This app is pure garbage! Not only does it force me to sign back into it, every few days, when I use it on a near daily basis, but when I do log back in it gives me a blank white screen. I then have to close it and reopen, making it extremely annoying. As if that's not bad enough, customer support is non-existent. To make matters worse, this garbage app no longer shows you your percentage while charging. You now have to unplug it to see the percentage!

Horrible! If I could give negative stars, I would. First tried using a Voyager 5220 I haven't used in a while (BIG mistake - that earpiece is JUNK!), and the Poly Studio app detected it no problem. Switched to my Voyager Legend, and it just won't detect it, even though it's connected via Bluetooth to my phone. Uninstalled the app & reinstalled; still no luck. Can't even sign in now, because the app keeps force closing on me. Cleared cache/data, still no joy. Y'ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!

I don't have control over what specific output audio goes to on my phone, since this app is specifically for the headset, the app should specifically put out audio to the headset. Nothing else. I should be able to hit one button, and it put out the alert tone on the headset so I can find the stupid thing! 1-13-26 App has a bug after this most recent update, It will not stay open, it keeps crashing even after clearing the cache.

A few weeks ago my Poly 5200 stopped connecting on my S22+ phone. It had worked flawlessly up until that point. I cleared the bluetooth setting, restarted my phone and tried to connect to the earpiece. All it does is beep in pairing mode and does not connect to my phone or any other phone for that matter. When I plug it into my computer it just beeps. It has a full charge and the base is fully charged as well. If there is an update that is needed, it needs to connect but can't.

About the only time that I use the app, is when I try to find my Bluetooth. With this new app (since name change), it never seems to work. Even when the Bluetooth is right under my phone. I can take the Bluetooth and hold it up to my phone and it still does not show that my Bluetooth and phone are anywhere near each other. Polytechnic was better at finding the phone. Poly app doesn't work on either of my 5200. Using an Android Samsung S22 ultra.

There is an update available, but app states my battery is not sufficient to update software. I'm at 100% and it is plugged in. Worthless. I want to turn off the redial option as the headset keeps auto-redial without pushing any buttons, just wearing it. It will randomly redial last outgoing call. Very inconvenient especially if it is late at night while listening to a podcast and Bam! It calls last number, waking them up. Turning off all Sensors, the headset keeps reconnecting and disconnect

Sadly, a company named, "Poly," absorbed and erased Plantronics... It was supposed to be a merging, but almost all of Plantronics gaming and regular headphones are just, gone... Poly still supports some of the bluetooth headsets, but just barely. If you have a Plantronics headset though, this app allows you to change options for it, and in some cases, update firmware. And if you drive a lot, Plantronics bluetooth headsets are the best. People can't even tell when you're on the interstate!

Thid isn't needed to use the headset. Unless the headset is sitting against something that can reflect sound, is on, & has battery left, you'll never find it, or if you know the location last seen. I would have preferred customization. Closing the app doesn't mean anything. After version 3.14 a foreground service is used, & too many permissions. Won't upgrade. I will choose which apps will run. I have other headsets. You lose points for that. Earlier versions can be found on other play stores.

In 2016 I felt that this was a great app in how it has helped me to find my headset several times when it wasn't on the charger. However, in 2020 I don't feel that way. I have not been able to get my brand new Voyager PLT B5200 UC to connect to the app. I have called support twice, but all they said to do was to uninstall and reinstall the app. And then to unpair, and pair the headset. When that didn't fix the issue, they had nothing else to offer. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Cannot change settings on Voyager Legend; because "Battery Unknown". And the on ear sensor is unknown most of the time. One of the best Bluetooth devices I've ever had but app causes too much frustration. **UPDATE** APP doesn't recognize that the device is connected to phone. No problems with device and phone. This is the 3rd Plantronics Voyager Legend that I have owned but I plan on researching a different brand.

THIS APP SUCKS NOW THAT YOU CHANGED IT/UPDATED IT!!!!! I have bought the Plantronics 201020-08 Voyager Edge Bluetooth Headset with Charging Case for many years now because I liked it best from other Bluetooths I've tried. I could always get it to show me the percentage of the battery at the top of my cellphone because it was an option in the app that you could set. Now since you changed the whole app there is no longer an option to put it back up there!! This app is NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL!!

So far so good! I "lost" my headset for the umpteenth time - but this time, I'd bought one that could connect to this app and do a phone search. Heads up! If you're hitting the 'send signal' button and your phone is on DND (Do Not Disturb) you must turn that off, or the headset will not beep. Also, won't make sound if it's off. But in that case, the, "Backtrack" feature was REALLY helpful!

The Find My Phone feature was no help at all. Did EVERYTHING the help section recommended but no help. Kept saying device not enabled when it really was. Kept decreasing the volume to 1/3 even when turning up all the way to be able to hopefully hear it. FINALLY was able to locate it by putting on Pandora with loud rock music. This allowed a long enough play time to check many areas. Was finally able to find it this way! Very happy about that but app wasn't locating on Back Track or by Sound.

This has helped me find my bluetooth when I would've either never found it, or would've taken days to find! The only thing I would change is if they could find it while it's turned off. Update 3/17/23- So bummed that since it's no longer Planitronics and has updated, my Voyager Edge is no longer supported with this app! Customer support confirmed it's no longer a compatible app since my bluetooth's too old. Now if I lose it this app can't help me find it. It won't connect at all. Uninstalling.

It works properly for 2 is 3 calls. After that it does not tell me who is calling, whether to answer or decline. It does have better talk quality than other devices i have used. A hundred bucks is a little pricy for something that works some of the time. Purchased at Flying J truck stop. Tech support is canned responses from someone who really doesn't care to help. Almost like it's automated.

The app would better serve the user if when activated the "Locator" sound would be a LOT louder than what it is, currently! Also, I think it would be an awesome idea to have it to where the earpiece can be located even when it is switched to the off position! If it did have the last mentioned feature maybe I would've been able to find my last ear piece! :-(

This doesn't support my Voyager Legend. Can't undo updates. Uninstalling this app as it is no longer useful to me. Too bad they don't make it compatible for older devices. I'll be looking for another brand for replacement. Update: Thank you for adding support for Legend devices. I still have it along with its battery case, as I haven't found a suitable replacement, but I am trying out other headset that can be used across both android and iPhone.

Lost my Plantronics Bluetooth headset somewhere today. Without it all day... Bummed! Remembered I had this app and fired it up... It led me right to the area where it was (turns out in my house) then let me play a loud sound on it until I found it! Beautiful!! If I ever lose it for good, I'm buying another exactly like it from Plantronics! Awesome! : )

Edit: Poly seems to have listened and added support for the Legend headset. Unfortunely the new unit I bought was defective. So, I decided to go with the 5200. So far, impressed. Much better battery life and better sound quality.... ******Legend not supported. I like the Legend set and just purchased another new one. 7th one I have purchased. Wow. They don't support a product that is still sold in stores just because they do not want to. I need to replace headset every year or 2..

Downloaded to use with my Poly-Sync20 speakerphone. Limited functionality in the app. Can't do basic things like disable power on/off notifications, device disconnected notifications, or change notification volume settings. The interface is really dated, like it was designed 10 years ago and never updated. When I do change settings, it doesn't actually seem to do anything. I set it so the device would only beep when volume hits min/max, but it still beeps no matter what. Disappointing app.
