There is no reason to choose this ad ridden app that sells your info to third parties. There are great free & one time fee podcast players out there. An example of this app's venality: when asking if you want to set it as default you get yes or no as radio buttons but then instead of 'okay' as a button choice, the options are 'cancel' and 'set as default' (so even if you've chosen no, it sets itself as default and you get ads when you click settings options *on your own phone*. Don't do it.

Changes home screen and adds unrequested apps. Edit: Seems they have a copy+paste response they give everyone as you can see. "access to content that you actually care about" - no, I don't care about that content at all, no one does, it's adware and as such is basically malware. I should never have to adjust settings on my phone, this is a complete dark pattern, unethical practice.

I downloaded this app. I saw that there would be ads. This app reformatted how all the apps are displayed on my phone. It replaced Google Chrome with Bing as my default search engine replaced permanent ads on my phone with all the other apps. I couldn't install it in the settings and I was worried I'm glad that I came back to write this review and saw that I could uninstall it here on this page.

Nightmare. It changed the order of my apps, took them all out of their groupings. I had to go into the app store and click, Uninstall. It would not allow me to do it by pushing down on the app on the screen. I have an android for others this has happened to.

I opened the app and it changed the operating system on my Google pixel. I didn't ask it to do that, and then it put ads everywhere. Like ads in my apps section and in the settings bar. There are other podcast apps that are just that and don't try to change your phone.

I didn't like the way this app loaded extra stuff on my phone and nagged at me to change the launch settings, so decided to delete it. Couldn't do it from the home screen like usual, but had to go into settings, select apps, select your silly app and delete it from there.

This is the WORST APP I have ever installed. I read that other reviewers indicated that the app changed the icons on their home page, but I assumed they were luddites. I should have believed them because installing this app caused the following unexpected issues: * removed my weather app from my home page * created a new home page with features I didn't want * rearranged my App icons so I can't easily find them * and more but I have wasted enough time on this AWFUL App.

Changed all my app set up and my screen picture and all my fixtures. And even added so many stupid apps which I don't care about them. I tried to get ride of all those apps but doesn't work I can't uninstall them. I don't like when they do that, not even asking us to add those apps. I uninstalled this podcasts app but didn't get ride of all those apps. HATE IT. Please someone tell me how to uninstall this app. I tried but all these apps still there and there is no more option to uninstall.

Mixed Feelings. Podcast works great BUT... as other reviews stated. It changed everything on my phone. I have Samsung galaxy 9. It changed all my setting, moved all apps, changes all my stuff and added some dumb menu that keeps jiggling like it asking you to look at it, click it, USE IT...nagging and annoying.

This app scares me l. I try to download load it then it won't let me exit to look at other apps when it downloads then it's takes over my phone taking original apps away putting them into sorta like the back of my phone. It's takes my phone over and putting ads and stuff on. I'm deleting this slice of hell. No cap

I don't like that this app wants to take over my phone! It changes my screen saver. It changed all of my screens and some of my apps disappeared! It's just podcasts? I don't mind ads, but why does it want access to everything in my phone? I deleted it.

Podcasts Home replaced my phones desktop with its own layout and with its own different apps. It disabled the drag and drop uninstall feature of my Pixel 6 so I couldn't uninstall the app. In my phone's settings, it disabled force stop and disable. I spent an hour trying to get rid of it. I finally succeeded by going back to Play store and uninstalling the app from there. Podcasts Home is destructive and Google should remove it immediately.

This changed everything on my phone and reset all my widgets even though I said NOT to set it as default. I was just looking for a podcast player. Deleted rught away and everything went back to normal.

The app takes over your phone's home screen and even if you say don't use it as your default head still automatically changes it to default. For that reason I would have given it 0 stars out of 5 I would not recommend

This app tried to take over my entire interface. No Uninstaller option on its icon. Adds all over the place! To Uninstall, go to play store and you should be able to manually do it there up top. All responses to issues is copy paste with no solution in comments. Don't let them do you dirty.

Absolutely the worst, takes over your phone instantly with no warning, changes the whole layout! And you can't get rid of it I hate it what a big mistake I Made!!!

Once I downloaded this app it took over my phone- just as MANY others have stated. What the HELL? To delete, hold finger on app icon, a box will pop up- select DELETE... I won't make this mistake again...shame on you Google!!!

Installed itself and took over everything. There's precious little info on how to uninstall (I haven't figured it out yet) Who cares if it works for podcasts? It takes over your home screen and throws inwanted ads at you. Avoid!

Terrible podcast app. No way to update for newest episode. No episodes available past the date of first following. Harasses you for permission to everything it doesn't need and to let the app determine your home screen while giving you no services in return. Uninstalling now.

This app took over my phone. An example of an app thinking it is more than it is. They will paste some BS explanation but there is NO justification for thinking they are better than the interface we are using.
