Hire me to fix this app. Same rate as the one you have. I will have it working in one month. Oct 2025 it's STILL completely unusable. Reviews from 1 year ago, same problems. Can't login to old account. Can't reset the old account per instructions. Creating a new account you can't add cars. Not even every make and model is available to add (previously had them added). Just have to use the website for now, which still works.
With this new update the alerts no longer come in. You now have to go into the app and manually check to see if there any alerts. Before, if you had a car in your garage you could click on it and it would give you all the locations that this car was in. Now you have to select each yard one by one to see if the car is there. This is annoying and time consuming. The only thing I like from this update is being able to zoom in on the photos. Leave the zoom in feature and go back to the old app.
This was a decent app until recently. In the "garage" section you can save models by years, and if you have all your favorite yards saved, the app will alert you when a vehicle you listed has become available! But now when I try to select anything in the app, it just hangs up and closes Still wish there was multi-yard inventory search; and it should be a no-brainer to let me open and enlarge vehicle pictures. Finally, a VIN reference and search would be stupendous!!
Very useful app for finding what car I need before driving to a particular location. My only problem recently is I am no longer getting Alerts when a car from my garage is added. It used to work fine and I haven't changed any settings. Once fixed the app will get five stars from me! Please fix this ASAP as having to check manually throughout the day is brutal!!!
It's just bad, who ever they hired to update this app needs to be fired. The old app format was better and easier to look at. Looking thru the vehicle alerts is harsh on the eyes with the black text and white background close together. The app freezes clicking on vehicle inventory. New cars aren't showing up in "My Garage" only the new vehicle alert will show them. Have to go thru each yard to check inventory on the web browser. I've given up on this app.
Every time I go to locations, it throws me out and I have to get back in. Locations cannot be accessible at any time. Most locations have doubles of each vehicle. I have gone to a location for a vehicle and find a vehicle that I have listed in my garage, but isn't listed, but there it is. Very frustrating. Plus my points are temporarily incorrect at all times I have the receipts and no reward points. What's going on with your website ?
New UI will not let you sync mobile and online accounts, nice! Completely broke the app, and cause it to run insanely slow as well! Have to manually re-add every vehicle from the online account on the mobile one, even though they use the same email. Also multiple UI buttons do absolutely nothing and things aren't loading in/ broken UI. Classic example of don't fix what ain't broke.
App was working like a dream for awhile but then started crashing whenever I tried used the Location feature. Now I'm unable to browse the yards for stuff. Being able to go straight to a vehicle's exact spot in the yard without having to ask the counter person was priceless. Now the Notifications don't come but there are new items in the Alerts tab. So I'm stuck checking for new things in the Alerts tab daily. Not being able to get alerts definitely makes makes me not want to visit your yard.
*UPDATE* They seem to have fixed all the crashing issues but there is still an issue with not getting notifications when my vehicle hits the yard! It would be nice to know when new inventory is added without having to remember to open the app and check! I used to get notified every time but now nothing! Very frustrating! 🤨 Gonna update from 1 star to 2 stars until they fix!
App is absolutely useless now. It went from bad to worse when it updated to the current look with the new logo. I cannot even login at all. I'm using the same exact email address and password that I use when logging into the website, but shows an error when logging into the app. Works fine on my old phone as long as I don't update the app. Whomever your developer is, fire them.
I understand the reason to update, but can't login to the new app. Looks like I have to create a new login AND it looks like I've lost my garage. Not a great update. I've tried Forgot My Password, to the email I setup, with the user ID, but sadly, no email. No warning about the update. Received an alert for a vehicle in my garage but found the app automatically updated.
Not good full screen images of inventory. Cannot zoom in on vehicles. Click on areas during app navigation doesn't respond. Map system is not accurate. Also, I never get text alerts; only email alerts even when option is checked. Email alerts are late and sometimes miss the opportunity for early inventory.
The app profile and the online profile doesn't talk to each other. That makes it less than useless. Trying to log on as a sheer and utter waste of my time. unfortunately, I can't comment as to the rest of the app because it doesn't let me log on under my normal profile.
The app needs serious work, the email notifications are no longer coming in and the app notifications dont really work either, the links to the car dont take you to the car anymore, the website doesn't keep you logged in anymore and makes you log back in every time you get a hit on a car. Pick Your part please hire any highschooler to fix your app and website.
Everything about this app (and company) is trash. Nothing works anymore and yet somehow it keeps getting worse. I'm honestly surprised they dont charge for this app and then throw on some hidden fee without telling you at checkout. At this point I'm pretty sure the whole LKQ company is just a money laundering ring and they don't actually want to sell car parts. Its a shame that they have managed to buy out all the other yards in my area and have a monopoly on the used parts business
feb 7th 2026 app seems to be stuck in rewind! lately since new owners were announced, the app does not work! before today the app was sketchy at best! now its useless! did the new owners perhaps not get the app with purchase of the business?
i get what they are going for but its easier to just use the website. what do you expect from the people that have you talk to an overseas call center to schedule a pick up for a yard down the street from you...

This app is garbage and does not work correctly, mobile alerts do not work and have not worked for some time. Lkq is ripping customers off with admission fees, the price of admission is supposed to go towards your purchase and if you look at your receipt when you check out you are charged 3 dollars for admission and credited 3 dollars for admission essentially canceling each other out. Time to file a class action lawsuit against lkq, 20 complainants are needed for class certification.
Overpriced, too much bait & switch pricing. too many times of parts not arriving at date and time promised. too many times being quoted prices over the phone & Arriving at there store front only to be told a higher price or some jackazz selling the promised part/s. There u-pull-it yards aren't much better, 98% of the time you can forget about finding a good driveshaft. I've been to many other u-pull-it yards & been able to find a driveshaft/ Suspension part etc., not bend/broken to hell & back!
