Pinnacle Bank Mobile

I am pleased with the app for the most part. There have just been too many instances where log in was unavailable as I have tried to check my account balances. The lock out happens during and outside of regular business hours. The inconvenience of access at certain times, is the issue with this app.

For the most part this is a great mobile banking app! I love that I can mobile deposit checks and transfer money to different accounts with ease. I also love that I get notifications every time my card is used to pay for something. (I'm sure that's a feature you can turn off if you don't like extra notifications). My only complaint is sometimes the Pay with Zelle feature is unavailable. It's always random when it goes down and there is never any explanation 🤷🏻‍♀️

It's constantly crashing, I don't know what it is but I am constantly unable to check on my account because "they are currently unable to verify creditials" is not my fault, All my information is correct. It happens all the time, usually fixes itself and let's me back in about a weeks time. They need to figure out what the heck is going wrong with their servers. It's driving me insane.

It used to be better. You were able to screenshot which was a plus for me because I don't like writing down a bunch of confirmation numbers. They took this option away. Which to me is pointless because I can go on to the website and screenshot 🧐 I got the app because of the convenience. But it is proven to be less of a convenience. Thanks I will just save the website page and continue to log in that way. It's not like my phone won't remember my password for me. You guys should really updated

App functions as intended and has more options than other banking apps. However, on the weekends, your account balance cannot be trusted until Monday morning which causes major problems sometimes.

FANTASTIC Banking App! can see all my accounts quickly and easily and can do the transactions I want to do easily in this app.

The app places the keyboard over the payment field for payments, so you can't see what you are typing.

Let me just say this app is horrible. I think it needs more work. I've only ever been able to get in it once with my login but now all it says is error. If you are trying to look at how much money you spend with online banking I reccomend using the Pinnacle Bank website instead and login from there. It is much easier and you can see everything you spend your money on or when you have done a deposit!!

Very lovely bank and amazing people! The app is easy and convenient to use. Only had one time where it went down for maintenance and it was fixed within the hour. The bank lady is absolutely amazing. She calls to check in sometimes and she also makes sure to greet you with your name. You feel like they are friends. Perfect bank!

Update 03/26/2022 Again haven't been able to logon for days. Updated app in 03/24. Still can't get in. It doesn't seem to be getting any better just worse. I haven't been able to use this app in over a week. It keeps closing, telling me the app has a bug and needs to be updated by the creator. It's so frustrating that this app rarely works.

This app worked pretty well for many months (well over a year that I had it) and then they issued another "update"... now it will not work at all... I called and was told that my phone was just too old and wouldn't work with the update! It worked fine until then! Just put it back like it was! I should not have to spend hundreds if not over a thousand dollars on a new phone just to use this app. I have accounts at other banks and they all still work with my phone just fine.

A few months ago I gave this App 5 stars. I have used it for several years without a problem.I had NEVER had problems with this app until a couple months ago --now I have had to uninstall it and reinstall at least 4 or 5 times. It won't open and keeps giving an error message that tells me that if I continue to have a problem that I should call the phone number..which I did..no help! ....please fix this . I do most of my banking this way...and it is extremely frustrating when it does not work!

A simple app for a simple bank. Only thing that stands out about this app is that you can view your account balance at a glance. At one point you were allow to take screenshots. Now you can not. It doesnt show any account information including your number or personal information that could be used to jeopardize your identity so not allowing screenshots is very annoying. Especially when making a transfer because who wants to keep writing down a bunch of transfer numbers.

This app sucks. I cannot get it to work on latest version on Android. I called the bank and said they are working on the issue. I had to install it on a tablet with an older Android version. 2/10/22 update - uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times on on fully updated Android phone and the app won't even open. BOA and BankOzk work fine.

Can't login!!! This is why I left pinnacle bank the first two times and 3 years later still the same problems after taking a chance coming back! One minute it works and the next keeps giving an error when trying to login. Go the mobile site and desktop site and still the same problem. If I can't access my account what good is this bank? Two more weeks of this and I'm closing my account to never return...

Doesn't give you the options of the main website, but it's not meant to. What it does do is grant you a quick snapshot of your account(s), let you transfer money, lets you deposit checks into your account from anywhere, and control your debit cards. Easy and simple to navigate.

I am experiencing an unexpected issue with my login access to the application. Despite functioning properly in the past, I am now unable to log in for an unknown reason. While I continue to receive notifications regarding withdrawals and location-based activities, I am unable to access the application itself. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as I am not locked out of my account, but rather the application is preventing my access.

I love this bank more than any bank I've ever used, and this app was very user friendly. But since I updated (manditory) my phone 3 days ago the app is not coming up. My phone error message says it has a bug and so it is being blocked from opening. I Uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it and still the same thing is happening.

Very easy to use, explains everything step by step. I use it often to check my bank balance, deposit checks, and pay my friends and family or other payees. It works well and really helps me to keep track of my finances no matter where i am (as long as I have wifi or cellphone reception). I would highly recommend using this app, makes life so much easier.

If I could give 0 stars I would.... when I first downloaded the app it worked perfect. No issues. Within the last month the app will not open. I reached out to the bank and they say they are working on it. No follow up from them or anything. They do not care about their customers. My accounts are being moved this week to bank that cares about their customers.
