This app is one big mistake. It's only frustrating. When buying a subscription, most films, programs or videos cannot be watched because either there is "Buy access" what doesn't work anyway, because after trying to buy a movie, it shows the message "There are no offers for you" or it doesn't work at all, saying that the program can be watch only in the EU. So why the International option and additional acces buying with subscription at all, if the majority doesn't work outside the EU?STRANGE

Complete waste of time and money if you pay for one of countless packages. The whole app is spammed by material you have no access to in any location, which constantly throws error messages and there's no way to know what is available to you. You see what you like, pay and then... no access! I constantly waste half an hour to find something to watch. You'd be much better off with Netflix, Prime, even YouTube... I will be getting rid of it at the end of my subscription period and won't be back.

Overall positive experience that ends when casting to my TV. In the cast mode you cannot use 'play next episode', the app doesn't do that either once one episode is finished. All complaints go to the casting mode and reminds me a big, fat elephant that wants to move but has no idea where and how to. For the amount of money it shouldn't be a point to complain!

Terrible app. the development team is unable to make an app the work across multiple platforms. constantly problems.. now no playing live Eurosport channels, despite paying premium for the services. But since this is the only way to watch cycling races, I nees to stick to the services for catch up stream post event. its very sad such an level of support. this is not the first time it happened, last year wasnt able to play any content but still be charged.

Amazing app with so much potential but very disappointing. Messy options about tvn international. No visible option after you subscribe on a panel of mobile app or tv (samsung)wise. No option what's included available. Very cheap and poor choices if it works. Such a shame as it could be an amazing opportunity for all the Poles living abroad. Hope for a better upgrade soon x

There is no point in this app- if you wanna watch something nice, just go straight to HBO. If there is anything interesting in this app- it's HBO but you have to buy subscription to it separately. Otherwise there is nothing in the app you can find interesting, unless you are into medium quality polish series. In order to download each episode you have to pick quality manually, the app doesn't have an option of picking directory for downloading. You also can't download with the lowest sub fee.

Horrible experience. Honestly one of the most unfriendly app I've ever used. On top of that, after buying tvn International it doesn't allow me to watch live TV... When choosing the channel it asks me to buy it, when I want to buy it, it tells me I can't as I already got it! Ridiculous! 👎👎👎

There is no free plan to use the app. The cheapest option has pretty intrusive advertisements. When i signed up for it, i exected the ad standard to stand up to Youtube. But besides the access to this app costing money, the ads are much more annoying than on Youtube. What is offered here for a bit of money is an industry standard for free access. In general id reccomend this app due to some shows it features, but i wouldnt py for it unless they decrease the number of ads popping up

I bought the Player app in Poland because I wanted to see the match of Iga Swiatek. I had to pay 25 PLN via Credit Card to watch her play via Eurosport. The money is reserved in my bank. Now I risk not being able to watch the match live. It is hard to find your way around. There isn't any option to change the language in settings. It even seems like a scam... ? In addition, I cannot cast anything e.g a movie from my Samsung Z-fold cannot be casted on my Samsung Monitor screen.

aplikacja sie blokuje non stop. Nie da się tak obejrzeć filmu. brak opcji napisów, brak opcji przewinięcia filmu o kilka sekund. niestety nie spotkalam sie jeszce z tak nieudolnie opracowaną aplikacją. rozczarowanie... the app is blocking,crashing non-stop. it is not possible to watch the movie because it freezes. no subtitles option, no option to rewind the movie by a few seconds. Unfortunately, I have not come across such an ineptly developed application yet. disappointment...

This app is just frustrating to use. I paid for TVN and when I tried playing it, I kept being told I need to buy the package. The person in charge of user experience needs to really look into this because unlike the other apps. This is the only one with an app on Android and Samsung app store. They fix this they will definitely get more customers. For now I will go back to using Planeta PL. The app works perfectly but doesn't have a Samsung app which is a pity.

Why would you show such a huge selection of films and series which are locked out from watching, I bought your monthly packet to watch 2 specific shows which are shown on FRONT PAGE but when I want to watch them it says the offer is not available anymore. You are nothing but a bunch of scammers who show a huge selection of unwatchable series and movies to entice people to buy your worthless package. Read this and DON'T DOWNLOAD THEIR APP or BUY THEIR PACKAGE. Wish I could give you 0 stars

The app is working slowly almost all the time and lagging a lot. Errors occur during new episodes almost always. There is no convenient option to fast-forward or rewind a couple of seconds of series.

too little adds, I'm not paying for watching shows but to watch some lengthy adds as many times as possible during the playtime of the show. if you put more adds, say 10 per show and make them last longer up to 10 minutes I will give you 5 stars.

Works only when it wants to work. You will get random error codes like Error code 727 when you try cast to TV. Casting from the app to Android TV Sony Bravia. I can cast Dzień Dobry TVN or other program usually just fine. Problems usually occur when casting Fakty. Ad hoc casting. It is happening at the moment when casting Fakty from 9th of Feb but works fine for any other program.

Buying subscription from them is wast of money. Even when you will buy access to app they will allow you watch for 2 day's and then showing again "Buy access " even when you already have packed. I just bought this because my mum come visit us and they have programs withone she like to watch in Poland but still she cannot watch. It is completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, if you watch a live transmission on a chromecast device, you can't rewind. I very often want to watch sport with a delay and it just isn't possible.

Crashes a lot and I've had to uninstall and install it back again several times. Also refresh doesn't work very well. But the general content, programs, etc is OK.

Waste of time if you live in the UK. Don't bother. At least they should include in the description this is a paid subscription only service and access is restricted geographically so not usable in the UK
