update, Apparently there is no longer a free version. uninstalled. I wanted to try pilates, but the studios are booked and very expensive. This app is kicking my behind, in a good way. The workouts are just long enough and the time passes quickly. Update at day 28, app keeps crashing, I have to restart my phone to resolve it. I wish there were easier variations illustrated. I'm old and injured and can't do all the moves. I'm just making variations up that I can do.

The instructions voice doesn't work that well, if you've restarted/repeat a day routine or want to start in the middle of a routine to get to a particular exercise the trainer voice and count down timer stop functioning. The amount of ads is also pretty annoying. I get it's free but other apps have only 1 ad at a time where as this one has 3 or 4 in a row. The exercises are good but the app itself is a little annoying.

I used to love this app and paid for the premium no-ad version. It kept track of my weight and I could reset the progress each month to start over again. However, with the most recent update, every time I reset my progress, it immediately resets to show all days are completed again when I log back in. I've cleared the cache, logged out and back in again multiple times, even uninstalled and reinstalled. I've reached out to support and got no response. Still cannot reset my progress.

It's NOT a 7 day free trial as promised. since the first time, whenever I opened the app, an ad to purchase the full version appears. Tried to start my first day, and the ad appears again to purchase. Started the day 1 program, and on the second move, I got a third-party ad that I couldn't go past until it was done. How is this a free trial of what your app can really do, and how can you do a workout if you stop between every move for a forced ad?!? Deleted, and I'll keep looking.

If I edit to remove and add exercises, change the time or order, it removes a bunch and goes down from 12 to 8 or even 4. And then when I finally got it to save all 12, it just kept doing the same 3 on repeat. This just started when I finished the first 30 days, and the app looped me back to day 1. Up until now, the app has been great. I have loved being able to edit. And save favorites. And I really like the guided routines, with pics and videos to help me learn how to do each exercise.

Good workouts. I've never done pilates, and wanted to try a more dynamic workout. They seem well structured and personalized. But i have two problems with the app. Many of the exercises, especially the stretches, both the text and voice instruction can often be unclear on if you hold a position, or if you should be switching from one side to the other. The second problem: the app crashes for me mid workout frequently. I lose my progress. Workout changes so you cant remark finished exercises.

Overall, I really like this app so far. The exercises are a good mix of stretching for flexibility and strengthening to tone muscle. The pace is good and each set takes about 10-15 minutes, so it's easy to fit in before work as a quick bonus activity in a day. The explanations of the moves has been good so far, and the time that has elapsed and instructions on when to switch sides is clear. Other reviews had complained about that, so it must have been updated.

I loved the app. I am a complete beginner to Pilates and the workouts are challenging to me. However, exercise #3 under normal turned my screen black and wouldn't give me credit for the workout although I tried it twice. It seemed to be a problem when I didn't rate the game. I usually wait for a week or two before rating anything. I am going to uninstall because of the "bug" in the program. Disappointed because I really liked it and the challenge it brought.

WAY too much ad content. The voice is way too fast, doesn't explain the pose or what foot to start on, and did I mention the ads??? I hit pause to try to slow down the voice and figure out which leg to start with, then I had to wait for an ad to finish. Uninstalling. My yoga app is better anyway and has a lot of these poses. Don't waste your time!

The pictures are not clear on the exercises. Videos are a little better but if you really don't know what your doing, this app isn't for you. Also noticed it doesn't switch sides. Only had me work out my left leg and not my right? I followed and listened to the app anyway and moved on to the next exercise and it tells me "other side!" In the middle of an exercise tht wasn't a left or right sided type exercise... makes no sense. It's not clear.

Great app so far! I did the monthly subscription so no ads. It seems that most of the previous complaints were updated regarding letting you know when to switch sides (and giving you time to do so 😉.) I like that you can skip, repeat, pause, etc. Exercise levels seem appropriate (at least for the regular one) video examples are helpful, and I don't feel like I'm injuring myself with these exercises as I do have lower back, knee, and wrist problems. All in all, a great app. Thank you!

This app is so easy to use, effective, and free! The ads are not that annoying you don't get ad in the middle of exercise routines but definitely worth the money to go ad free plus it doesn't break banks. It includes one month of workout routines in different packages from easy to advanced or you can customize your own. I'm not a pilates pro and wanted to start pilates exercises at home and I'm really happy with this app. :)

So far, I love this app. Although it has ads and I have to wait for those, I understand that is necessary in order for it to be free. I love the visuals it provides and then explanations. The rest in-between allows me to get my bearings and breath a bit. I'm just getting back into a regular workout routine and this has been perfect. 4 days in and I can already tell a difference in my flexibility.

I love this app SO much! I have the free version and the ads aren't even intrusive. One thing that would help is that it would be nice to have a light chime or something when it's time to switch sides, so I don't have to look at my phone. Otherwise, it's perfect! EDIT: Voice guidance kicked in after app update. I have an old device, so that may have played a part as well. I'd give it extra stars if I could!

This app is amazing! I am currently using the free option, and I have a personalized workout that walks me through every single exercise. Options for breaks between and even takes into account that it takes a little time while shifting body then it starts time again. I am super impressed. App is executed wonderfully, I think there will be success with this.

This is honestly the best workout app. It asks enough questions to personalize the workouts. It gives timers, rest time, music, video demonstrations, voice guided directions, AND directs the breathing. Overall the workout is challenging enough without being to hard to accomplish. I cannot believe this is free. Definitely will consider upgrading once I get into the habit of working out regularly. Thank you so much!!!

It's mostly stretching. Why put in so many stretches even when I say no to the pre workout stretches. We usually end up doing 3 of them in a row and half the time is spent skipping stretches we don't want.. Like come on already you call this hard? Update to reply. Yes they're made by professionals thinking that's the only workout you're doing. You need to maybe just make a "no warmup or cool down" button. Especially if you want to expand your base more.

I love the workouts and the app, but even though I've been subscribed for 6 months it will play ads half the time when I open the app. I have to wait for the ad to end to go to settings and restore my purchase. It defeats the purpose of paying for no ads if I have to watch them so often before restoring it continually. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't help either, it only reset my progress in the various programs.

App is decent but it literally takes over your phone and tries to force you to download game apps. I get ads on free apps, but here it got to the point that the app isn't even usable. I've never experienced anything so extreme. Uninstalled! (Most of the ads cannot be skipped, despite the developer's claim that they can)

I love it! I love the water reminder. I would love if the app could sync with Fitbit so it would automatically log my workouts and more so I can get water reminders on my wrist while I'm working. The other thing I did notice that could use improvement is when I'm in the middle of a workout and leave the app to change songs it starts over and I loose my progress.
