Absolute garbage! Baptist went cheap with this app. The interface is painfully slow and half the time you get "we encountered an unexpected error; please try another page". When you call their tech support hotline, they claim there aren't any complaints. However, when you talk with other patients (and even employees) they all agree that the application is useless and frustrating.

The app doesn't work well on Android devices. it won't show the login screen correctly to log into the account. Samsung S25

Great health care; mediocre app. Even employees admit they often cannot log in. Maybe it is only a poor app with Android devices? Embarrassingly poor app for a very good health care system.

Why would an app be disabled when unrelated dev settings are active on a phone? This is a high strung control freak of a developer, these settings have no access to PineApp and are ridiculous to block. Even when you get into the app, it's useless, for every single thing you need to call them as nothing on the app works. Terrible piece of software for a terrible hospital.

Looks like the app is not optimize for a phone. Like the icon for next page appears under the back page icon of the phone.

update to developer response: when attempting to reschedule a cardiology appointment, I was able to get as far as selecting the date and time. When saving it gave an error. Since the appointment has been rescheduled via phone, I cannot recreate to give you the exact error.

This app makes it very easy to access information of your schedules and lab work. Good job Pineapple App!

It is very easy to navigate.

Doesn't allow you to sort physicians by availability, and many aren't available for months...so you have to manually go to the calendar of each physician. The app is slow. Enrollment doesn't have autocomplete so you have to type in everything manually. Out of date functionality. Honestly didn't offer me any value.

Terrible app. Freezes, crashes, it's EXTREMELY slow. And if it crashes while you're just VIEWING an appointment, when you finally get back to the appointment screen, the one you were viewing is gone (and no, it's not bc someone else took that slot bc this happens in the middle of the night.) Very disappointing.

I like the app when it works. I've installed it, un-installed it, and installed it again. As soon as I log in, it tells me, "Time's up, you've been logged out due to inactivity." So I'm in a torturous cycle of relogging in out, changing password, putting my DOB and phone #. Nothing works.

This app is so frustrating when retrieving your lab results. It forces you to look at 1 result at a time and when you go to print it it prints one result per page. how frustrating. If you have 6 labs done on one particular day you should be able to go to that date and look at all the labs. Instead you're forced to look at each, one at a time.

One year after its launch, I still cannot read messages from my doctors or can't communicate with them. This is plain dangerous The app is updated to the latest version. The whole past communication with my doctors has disappeared. I cannot contact any of my doctors. Past lab results have disappeared. I have no access to a comparison of the most recent labs with results in the past anymore.

This is stupid. I click on the pineapple icon on my phone. It sends me to goggle play. It says this app is available on your device. I have been trying for months. I have almost missed appointments because l can't look at my portal. Someone should lose their job for thinking this was a good idea to change our portal. I NEVER had any problems with it.

What everyone says is true. It no longer works. Constantly says update to newest version but already am on the newest version. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the Play Store. Apparently, they haven't published the newest version of their own damn app but require the newest version to do anything. Pathetic work for a medical system as flush with cash as Baptist.

Instantaneous self explanatory application for appointments, reminders, lab results, just "Excellent"!

I have an awful time logging in to the app. Sometimes it allows me in but often it does not. It is so frustrating I do not want to try. I like the idea of being connected to the office, my lab work, appointments. I think being consistently available, user-friendly is very important.
