if there is a rotation on the AI photo transformations then there should be a consistant rotation and the ability to transform a photo more than 3 times... I wanted the same one I got last time, and THEN I just wanted a photo without cartoon faces or trying to complete my dog improperly... one transformation didn't even look like my dog.. other than that I love the app...

CVS offered a deal through T-Mobile Tuesdays for a free image using THEIR Ai generated holiday backgrounds. From what I could see, because you can't zoom in all the way, the image looked fine. When I had it printed, their own AI generated backgrounds where COMPLETELY pixelated. I was intending it as a gift. Instead, it ended up as trash. I tried to contact them regarding this issue and got no response. If they're going to sell something, they should make sure it works properly. Buyer beware.

Online I was able to upload photos from my Google Drive. The app doesn't give that option. I've tried to upload photos from my Drive and it doesn't work. It gives you a "bad request" error message so nothing you chose uploads. Even if it uploads to the app, it doesn't save the photos. You have to buy prints right on the spot or they don't save. I uploaded and edited my photos then briefly left the app to copy my promo code. When I came back, my cart emptied. Nothing saved. It's useless.

app is great, was a little hard for me in the beginning to use. This is due to I have no experience in using the T-moble Lite app ,for the free photos. But after a couple of times I found out how to use. Love that I can get photo orders this way. Do wish it could be a just touch app with the code, go to photo and choose, then automatically after touch done goes to order and print. Anyway maybe someday you,ll find a faster, simplified way ,for us who are not too good with using apps. "Thanks"

wow amazing! I was looking for a photo magnet that could be delivered in the next couple weeks, staples was 5 times the price with a $9 shipping fee and no option to pick up in store. online companies had minimal options and high shipping fees also. then I stumbled across CVS photo app and not only was it reasonably priced, but I can pick up from the store, it's ready in the next few days and no shipping cost. THANK YOU!

Uploading and having it printed worked just fine, but never received a confirmation for pickup, after I dug around for a support email, I gave up and took a shot in the dark. The print was ready, and support got back to me 4 days later, letting me know that yes it was ready. If you want to blindly try and pick up your print it works just fine, just don't expect any ability to check on the status.

How can a photo app not have a section to alter the images you want to print? Not even a simple croption. Also, when ordering with a code, there's no where for that or paying online. App says the discount will be applied automatically but there's nowhere to confirm this, you just have to wait for email confirmation to see real price. There is also no way to see past orders. Overall, good for straight printing photos but many features missing with what capabilities are today.

The app allows you to order prints from your phone and even connects to your online accounts. But there are several important features missing in this app. You can't pay from the app, so you can't apply promo codes. If you can't make it to the store the same day to pick your order, the promo codes may expire. There is no way to review and edit/cancel your order history from the app. I couldn't find a way to crop photos to align with standard sizes like 4x6,5x7 etc.

Not good. The crop function is absolutely useless. There is no real cropping ability. You can only slightly move the image in the crop area. The rotation wouldn't save until trying it 3 times. After selecting one photo to print (wanted to try before committing too much) it is now stuck on 'Prepare photos....'. I think it means 'preparing photos'. Saw an ad and thought the idea was useful, I want to print more pictures. This is not how I'll be doing it. Not through CVS. I've been waiting 10min

I no longer have the problems I experienced before. It's convenient that it saves your progress, but there's also no undo button or confirmation for edits. Nonetheless, it's a very easy-to-use app. Although it already allows you to select from different albums and galleries throughout your phone, it also does not recognize many of the other ones, forcing us to find a solution to transfer the photos we do want to the available albums. There's no reviewing your past orders.

Getting pictures up is easy and it saves your progress when you get out of the app which is great. I have a huge issue however, with the order veiwing and handing. Once you order the photos, there is no simple option to cancel the order. There should be a button. A simple button will take the frustration away and turn this into 5 stars. The app is TOO simple. To the point where they left out important apects.

It's great, but could be better. The prints come out the same quality as what they are on my device. No blurryness or anything. The app is pretty easy to use, but I do wish there was options to CVS promo and discount codes. Edit: The past week or two I've been trying to make an order and they've been coming out blurry every single time. They've only done this once before when I kept crashing the app by putting in 30 photos at once and taking a bunch off when I was narrowing them down.

This app is horrible at letting you know where your pictures will be cropped. It shows a huge area to work with, and I really don't think that's where the margin and bleed line are. I guess I will find out when I pick out my pictures later, how they are going to look. And, if the cropping is bad,I'll have to hear from some teenage child that I should have followed the "cropping tool" on the app...even though I centered each one of my prints. After 20 years of experience, I know photo printing.

App interface was easy and intuitive, but it did not crop the photos properly. Before ordering you have the option to resize the crop of the photo, but when it was sent to the store to be printed apparently that specification was lost and the original non-cropped photo was printed. Also another one of my photos was cropped in a bit when I didn't size it like that... so I really don't know what the heck is happening. TL;DR Don't use it.

Be wary of using this app. Its a pretty straightforward process. Select some pictures, select a store, hit print, go pick them up. Only when I got to the store the photos had never printed and there was no way for them to look up my order to reprint. They said the only thing I could do was contact the app directly. I've emailed the support email twice and no one ever replied. So if you use this app, be prepared to never actually get your pictures.

If you just want to print your photos exactly the way they're saved, this is fine. Esp if you are rushing and you just want to print a bunch of 4x6 or other very standard sizes. The cropping "tool" is easy to use, but it's absolutely inaccurate. These days we all have selfies, and that means they're right up close, so keep in mind even if you don't crop your photo, it's going to be trimmed a little and that means faces are gonna be even more zoomed in! Other features are non-existent or broken.

Initially I was excited because the app was simple to use, especially the cropping. Well, there's a reason. It doesnt work! My family ordered 50 pictures from 5 different phones (so you know the error is not personal or from the phone) and ALL of the orders came with the cropping messed up. Heads cut off, pics off centered. Who has time for this? UNINSTALL.

Same issue as the cvs website. Forces the top and bottom of the image to align with the print size top and bottom. Which causes wider pictures to have their sides cut off. You need to allow the image to be zoomed. Or an option to fit horizontal, instead of a forced vertical fit. I want the ENTIRE image. I'm ok with trimming off some white space after the print. Really ridiculous that this isn't a feature. Really poorly thought out.

I do like this app, it's very convenient and the photos are great quality and come for a great price. But there doesn't seem to be a way to track your photos - photos you've previously printed, those you requested and are ready for pick up. I ordered photos and got a confirmation screen, but no confirmation number or email. I don't see a queue to confirm the status of my order or if there's a problem. I had to call the store to confirm and of course they said they didn't receive the order.

I recently put together a photo scrapbook for my son who graduated HS and turned 18. I put a lot of work into this project and it took me a long time to go through MANY pics from Shutterfly over the years which were uploaded to CVS. The CVS photo app made it MUCH EASIER!! The cost was very reasonable and the turn around time was excellent. I made many last minute additions to the scrapbook and all I had to do was click on the app and add another photo(s) and place a quick order! It was great!
