I’ve tried a couple of similar apps before, but this one gives clearer and more organized results. It feels like a proper reference tool rather than just a quick guess.

This app helped me identify pills that got separated from their packaging, which was such a relief. The step-by-step breakdown of drug side effects and usage instructions is impressive.However, some regional medicine brands are missing from the database. I hope the developers expand coverage outside the US. Otherwise, the app does an excellent job.

The cropping tool included in the app after taking the photo is a pain to use. Afterward, it will show you capsules as an "exact match" for the tablet you photographed. I would hesitate to trust the accuracy of the image search. So far, looking at a 25% success rate on searches. Oh, and having to wait for a video ad to finish and not get a usable result is annoying.
