PlayKids+ Cartoons and Games

It sure would be nice to be able to access everything in the app, especially after paying for it! Everything is locked and no one's responded to my emails. Thank you SO MUCH!

Not Very Kid Safe or User Friendly. This app has quite a bit of content that I don't consider kid friendly, even though I chose age restrictions. My kid didn't stay interested for long, and it was practically impossible to cancel my subscription. There is no way to contact anyone for help besides emailing an address and I never received a response.

this WAS a good app back in the mid 2010's I loved the older version, the intro, the train, and everything in that game. I would pay my whole life savings away if there was any legal way to get that back. please, I feel very upset.

Everything needs subscription, nothing free for a child.

I see people complaining about the price, but this app feels not much like a game, and more like a streaming video service for kids, except that the content is hand-picked (exceptionally well), and also includes some games/books/activities. Videos can also be downloaded for offline viewing. My 4-year-old loves it. I just wish download mode had a configurable cap on storage use (least recently viewed auto-deleted to make room), or that in streaming mode parents could hand-pick what to download.

Received a message telling me I'd be charged $52 for my subscription in 3 days if I do not cancel. I had to create an account bc I didn't have one and then I Try to cancel and it doesn't allow me to. Says I don't have a subscription. I've followed all steps on two different devices and cannot locate my subscription. Please help. I cannot pay $52 for an app we NEVER EVEN USED!!!

I've seen some pretty clever ways of tricking someone into a subscription, but allowing you to do it by accident in an ad without even downloading the app is a new one. I can't believe this is even allowed. Don't get tricked by this app, don't download it, and don't accidentally click on an ad for it because you will just be wasting your money.

I downloaded this game because Walmart plus offered a 3 month free trial for it. I had no trouble using the promo code and making an account. Logged in. Setup my son's account. Went to play games. You have to download each game to play or watch videos, which is fine. The problem is that once they download and you click on them, the screen goes dark gray and changes orientation then returns to the initial loading screen for the app. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still the same.

I love your game so much i played it a few years back and i remember when you could make your own colors!! I would love of you would bring that back but you have a choice to make custom colours so it can be fun for everyone and i want to ask a question why do you pay attention to the people that say ur game is bad thats not true and please bring back custom colours! ☺💖

I wanted to try this app since T-Mobile did a free trial for a few months for their T-Mobile Tuesday deal. I downloaded the app on my phone and tablet. It won't let me create a profile for the kids. It will be hard to share one profile. I emailed support, but that was days ago, and I still haven't heard anything back. So I'll probably delete the app. I tried to log in on the website, but it says my information is incorrect.

Terrible. An ad for this popped up on another game and automatically signed me up for this service, no confirmation that you will be charged or anything. There is no easy way to cancel and get a refund, instead you have to contact their support and HOPE that someone gets back to you soon. I would never willingly purchase this service

Kids love app but app but is not movable to the external sd card (Samsung phone). There are many activities and videos that can be downloaded but it can quickly exceed a GB and more. Takes up way too much space of internal storage. It's their only app that can't be transferred to external storage.

This is definitely nostalgia speaking, but I miss the old layout. It had a fun and immersive layout that could surely grab a kid's attention. It sure did for me. Now, it's a boring streaming service layout that shoves a subscription at any opportunity.

very difficult to navigate. no prompts, not user friendly. useless applications.

Horrible! My daughter was playing another game and an clicked on the add for this and automatically charged my sprint account and subscribed us for a monthly fee of 9.99. We did not have the app and she didnt not have an account, I received a text by sprint since the purchase was made and then received a text from the company giving me an email to sign in with because we never inputted one. THIS IS A SCAM TARGETING CHILDREN AND IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

DON'T BOTHER DOWNLOADING!!Highly upset literally only was able to login to try it came back to it and it won't even load!! .. and from what I saw there wasn't much to it and not very interesting! Wanted to try something different for my child .. this wasn't worth it!

SCAMMLIARS. LIAR'S THIEVES..They trick you to get this, steal your $$ and you can't unsubscribe. How is this possible? Who's allowing this ? & when it says our customer service is here to help. More lies. a bunch of misdirection & pages that are no longer available. 7/31/24 the App response to my review was sending a link. It gave me the same B.S. I click to cancel & it asks you to confirm cancellation... There is NOT a confirm cancellation button. There is only a keep subscription button.

Same problem! Getting charged and was told there was a free trial but was charged the same day! Now fighting to get a refund- dont sign up and dont give any card information you will be. Charged and have to fight to get a refund. Awful business practice!
