The service itself is excellent, but they need to drastically overhaul their marketing... every time I book an appointment (not just think, actually book) I get two days of emails and notifications asking whether I am still looking for a doctor. A shame I had to disable all emails and notifications, especially when I really wouldn't have bothered otherwise.

Update: Lowered my review from 5 to 2 stars due to prolonged issues making appts in the app. I can't make an appt later than same day, else it shows 0 available times. Website works perfectly fine. Service is still good. Original: In my area, getting in to see a doctor can take up to 2 months. With Plush, I was able to schedule something same-day, within 2 hours. With an established primary care physician, I can still get an appointment in within the week. Great service, and pricing isn't bad.

Could be a great service. Unfortunately,there is just way too many technical issues. The website has been down when going into an appointment, audio feedback during an appointment (w/ and w/o headphones), the app not working during an appointment, not being able to view my account in the app, not being able to log in on the browser. Just seems there is always some technical issue happening. It is unfortunate because this theoretically could be a great service and I love the idea of telehealth.

Very long response times. It says 1-2 days but it's usually 3-4 days. Having to pay an extra 14$ a month for the "convenience of the app" and receiving slow care isn't adding up. Also when I call I never get anyone over the phone because it's forever on hold. So really you're paying $14 for the convenience of rescheduleing appointments and always seeing available Drs.

This use to be my go to app for Health care and prescription refills, but recently their prices went WAY up. $150 a Vist and $14.99 a month "subscription"- just to book an appointment without having to call- it's absolutely crazy expensive. Most other online services are around $50 (which is what I used to pay for plushcare). The doctors on here are constantly leaving too. You just get to know one, and they are gone. So keep that in mind before you book an appointment.

I got a prescription refill for my antidepressants within 10 minutes of the appointment with my doctor. If you provide as much details as possible about your ailments/needs, then the appointment is quick and efficient. PlushCare is a bit more expensive than other telehealth platforms when it comes to appointments ($99 + membership fee) but it was one of the few that had doctors who could prescribe one of my antidepressants. So, it was worth it. I only wish that there wasn't a membership fee AND that appointments were more affordable (e.g., half the current price) even without the membership. In the meantime, I'm enjoying the one-month free trial.

The doctor is great. Their customer service sucks. I have filled out the form multiple times to Release the records and the customer servicel is argumentative and unhelpful it has been 2 weeks and my records still have not been sent to the specialist. Your form does not save all the responses when filling it out. Instead of looking at it customer service said to use a different device the form and section you could not fill out were the same on both devices.

App not great, but service was! I had a great experience with my Plushcare doctor, and he sent my prescription to my pharmacy quickly. The only issue I had was that Plushcare states that a "prescription discount card" is available to members in-app, but it is not, nor does it appear on any member web page. I finally called customer service, spoke to a real person, and she was able to email it to me immediately. Great service! Fixing this issue would make this a five-star app.

What a complete total waste. I stayed for 2 hours trying to get an appointment. Sat there not doing anything because I didn't want to miss it. Doctor didn't show. I called suppport. They said Doctor had a technical difficulty and was ready to see me now. Waited again for 45 minutes!! Kept receiving notifications that my appointment will be starting soon. Last notification was telling me my appointment starts in 2 minutes. Wait 5 minutes. No doctor. I call support again. Oh we canceled you. Smh

Very convenient and thorough appointment. I've been using them for several years and they're perfect for me. I travel full time but can still count on my Doctor having my full medical record on hand, knowing when my labs and refills are due and conveniently ordering them to be ready for pickup near me wherever I am! Priceless! (But at a great price!) Keeping me healthy. Thanks Doc!♥️

They can do a max of 3 days note, per policy. I asked them to extend the doctor's note they wrote via message, and never got a response. Instead, I had to pay another $99 for an appointment, from which I STILL haven't received a doctor's note!!! Also, terrible way to download your note. It's hidden, and requires a lot of effort to find.

Doctor and process was very well and thought out but I only have one problem with the app. I got a phone call midway through and it cut both of our audio out. My doctor told me that happens and frequently a problem with the app. I am technically fluent and fixed the problem but I could not imagine if I, or anyone else didn't know how to fix it. I think this can be fixed and mitigated in the future so I gave 4 stars.

My first appointment never went through and I waited an hour due to the uptick of stuff from C19. Unfortunately I had to go to work...! So I called PlushCare and they rescheduled my appointment with no issues at all. A great experience and the doctor was thorough. If you're in a pinch or have something that's easily taken care of without having to go directly into a clinic, this app is a great tool.

I am unable to login and book appointment, or cancel my membership. Never been more frustrated an app. After making payment, the login would stop working, but monthly payment would continue. Feel free to install if you would like to pay monthly fee for rest of your life without getting any service at all. I would give zero stars to this company if there were such a thing.

This app has been a lifesaver twice for me! The doctors are great & service is readily available. Didn't have to wait long at all for an appointment. Only 1 issue I ran into on both calls: difficulty connecting from an Android phone. For some reason, it never wants to connect me without multiple trys. Otherwise, I'm very pleased

If youre looking to have a super simplified way of managing your medication, whether it's refills or adjusting dosages, I've found this has been the best platform for me. The Healthcare professionals are great, knowledgeable, thorough, and are not there to waste your time, but rather find the best solution. Their support system is unparalleled as well for an application platform.

Stay away from this company all together. They were having technical issues, took my money, without rendering services. Now they're telling me it will be up to 10 days before they will pay me back, despite the issues being on their end. When I asked for a confirmation number for the refund I was immediately disconnected. Total scam.

Literally a scam. I've tried for 2 days to cancel my subscription and it doesn't work on their website and you can't do it through the app. They also have hidden added charges like ORDERING labs... This is all after having issues with my insurance because they keep trying to bill the insurance in California (where I am not). Look somewhere else, I'm out hundreds of dollars

The experience is Ok, but not great. The app is decent, and my doctor is pleasant. I fully realize that there are limits on what an online doctor can do, but their advertising leads you to believe you can talk to a specialist, but there is no way to do that in the app. Messages "to the doctor" are answered by a "medical team", and response time is slow...up to 48 hours. If you need a refill or a question, you have to make another appointment. Proper billing statements are hard to get.

Very easy to use. All I needed to get was refills on thyroid meds and asthma. A regular doctor visit would be at least an hour and risk of catching something while there. This took 10 minutes or less. Only downside was app closed once but not during call. Maybe one time occurrence.Make sure once you go to payment options and leave, it will charge you.
