Plus Chat

Lags so much I have to manually close the app after clicking on a notification or exit the chat for the texts to load. Also annoyed how I can't delete chats with people I don't follow anymore. And most importantly, how is there no option for group livestreams outside of the chatting place but in the community instead where the artists post their posts. In general such an annoying app. Such a small character limit for English texts too. Barely can write one sentence.

Sorry, I didn't receive any notification about chat or live from my idol. Sometimes chat notifications are also late in arriving. I don't think this is worth the price paid, especially for membership. Please fix this. Thank you.

DO NOT PURCHASE. i bought a ticket and initially i could message but suddenly it stopped working and the messages just won't go through. I tried asking for a refund but google refused it. And when i contacted the customer service at chat plus, they just kept giving a cut and paste answer and asked me to get a refund (which google refused). I don't understand, why can't they just fix the bug?!? This app doesn't work, don't waste your money.

Super inconsistent app. It only gets 3 stars because I love the whole "getting to chat with your idols" gimmick, but this app runs horribly, PLEASE fine tune it !! It's crazy the way things just won't load for no reason, or the way it will make me sign in 3 different times as I'm trying to navigate, but only sometimes; therefore, inconsistent.

This app is very confusing. It's better if the chat feature that has been subscribed to is placed on the homepage. This makes it difficult because you have to open many pages to get there. Apart from that, the translate function is also so so so bad. It's better to provide a translate feature from Papago too because it's better than Google Translate. The translation of artists' messages are often misleading because of this feature.

I think messages are more easily accessible this way but the only downside is there is no longer a translate function. For example, we could click a button on the corner of each comment or post if it were in a different language on the previous app, but that function doesn't seem to exist anymore :(

1. you have a live chat feature, i wish when the chat ended we can still see all the chat bubbles (not only from the artists) 2. the translations sucks. 3. how about you display both original text and the translations in the chat bubble? 4. i subscribe to someone but he doesnt come almost a month, shouldnt i get a refund? or at least you can notify the artist to come on the app

idols are not that active in my opinion weversse is way better since the idols can communicate better with fans and the weversse app isn't confusing I hope the mnet groups will go to weverse someday

The filters for message and live commenting service is poorly executed. Spam messages can easily surpass filters, while words that contain letters from banned language (ex. word 'glass') get filtered out. Filter for foreign languages also lacks data and words that should be banned don't get detected. Please fix these issues asap.

make the chat ballons bigger, we almost have to squint to read with how small these letters are. also make it so that translations don't erase the original text. idol chats should be easy to access, instead i have to take several steps to get there; fix-it!

Shtty app.. I purchased a plus chat voucher of 2 tickets for Gunwook and Yujin but after successfully paying for it, I received nothing. Nothing comes up on my app and chats. I checked my purchases on Google and saw that it was successful but I sill haven't received it yet. I'm so frustrated right now because my money went down the drain and there was no explanations whatever where it went and why it didn't register successfully.. trash.

like the app but I am very much confused about translations.Please enable translations even for the fans' post in feed section, Thankyou..The updated version has problem while sending pics😭

Terrible app. Doesn't filter hate comments from artists' posts and doesn't block users who are reported. Could be better if it had a better word filter and spam filter, and if deactivated the accounts that got reported for hate spam and blocked their IPs so they could never make accounts again. If my artist is not getting protected from the hate then I don't want to communicate with them through here. Would not recommend the app, at all, unless this gets fixed.

Good way to chat with k-pop idols and see their posts, but the media safety is horrendous; haters can come on here for easier access to send hateful words to idols, and reporting doesn't help enough. There needs to be a better way to promote a safer environment for this app and the artists that come here to see fans looking at their posts.

Bad user experience and many areas to improve. Having the 1:1 chat within the same app as the other plus chat features like announcements etc. is a TERRIBLE idea and it just makes the chat function lag even more. The plus chat app is supposed to be for 1:1 interaction with your idol but the in-built translation function is bad, there's no read receipt and there's no comment filtering when the idols go on live so the comments are speeding by too quickly for them to even read so what's the point?

can you please just bring back the turn off notifications for certain stuff??? i really don't like getting spammed with artist comment notifications. and in artist chat, when i set the wallpaper to "same as artist" the same purple color appears all the time, please fix that as well.

your app totally suck! So much lag and doesn't even had download button whenever the artist update, had us screen record it and some part got blocked cause your ugly featured! People stay at this app just cause their favorite artist using your app! If the artist use other app all of us already uninstall this app long time ago! So please fix it as you fix mnet plus! The way your app too similar with b.stage... please change to something new lol 😆

Functional but slow. Built as a web wrapper so every button press means a couple of seconds of loading a psge and content is slow to render. Needs more detailed notification settings. I want to be notified of star posts but not every single comment, because I'm getting spammed with notifications for every comment now.

the notification is just so delayed, i've been paying to get an update faster but what's the point when the thing is i didn't get any single of notification especially when the artist is doing live, this app is just so frustrating

1. Put the CHAT tool on the front page. I have to put more effort and patience to wait to enter the chat and i hate it cuz this apps is so slow 2. All the things on the front page are useless 3. The google translate is NOT accurate, I don't even understand what the artists are saying
