I've just joined. everything is so easy to navigate on the App. And being able to lend money with a one off payment is amazing as they don't put any interest on top. the money is automatically taken back when you have enough funds. I would of gave more ⭐'s Thanks Pockit
I can't even transfer money to my other account as its always declined, this app is absolutely useless. can't do anything with it and it holds you money hostage. can't even find a help button to find out what is going on. it's tyrannical and ridiculous. but they certainly know how to charge for it.
BEWARE OF LOSING ACCESS TO EMAIL ADDRESS. If you change device and have lost access to the email address registered on the account be prepared to be pushed from pillar to post for over 10 to 15 days, this is what nice encountered...I've sent verifying ID, proof of address to the same person to weekend's running and the first time they said it would be passed on to be actioned it never did. Second weekend, SAME PERSON, dealt with it again. Now, again, has just been passed on to be actions! beware
im so happy that most people are finding it easy with the app unfortunately im have in so much trouble with it its unreal my account has been suspended so for 4 day now I have not been able to eat because of this and this is the only way I can talk to anyone so I do think its disgusting and I will been closing the account as soon as I get my money back you people are just robbing people and stopping them from eat
I was loving this app until it started randomly charging me for payments and transfers in, £2 here, £3 there. I don't remember being told at any point this would happen. Be warned! I'll stop using it now. Such a shame... 😡
It's a financial scam. when the funds start coming into your bank account. they put your account on hold and you left with no money to meet your daily expenses.
worst bank I have ever used can't even get some to talk to properly and it cost about £3 every time u withdraw or transfers never had it so difficult with a banking app
Please fix your app its not opening comes up with a oops I looks like your offline and the web login is also down but if you try to connect whilst using a vpn it works fine

didn't really know what I was getting into, but absolutely brilliant service. shows all the charges plain and simple no hidden charges. also you can change your plan to a cheaper monthly service charge depending on your planned usage.
I’ve been with Pockit for a few years and never had a problem until now. Out of nowhere, they restricted my account, leaving me with no access to my money I’ve provided all the information and screenshots they asked for, but instead of giving me a proper update, they keep sending the same generic response to my emails. It’s incredibly frustrating and unfair
Used the credit builder account for over a year and there was no impact on my credit score. Absolute scam, would rate lower if I could. Also impossible to contact them, tried and the contact us part of the website sends you to a non existent URL and their support is an AI with 0 memory of your last message just the most recent one even when supposedly asking you to message with info of your query for a member of the team to review then saying it didn't undertale your query in the next message
Excellent bank, but the name of the bank is very poor. They should upgrade to a better name than pockit. They service is great. although they charge a lot of fees in every transaction the bank offer. I have been using pockit since 2016, and they should have upgraded to the real bank instead of using a prepaid card. I suggest or advise them to change the name to a better suitable name.
i was going to use this as my main account but as soon as I transferred 550 into it has restricted my account even tho it was sent from another of my accounts. sent documents and the restriction was lifted for all of ONE minute. I have two young children one severely poorly and I now have no electricity or food as that was shopping and bill money. medication need to be kept in fridge and its not even on because you have my money. this has taken a massive toll on my mental health
This app is set up to prey upon people by sending messages continually stating you have to tol up, you only have so long left to enter a competition which is a game of chance in order to take your money. Do not take this account out, ignore this apo. Lost money trying to use it, paid just to enter a competition. Making official complaints to Ombudsman & FSA as I wad informed there was no monthly charge.
I have not had account with you however when I sign up and input my details with you, you are saying my mobile number is attached with an account and you won't let me sign up 😢
The app is generally ok. The usual banking necessities like transfers, block your card, view transactions etc. A few other features there that can be useful such as discounted gift cards for various retailers to save a little money. Credit builder. Add or withdraw funds at pay points. They pay salaries early on the evening of the working day before your actual payday. Negative, customer service only webchat/email and it ain't cheap. Constant updates and got locked out of the app by one
Transactions between pockit accounts provide no feedback, leaving you wondering if it has worked or not, no indication at all, failing to appear in the statements even after 30 minutes. Absolutely not suitable for quick transactions between family members, which it was my main purpose. Called their customer service just around 17:50, and after 20 min waiting, when it was finally my turn, they hang up on me (they finish at 6pm, so I guess someone wanted to leave quick). Appalling.
App is ok, although gives you two differnt totals. When you first log in you have to click further in to get accurate balance as first one doesn't show immediate transactions. Card is useless. Never works in shops, is declined even though plenty of money on the account. Customer service can never explain why this happens. I've been embarrassed so many times in shops because it doesn't work. I'm done.
Shocking service lately, or more accurately, no service. I've been a customer of theirs for a couple of years and issues were always sorted promptly in the past, but now it's appalling. My daughter has experienced very large fraudulent transactions on her account which is linked to mine, reported it as soon as she noticed it, and we're still waiting for some response from Pockit. Apart from the out-of-office insincere 'we'll get back to you' emails, there's been no contact from them.
Shockingly bad. Would not recommend this company; the app is fine but the service from the provider is constantly crashing so you can't use the card to purchase items when it goes down which is usually at the most inconvenient time. Customer service is TERRIBLE! My card was declined twice when I tried to use contactless, and also when I tried using my PIN. Then I find that Pockit debited all three declined transactions from my account! Then refused to refund me! I am making a formal complaint.
