The app is far less reliable than the web interface. I had added people to sound and media teams using the app. sent out emails but the emails did not actually send out, and the people never got the notification that they were added to the team. additionally, when I have new people, even after giving them the appropriate tags I cannot add them to any teams until I add them using the web interface. if the reliability is this bad on the app, it's pretty useless to me except for checking schedules.

Sometimes there are internet and connection issues, but over all, we have been using this app for about 4 years and are pleased with it. Great for keeping the entire team on track, knowing what songs we're doing and who is playing what instrument, who's on vocals and able to schedule more than just a couple weeks at a time. Loading songs is not always convenient.... Sometimes we have to type them in by hand.

It's a good group app for scheduling. However, I've had a lot of little anointing issues. There's no option to not send a push and email notification both when you get a schedule request. And if you don't respond to both you won't be scheduled. Also it asks me everytime I open it if I accept schedules I've already accepted. If you just go to "files" to view chord charts you may not get the correct files. It might have different keyed mp3s and even the wrong chord charts.

I was having a problem getting the PDF files to open. Alan from Customer Support reached out to help. Turned out my antivirus app was blocking the files from downloading. I do wish the files were just viewable within the app and didn't have to take up storage space on my phone. Also navigation is not intuitive; I seem to go in circles a lot. But in all, the app is extremely useful and does its job, even on an older device.

Update: I'm at a different church now and I can't use this app. It keeps saying "no existing account" but it doesn't give the option to create an account. My review is based on the recent update. I can no longer view the profile of anyone who isn't assigned to the same team as me. This is an inconvenient redesign and an unnecessary restriction as there may be times where a vocalist might need to contact a band member or any one else on a different team.

2 feature requests: 1. Make songs downloadable on Android 2. Add android cast ability. The media section of the order of service needs a massive UI redesign. It would be so nice it I could select the songs I want to practice and make a playlist from them. It is super difficult to be driving to rehearsal while attempting to play different songs from this app.. makes me wonder how many accidents have occurred while using PC. Update: request: make songs downloadable in Android.

guys. come on. look I am really rooting for you. this is a really important app, and has awesome potential, but it constantly has problems. It is the only app that disappears from my app list, constantly looses my credentials, and since the update - now gives errors when trying to pull up the songbook. This is terrifying seeing that I am supposed to be performing live!

My band has been using this combined with music stand for multiple years now, and I've been very happy with it. It's not perfect but it's very much the best option I know. One thing I'd love to see is coloring in lyrics files, this would be very useful for vocalists to color code who sings what. I also really appreciate that the developers actually use the changelog feature of Google Play, I love knowing what's updated in an app.

not sure it has ever worked correctly. Maybe it works well for smaller churches the interface is nice but, the schedule never syncs right and it is overall really buggy. we will more than likely be switching to different services here soon.

Dec 2025. Super long terms of service and privacy policy forced to be agreed to before login. Please explain in simple terms what were agreeing to since it's so long. Issues are STILL unresolved: Moving several days using the arrows in a schedule on a service eventually leads to it not loading days. You must back out of the schedule and go back in. The interface can be painfully slow. However, it's great to be able to manage schedules and even get notifications for my own position in one app.

The Pro Presenter Services app has the functionality to add calendar appointments, but these events are not appearing in the Samsung Calendar. While the app can add the events, they refuse to display. However, if the calendar appointments are added on a Windows 10 computer, they will sync and appear on the phone. Currently, this is the only way to get the calendar from the Services app to populate in the Samsung Calendar.

For some reason the app doesn't show up in my app drawer Pixel 7 Pro nor does it for my wife and she has a Samsung S21. We have to go to the Play Store and open it from there. Very odd, never seen an app do that before.

App seems to work as intended. My only annoyance is the shifts that I accept sync with my Google account somehow. I get a notification showing Google Maps telling me it's time to leave but the alert is about 26 hours in advance. It's 6:30pm Sat and I accepted a volunteer shift for 9am tomorrow.

Used to work so well, but I've been struggling for the past 3 weeks. I'd receive an error message saying if it persists I should log out and back in again, did it multiple times and still received the error message. Nothing I was scheduled for showed up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled countless times and still nothing. All I get now is a blank screen. Phone has been updated as well.

Recently, not sure if it is because of an update. I am unable to download files on mobile data. Only on wifi, which is odd as i have done it many times before. Before me, i have a friend who also came across this issue a few months back. Now the issue has reached me as well. I really dk what the issue is. Hope yall could help us reselve this if possible. Thanks :)

The only thing I see is my schedule. I can't see songs, files, etc. Maybe I am not set up right but everyone else on the worship team has a far different set of options than I do

App is great but it's not 5 stars because I keep getting an error that logging out and in again does not work. I have to uninstall and reinstall and this happens periodically. Even after updating the app, it still reflects the same error. Mine is not an isolated case as my friends encounter the same. Really frustrating.

Works good ide make a nicer App decal and make the app more modern graphic looking, add some video uploar, and make a better connection with Multitracks,com for all users. overall good! Just some positive insight too steer the makers in a better direction

The problems I had were solved. App is ok, and I will talk to the account admin about unlocking some of the permissions. Glad to know it's not an extra fee to look at all plans. I don't love that when listening to the playlist it doesn't go automatically to the player screen and stays on playlist view, but the button on the bottom right changes the view. Thanks for reaching out.

Stopped updating my schedule again. The main page for my schedule shows nothing even though I just received an email about a request to serve this coming weekend. The message showed up in the app for the request, but nothing in my schedule. When I open the menu it only shows one event from a month and a half ago. The purpose of this app is to schedule, but the schedule in it randomly stops updating making it almost worthless. I tried logging out and back in, but that didn't help at all.
