on there after your issue that needs fixing. Now this is something everything can agree on don't you guys think.

So far I'm loving this. I just wish it worked well enough on my dogs photos. For humans it works good enough but animals not so much. I recently had to put my dog down in March and I wanted to do something nice with one of his pics. Shame. For this you get three stars. Edit: Also, sometimes it cuts off the photo. Like a line goes through them. An empty spot.

I don't understand why this app has such a high rating. Don't get me wrong, this app is loaded with awesome features & has the potential of being a 5 star app. But in order to edit a photo, you MUST edit a photo the app provides for you. Not one of your own photos. This makes all of the potentially awesome features less that worthless. There is no tutorial, no help link, no dialogue explaining anything at all. I would leave zero stars if the play store didn't make me choose at least 1.

Very fast ideas can be made with a push of a button. Not only that you can re size and edit out parts of the original picture you may not want. ( eraser tool ). So many ideas. If you're just learning graphics, you can also fool people like You've been doing this for years.. 😂

Would love to see full background removal for objects not just people. Cool app though. You've got the hard part 〽️ done. Knock out the objects portion and I'd call it perfect. Thank you for your work, time and practice. Keep up the good work keeping it 💯.

I do recommend this app. It contains plenty of frames, they add new frames frequently which is nice if you use it a lot. It's simple to navigate your pic around in the frame so you can place it where you like which rules out inaccurate placement. I gave 5 stars for a quality app.

This used to deserve 5 stars and beyond it was so easy to create beautiful photos with the click of a button but now it has become completely useless very sad hopefully it's fixed soon because there is no other app like it.

The app is epic! But there is one small problem, in order to make it perfect you have to let us use some small tools like editing the colors and filtring the pics while having the pic on a layer! Overall the app is great but pictures still look off. We neeeeed to filter and color fix the pics.

It's fun I like it it gives the pictures a kind of flavor and a kind of pop to the pictures in case of the people that they don't want sing but they don't want seeing something behind them or or just like wanted to really nice photos is like really it's a really good product So if a friend of mine asked if I would recommend this yes I would definitely recommend this I would definitely give you guys I would definitely give you guys a full rating
