Photo ID Matcher

Trying to test this app for you and it won't go any further than the first screen cause it wants me to connect to WiFi. I have an unlimited cell phone plan, my cell phone is my home WiFi. So I can already tell you that you should make that optional, but maybe with a warning that it will use a lot of data without a WiFi connection. There could even be a pop-up that the person has to click 2-3 times that warns them and they're fully aware of the amount of data, otherwise you're missing customers.

Required to use this app for click worker task. Question is, WHY? It's impossible to complete it successfully. When the round oval comes up that I'm supposed to center my face in, a d be able to move closer or back, it seems to capture whatevers in the oval at the first second and then just sits. Forever. Not moving, not doing anything. It's supposed to be taking a video selfie but does nothing. And why, after you can see there are HUNDREDS of 1 stars, has nothing been done to fix it???????

why does it look like it's been set up to work only with a WIFI connection? All it needs to get to operate should be an internet connection whether WIFI or not. I'm sure only that feature will get a lot of people stuck

Failed so many times I lost count. I wasted 30 minutes doing this for nothing. I'd honestly make sure to stay away from this app if you want to keep your sanity.

Does not work. No Camera feedback is captured in the oval.

My rating is 1 🌟 star. I looked for a WiFi but for 2 hours it kept telling me i have to retake the picture although I followed all instructions. I'm at my wit end. It eventually worked once but I couldn't match my id picture. Even though I took the picture just 3 years ago. Please do something about this else I wouldn't be able to carry out the task.

App doesn't work. Crashes. Doesn't take any pictures and doesn't go beyond providing instructions to frame your face in the oval and then press I'm ready. Then... NOTHING. Either it must sits like that or app stops working and it automatically closes. Second day in a row trying to make it work.

Application Not Working! After I downloaded the Application on my Android device as directed via the download link from my clickworker account, it kept asking me to connect to a Wi-Fi unnecessarily as I've got more than enough internet data connection on my mobile network to enable me do the entire install process... Due to this glitch, I'm unable to get through to the next step in order to access the Code that was supposed to be sent to my device. I'll be glad to review this comment when fixed.

I'm stuck at the first screen which say connect to a wifi. I'm also unable to identify my face, I'm unable ro test this app. I hope this will be sorted as soon as possible so that users won't be disappointed. This app will definitely be a good one if these problems will be sorted as soon as possible as AI is improving rapidly. At some point, I was able to get access to the main screen but unable to take my ID. Unable to test.

The app is not working completely. It keeps on requesting that I connect to a wifi connection of which my mobile data is working fine. The one star on this rating is just so I can be able to post this. May the app developers make sure that they fix this glitch

I experienced a challenge while testing this app. It required me to connect to the wifi (wireless) network and unfortunately, I couldn't access it by time of a test. Therefore, it isn't affordable to many people because it's not possible for all people to get access to the wifi network.

This does not work, certainly not on my phone, tried to take a picture over 10 times in loads of different areas and lighting, either tells me the picture is not good enough or gets stuck on the authentication screen.

The app makes absolutely no sense. It is a mobile app an yet it requires a wifi connection and gives no option to switch to mobile data, which makes it inconvenient. There should atleast be an option to switch between mobile data and a wifi connection on the app configuration.

Still needs improvement my phone's camera is better than this. Always takes blurry photos so didn't accepted by this

app is terrible at taking photos i tried 15 times and images were not good enough

Worst app. 1.Not letting you connect using cellular data. 2. The phone capture is not even working. I keep on getting try again even for more than 10 times. Does the developers even looking at all the comments and reviews for this app? All are saying the same issue

The overall experience with the ID Matcher app was smooth and user-friendly. Most of the steps were easy to follow, and the verification process was quick. However, I faced a slight issue with the selfie step — it took a few tries to get it accepted. Apart from that, everything worked perfectly and the app functioned well throughout the task.

I wasn't able to use the app because it required me to use my wifi connection instead of my mobile data. I think with that, the app become not so user friendly as somehow most of the people nowadays prefer to use their data. specially when they're not in home.

There is a delay when taking photos for 3D face scan and you have to hold the phone in the same position even after it says it's taken the photo. I held the phone in one place until it said upload completely and that seemed to work.
