I like the game, but it's impossible to push the button to add more coins to continue the club training. I don't know if it's because the button is too far in the corner, or maybe never got activated to do anything. And no way to contact customer support. 'Contact us' brings you to their site, the home screen of which is a nap showing where they're located. Clicking on contact us from the drop down menu brings you back to the map. Where the only thing you can do is zoom in or out.

The program has complete physical control of this game, and I suspect the programming is also structured to allow you to perform better based on how much you spend. I wouldn't purchase anything from this company based on this behavior. You're not playing another opponent per se as the program won't allow you to make shots that would otherwise go in. It also slows down, speeds up, and curves cue ball in ways that couldn't happen in reality, physically or theoretically. Get a game that let's you

Exceptional, especially when it comes to the gameplay and the controls. Sensitivity is also good, has no bugs, doesn't glitch or malfunction at crucial times or at any given moment. Not complicated in terms of advantage of cues and having to recharge them every 5 seconds. Overall I haven't played this game for long yet but I don't sense anything biased from it. Basically in short it might be better than 8 ball pool🙂 hope to further see no red flags. Love it

There are times when I would love to hit the cue ball low. But under certain circumstances, your game will not allow me to aim low. It will only give me the option to hit high above the x-axis. I should have the free will to hit the cue ball however I like. Especially if I am paying for your app. Also, allow the player waiting to walk around the table. View the table like (like when it's their turn) to visualize their next shot.

Love this game. Though I feel it does need an update noticing more glitches on ball placement after break and some shots. Plus, maybe an update with a few more table options, maybe even one where you can wager your own amount. DO YOU FORSEE ANY UDATES COMING IN THE NEAR FUTURE. Also, on the practice table, why can't you get a trophy for level 65 even when you beat it.

The multiplayer mode does not give you enough time to line up your shot. I lost my turn a few times because you just don't have enough time to maneuver the stick. If the controlling of the stick was easier you wouldn't need more time. To change opposite direction with the cue stick ends up taking long because it gets stuck and its just confusing.. Need more time or easier control on the stick...

Horrible. I've played for a while and many times it says "Don't leave match, waiting for player connection". When they come back balls are replaced in different areas and all of a sudden they have a different cue but says it's the same guest-"whatever number" ... I'm not sure some hacking the game or what. And the leveling needs a lot of work.

Randomly lost all my in-game progress after an update that seems to only add annoyingly long animations when opening items. My offline progress is unaffected, funny enough. Any game that fails at keeping track of player achievements/items is lackluster in my opinion. Edit: I tried playing on regardless, but the problem with this app is they seem to think children are their main audience. I simply won't sit there waiting to tap, one at a time, each prize that I get. Just keep the whole game 🙂🚮

At 1st I gave 5 Stars. After playing and advancing in the game. Maaaaaaaan this game needs some work. The camera angles...SUCK... once you get to higher levels. If they would put some time into fixing or adding a more realistic camera angles or view when shooting and when opponent is shooting this game will be the TOP dog. Until then it's still just a fun and competitive game to kill time....ONLY.

This game, although it does have in-app purchases, does not bombard you with pop-ups, and as far as I can tell, is not rigged to make you lose. Game play is smoothe. Graphics are excellent. So far, the best and fairest game that follows the "wager to play" trend, that most developers seem to be exploiting through games that are rigged to make you lose and buy coins to play. If you get good at this game, you will never have to make a purchase. I really appreciate that. Very enjoyable.

Best pool game I've tried. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Realistic controls, beautiful graphics, actually takes some time to move forward. No hundreds of useless cues, mini games etc. Just pool. 🎱 Most players are also nice, polite and a joy to play with. Would like a few more playing options, free training, maybe 10-ball and even snooker 🤔 I haven't experienced any glitches.

This game is very realistic however it's missing some key rules and has some glitches that need to be addressed. In 9 ball there is no option to push out, when playing any game there is no foul if someone breaks soft on purpose and barely anything moves! I also experience glitches where the screen turns completely black and no matter what I do I get a foul and finally there have been games where it shows the ball go off the table and when you reach a key ball and try to shoot it you get a foul

game would be better if it didn't crash every second game. other than that it's a decent game. beware if it does crash repeatedly that if you uninstall and reinstall it'll take you back several levels and remove most of your coins earned up til that point. fix the crashing issues and you have a great game.

When it worked, this was my favorite mobile pool game by a long shot. Now it no longer works at all. I tried clearing storage and reinstalling, but all I get is the title screen. I tried emailing the company with no response. Very disappointed.

Don't install this game. This is my second installation thinking the game improved but no, it became worse. Mismatches: you're a level 10 player and will be matched to a level 15 player. Gold grab: i reached 70k, the next day my account was restarted with no gold left. Lucky breaks/shots: more favorable to opponents.

I really like the game but am having challenge connecting to my friends via Facebook, even though we added our Facebook accounts they just don't appear when I try inviting them in the game if that issue can be resolved I will come back and add full stars thank you

this game 🎮 is very perfect but one thing I hate about it is that the Internet connection. especially when you are at a place where there is low network, it will automatically give the coins your opponent. why? pls try to work on that😐. thanks 😊

It's good and everything...but whyy does it glitch... Whyy does my pick(solid) always respawns on different places on the table..and the other players get to move the whiteball around on the table.. Even if you didn't play yet!! So it's a minor problem

Fun to play - But Same dynamics as the snooker equivalent, graphics are best in game type. Like it's equivalent though it is in desperate need of an update. Single player mode only goes so far and then impossible to complete the last level, no matter what you do it won't give you the trophy. Opening boxes crashes the game (S24 Ultra) And just like the snooker, there seems to be many cheats on it. Please please update this game! It has the potential to be the best pool game on mobile.

After playing all pool games possible 😆 I think this one is the best. Lovely smooth action and graphics. Definitely the one to play. No ads ! Very accurate. I know the pockets are favourable but it's still good. I like the training mode . You can relax while getting ready for the next matchup! 😃Also it's not cluttered with fancy graphics exploding all over the place! Just a cool pool game ! Good matchups too. You have a chance to win 😆 . Excellent 👌
