Plants vs Zombies™ 2

I remember having a lot of fun with this game about a year ago. Today, I played it for the first time in a while and encountered an ad every time I finished a level that I couldn't find an x button for, so I just had to close the app and open it again. There weren't nearly as many ads last time I played, let alone unskippable ads. Thankfully, it remembered that I beat the level. However, it wastes a lot of time. This is a solid game overall; just make sure to get an ad blocker before playing.

PVZ player here. This game helps me to pass the time. The design of the plants are amazing as usual, and the zombies are also quite cool. The music is awesome! They suit well for the worlds and make me more immersed! There's the arena, where you can test your skills against others, something the previous game didn't have. Ads do come for every level you complete in the adventure mode, but they don't affect gameplay. Note that some features require WiFi. Great job to the devs! 👍

All you need to have fun Progression has been made much easier but still, it's really not that easy to get enough seeds for upgrading plants through the mastery levels. Also there are still premium plants that can't be unlocked by getting enough seeds like 250, so if you please add more ways to obtain them, it'll be super Overall, as I said it in the first place, ALL YOU NEED TO HAVE FUN😉

I first played the original Plants vs. Zombies as a child, and it’s amazing to see how much PVZ 2 has evolved. There are so many new levels and worlds, and the variety of plants and zombies keeps the gameplay fresh and exciting. The game remains just as fun and addictive as before, and I love seeing all the new features and challenges. Overall, this version brings back nostalgic memories while offering tons of new content. Defo a 5-star experience!

I have been playing this game from 2017 if not 2018 and keep returning to it to collect the new plants or just seeing what's new. Like all people, the new thing in this game is ads. Yes, ads that suddenly appeared after almost decades for it to be free2play. As veteran players enduring excruciating pains with bad design plants, repeating mechanics and now ads, I have no other option to write my view here and lower the stars that I have put high-sky for years. Fix this! I love this game so much.

The game is awesome! the events are fun, they help you get new plants and rewards, I just wish there were more worlds because one you play all the worlds of adventure mode, the game just gets boring and not fun anymore, then you can only play arena or penny persuit ,or just redo ALL of the levels again. I just wish that there were more worlds and levels to play.

This game is awesome. Multiple bosses, unlike just lame matches with the same zombies, plus! There are so many events that it feels like you are buying from your favourite mall, and your purchase is at 90% off. I mean, this game is amazing, and worlds, too! Awful compared to how great the first game was. Too overcrowded and too many unnecessary screens to go through before being able to play.Why is everything so small? oh yeah, because almost 50% of the screen doesn't involve the playing area. Also, no challenge at all. I played 25 levels before even losing a single plant. how pathetic. Hugely disappointed ☹️

the old classic game is just become trashy by ads and very frequent I must say everyday crash in the final stage of arena match, multiple times I loose my progress and don't get anything as compensation. slowly I am loosing the motivation to play it anymore. I anyways am playing it because of the nostalgia because I used to play it on PC as a child.

Had this game since launch. Thats 12 and a half yrs. Ive even spent $ on it over the yrs. But the latest update completely ruined an old classic game where energy is not needed to play and ads were optional only if you wanted extra rewards. Now, instead of offering a 1 time payment to remove ads entirely, the devs chose the subscription route, where you have to pay just to avoid ads for 30 days. Another great game ruined by greed where profit has become its sole purpose. Profit over players. smh

I played the OG version, since I was 11 (2016) I Install this game for somewhat nostalgic vibe it gives. But kinda disappointed because you can't unlock powerful plant without spending or watching ads one-by-one, and it's kinda pretty unfair, to watch 2-min. ads just for a one piece card of powerful plant, and you should unlock 250 cards just to get it. You know, we should be fair to those who can't afford to spend such money, and it was pricey just for one plant. Better to spend money on MLBB.

I recently got a new phone and reinstalled the app, expecting my progress to sync. Despite being logged in, all my data is gone. It’s very disappointing to lose months/years of work and plants I’ve unlocked. It shouldn't be this hard to recover an account linked to my email. The sync system is clearly broken. Would love to give this 5 stars for gameplay, but 1 star for account security and data loss.

This is not worth it. The game has just been a cash cow now, intentionally making events and some parts of the game unconquerable unless you buy w items with your real money. It's crazy that the no ads thing is a subscription rather than a permanent thing. This is not the game I fell in love with when I was 12 and 17.

Thank you for putting adds in the game. Have been playing religiously for the past 2 years. As soon as I saw the adds on top of all the micro transactions you have in game (not to mention the option of paying for no ads). I deleted the game almost instantly. So thank you for saving me some time. Goodbye pvz2 its been fun. But seems like I have better things to do now.

One of the updates to this game they don't tell you are the number of unskippable ads that play after every level now. I've been playing PvZ since 2011 so fifteen years and paid good money for plants and other things like gems and coins but now despite spending real money they want to force ads on me. Really not happy and considering putting it in the bin. Such a shame, it was a daily-player for me. *and* they still haven't fixed the "restoring purchases" bug that's plagued this game for years.

It's a great game. I love the gameplay and the storyline is fun. Some of the difficulty is a bit weird. edit, had to downgrade because there's a really bad bug. Once you click on the Feastivus tab and see your goals, you can't close the tab. you have to close the app and reload, it's not really acceptable for gameplay if I'm honest. ruins the whole thing

This game keeps getting worse and worse. And now, got the worst possible feature. Before, whenever you purchase anything in the game using real currency, it removes any annoying and intrusive ads. Now you bring back the ads, and you can only disable it by buying the off-ads for a crazy price, and only valid for 30 days? Real money eaters. This game will collapse any time soon. Not to mention you keep adding more useless plants and not even giving more seed packets.

The game is very fun I mean very fun the mega gatling gun is so easy to get it was my dream my favorite about it that it uses its own plant food instead of the one I use I mean the game is so fun it's a 5/5 but I don't care about I lost my account because I got bored and wanted to delete it so I can restart the game to remember the memories the game it self is just so good if you ask me its better than better somepeople get buggy and frozen mid arena but I have playing the game for like 3 weeks

Over the past few weeks, I have encountered frequent app crashes during the final stages of Arena matches. These crashes result in the loss of all progress and ranking, and I do not receive any rewards or compensation for the matches I complete. This has significantly impacted my gaming experience and progress.

Way too many ads, much more than PvZ 1, lots of events that needs different energies to progress, some are too difficult to play cuz we have no idea what our plants do and it's very heavily monetized so that we are forced to use our powers or plant food to defeat enemies when we don't know what our plants can do. And once again, way too many ads. Make a permanent free version of this game please.
