I have contacted support via email, the first time was a couple of weeks ago. I received an email acknowledging receipt, but NO RESPONSE!! Upate: 1.25.26. The interactive map ability no longer works to trace a saved route. Version 3.5.11 ---the latest version 3.2 is way off when using the GPS with walking. I have a set 3 mile walk that now reads 4 miles using the new version. I can run the map tracking on a previous walk that shows 3 miles and it matches the "4" mile walk exactly. What gives??

Polar apps are a bit frustrating because they don't work well together and don't do many useful things. I don't use a polar watch and can't seem to set up customized splits. The pace in the graphs of The apps (all apps) is always much higher than the actual pace. I also don't need a lady voice yelling at me 15 times in my first mile that I am "burning fat", and "improving fitness", though I do want to hear the standard mile split times.

Registering for this app is ridiculous. You have to enter lots of private information which has nothing to do with how you will use tis app. Also you have to agree to absurd legal gibberish. Finally they insist on a 15 ! 15 character password. Ridiculous! They should not require a password at all. Are they storing your gold? But it does seem to work OK. They provide great maps and graphs which are way too detailed to read on a cellphone but there's no sync to a desktop app!

It was a 5 star product until new update. Prior to update, I was always able to have device (Polar H10) running with two apps at a time, which allowed me to track my personal progress through the app, while viewing my heart rate in real time on tge step machine or treadmill I was using. Now, it's one or the other. Bery frustrating after a year or so having been used to the ability to connect to two apps/devices simultaneously. Please address and fix. 🙏🏼

The app won't reliably sync with Google Fit. I contacted support and after a couple of back and forths with them offering simple suggestions that didn't fix the problem, they just stopped responding to my emails. It's been about 3 weeks and 3 unresponded to emails. I'm done with them. I'm going to buy another Wahoo device which always worked reliably and I never had any problems with.

I wish there was a widget, otherwise the app is easy to use. it would also be nice if it integrated with Samsung health. Dropped 1 star because I can't reorder the exercises to have my favorites or most used, at the top. Also, the battery in the sensor will full on die without warning. The app can see the status if you dig down into settings > sensors. Why can't the app warn you when you have a certain percentage or amount of time left?

Used to be good, is now garbage. Have used it for a couple of years on rucks and everything worked perfectly. About the last 6 months it's been stopping at exactly 0.16 miles on every single outing I do. Just got a new phone, reinstalled the app, exact same problem. 3-hour ruck, 0.16 miles covered. Garbage. My son uses it and has the exact same issue. Avoid.

Not reliable for measuring distance or training sessions. Sometimes it will measure the distance I walk, other time's it doesn't even record a session, even when I start it and stop it, and it says 'training stopped ' at the end. It's as if nothing at all happened, even though my other (Fitbit) device does measure and record. What's the problem here? If it won't reliably record my session there's no point in using it.

Huge pain to get connected to the heart rate monitor it is designed to be compatible with (Polar H10). I have to follow a long, convoluted processes about 35% of the time I use it. In addition, audio feedback for heart rate zones no longer works, which makes the app pretty useless for any heart rate training where you aren't constantly staring at your phone. It does actually seem to monitor heart rate accurately, but that's about it. Not worth getting the Polar heart rate monitor too use with.

There is no way to trim your workouts. (I think this used to be a feature on polar beat/flow but was removed?) This has to be the most basic and easy feature to implement whether it's before you submit your workout to Polar flow or after. If I forget to turn off the tracker after the gym, I am ruining my overall stats with longer average workout and lower average heart rate. There are other features that are missing too such as changing the heart rate zone but the one I mentioned previously is a big one for me.

I had to uninstall the app and re-install it 3 times before it barely worked. It is not user friendly and doesn't like to pair with any other app very easily. Their needs to be a way to save the information somewhere easily accessible. I need a more accessible and versatile menu. Currently I can pause but then can't get out of the program to go to a separate app. It took a few tries before i realized it that so I would stop the workout and then re-start it.

App is bugging out. When I stop tracking a workout it'll say "Training stopped" and reverts to the main page. Workout history nowhere to be found. It's happened the past 5 times I've used this app. The last workout it saved was on May 15th. The app also keeps prompting to update my H10, but when I do the update fails and presents "Try Again" and "Later" as options. Try again never works.

There are definitely good things about this app, but it's impossible to simply display the heart rate (other than a tiny display not meant to be used during exercise) without starting a preset category of exercise. The problem is you're then FORCED to see elapsed time and other elapsed values like calories along with heart rate. I do not want to know how much exercise is left to do whenever I choose to check my heart rate. These fields cannot be hidden or toggled on and off.

I'm not sure why polar beat and polar flow are not merged to be the same app. Seems pretty archaic considering they both feed into the same platform. If it was one app, I should be able to use my watch or H10 for heart rate. Also, where is auto pause? Here's another idea, if I'm swimming or running or biking, just because I've paused for a minute doesn't mean I'm not burning calories. Noticed on my vantage V Titan and on Polar Beat app. HR and calories are not logged during pause.

Missing a couple features to make it 5/5. Ability to save your favorite sports would be good, instead of having to hunt everytime. I'd also like a more accurate time stamp on the HR Graph post-session. This way I can clearly identify how long my shifts are, and how quickly I recover (talking hockey). otherwise, it's good. basic and no extra flairs.

It's fine for what it is, a tracker. I would like to see a custom max heart rate alarm, custom timers for interval runs, split announcements, etc. There's potential for so much more, training plans, zone 2 guidance, tempo guidance, HIIT guidance, etc. It's no better than the dozens of other tracking apps on the market, except you can connect your H10. I love that aspect, but I would gladly pay for a more robust training app, not just a tracker.

Best workout-only app out there. Only 4 stars because the workout calories and routine don't match up in MyFitnessPal which is kind of a dumb problem since it's literally an api passed from one program to another. How hard is it to have them match up. Devs need to work on the api conversion on both ends to make it work. You can edit the workout in mfp so not a deal breaker. Just inconvenient.

Polar Bear is functional and it works well enough with Polar monitors. Beyond that, it's static, I don't recall a functionality update in ages. It loses connection to my H10 sensor once it twice a year requiring repairing for some unknown reason. If you forget to stop a workout, it doesn't let you clip off the extra. It tried to get you to connect to it's cloud for 'reasons'? Interop with other apps or expiring your data in a reasonable format seems non-existent. It gets 3 stars, it's 'fine'.

It's not a bad app. It has several and I mean several exercising workouts, not just walking, running and biking. If you use it to use it to track your route, you are out of luck. GPS algorithm needs some serious reworking. But it does keep track of your heart rate. UPDATE 5 STARS: If you are having trouble with the GPS tracking your workout, you MUST change your app permissions to run in the background. If you don't do this and go to "screen lock" your GPS will not function properly.

This app works pretty good, but I mostly just use it when I'm speed walking on my treadmill, and it does not allow me to type in a manual walking speed. I think the calories burned counter would be more accurate if it took into account how fast I was actually walking. This app seems to report a very high calories burned count. I don't think it's accurate.
