Unable to activate an account error. How does one fix this error? Also, as I'm coming from North America, I noticed that there's a different Planet Fitness app for this region, while the other Planet Fitness app includes: Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and United States. Region can change within the app easily. I wonder what type of gymnastics it would take just to add Australia in the region column 🤔 Anyways, any help on activating an account...

The potential is there but severely lacking. The home screen is ok, to set up it might take you a few tries even if a member. The 'social' tab is where it's REALLY lacking. You're only connected to your home gym and when searching for others nothing shows up. No groups at all, same for challenges. Nothing exists on the app, just at your local gym. Achievements are fun but these are vaguely explained. I only use the crowd meter, activity recorder and barcode, and that does me just fine.

When you want to pay through the app it is very difficult to find the right menu. Never been able to pay through app with out staff assistance. Could you make things easier to pay through the app? Every time you fail to pay on one day ahead, you pay a bugger amount due to the arrangement PLannet fitness made through third party payment system. It is frustrating. Could you fix this?????

For those that cant seem to login. Make sure you have the right app for your locale (EG Planet Fitness AUSTRALIA). Also, i couldnt log in straight away on web site either, but it did come good. I think it was just a database & time thing. Apart from that, it's great & works well with some cool features. The tips on how to perform exercises on the machines correctly is very useul for a noob like myself.

The app is not what I would call user friendly. There's not a lot of info within the app to guide you through tracking workouts/weights, trophies don't have any guidance on how to complete for the most part or they just don't pop even when you've more than completed them. Says I need to finish editing my profile but I can't see anywhere else to edit. Needs serious reworking as a whole.

This is an excellent value gym with great perks such as massage chairs and hydra massage chairs. The staff are very welcoming and the classes are excellent.

no adds. works perfect. easy to use. can update payments see who's at gym book workouts very handy tool.

The app works fine technically, but the real issue is the company behind it. After cancelling my membership, I’m still worried about fees being debited—based on many similar reviews. Staff gave me false information, were unprofessional, and left me with a bad experience. This app can’t fix a business that doesn't respect its customers. Be careful and keep records of everything.

I love PF staff are great. I used the Red light spa today and omg . I went home and I was dancing as I walked in. made me feel great thanks PF.

easy to use. would be nice if we could sync bookings to digital calendars though

I liked the app, up until recently. I don't know if there's been an update or something, but my calendar won't sync anymore and I'm unable to duplicate my activities to another day. It's quite frustrating as I like to just copy over my workouts from one day to another!! Is thereany way to fix this??

New member, the app does not recognise my email and password combination that is accepted on the Planet fitness member portal. I have tried sign in and activation options. Also uninstalled and reinstalled...no luck there either. What gives? I cant find any contact email to direct my issue to either. Staff at the gym, could not resolve the issue. Week 3 After assurance that the issues are fixed...they aren't....still exact same problems...with Australian app. Finally resolved after 1 month.

I love the club, but the app is terrible for activity tracking. It doesn't function directly with Samsung Health (which my smart watch & phone use), and doesn't accurately pull information from Google fit, which is the app PF recommends using. No functionality to manually add /update activity details. The at home workout videos contained in the app are great & do give you a good workout when you can't make to the gym. Probably the only reason to have the app.

You need the app to access the gym but you can't log into the app. I'll be refunding my gym subscription and removing this awful app. Edit from 1 star to 2 star: gym staff were lovely and helpful set me up with a fob said they knew the app isn't great for some people and they need to report it to corporate to fix it. Will update again if something comes from that.

Can't open as doesn't recognise me. Apprently a well known and wide spread issue that is months old. Was not convenient to have to go in when you had staff t counter who gave me my card number to enter in stocard so I can get in out of hours. An app you can't access is useless!!

It's not very intuitive or well designed or easy to use. When you scan into the gym, it should be integrated with the calendar to register your workout. It shouldn't require manual adding which is super time consuming and encumbersome.

Excellent! Fun with daughter 💕 On the treadmill and Equipment for toning upper and lower muscles. Went on the massage chair and found it very relaxing and helpful for my ackes and pain. Lied down on the massage bed 🛌 😴 I highly recommend This Gym Planet Fitness. I hope to try out the new booth and also have a tanning session. I love the atmosphere and magic of the Warrawong Gym. I'm have booked a class for tomorrow (circuit). I'll be going to the Gym more often in the near future. 💪❤😊
