Bad enough dating is hard for us now. We find a app to help, thank you, but we have no way to initiate conversation unless we upgrade. Upgrade cost is way to high. I try to put a way for others to reach me, but someone goes in and changes my information, not cool. I did a review already and someone deleted that too. Please make it more user friendly, like a free trial. Or earn ways to upgrade, or something.

What a waste of time. If you login once incorrectly it flags you for "suspicious activity"; I've tried to put in several requests for it to be fixed, their voice mail box for customer service is always full, and I've been on their 'waitlist' for basic access for a week now. Never downloading again. MPWH is doing the same right now too.

You keep sending the same responses to people that would've recommended your app to more folks. Used to like your app. But having to pay for those features...that's a big no no. Either lower your prices to more affordable prices or keep losing people. You have a very effective and efficient app...but your choice of pricing runs people away. Even when I was trying to unsubscribe from your app. It was a hassle doing so. I had to go to a third party. When I used to do it from the app directly.

I don't understand why there is no way to send messages. Neither party can contact eachother regardless of a match unless either has paid $30 to subscribe. Just seems there are other apps that would at least allow you to do that much if not build up messages to contact others simply by continuously logging in, not much point to an app that doesn't allow any messages without $.

I've been on the site and app for a few years. Lots of inactive profiles, they spark you with people from a whole different side of the country, you have to pay to see who liked you, or made you a favorite of theirs. I've paid for a membership a few times, because I wanted to talk to someone, just to find out their not inactive, or lived 800 miles away. $30 a month also too expensive to talk to 1 person a month. Added a good thing with gold tokens, and took it away for some reason.

It's a Great idea, but you essentially have to pay to be able to use it. You can match with people and swipe on a small number of people per day for free That's all. If you want to message them or see who likes you or swipe on more people you have to pay and minimum is $33 for a month. It's basically unusable and useless unless you pay there are better apps out there. Save yourself the time and money and download something else.

features: notifications don't consistently work, forced to re login to the app multiple times a day(just think if you had to type your user ID and password for every app on your phone), also you can't change or cancel your subscription. As others state, there are better options out there and in reality there's not that many real active users. Developer response

I paid for a month and on the very last day of my subscription I received messages from weeks ago. Users who had replied to my messages and waiting so long that they deactivated their accounts. I cannot explain how frustrating it is to think that absolutely nobody is interested in talking to you only to find out that the site you pay to use is the one keeping messages from getting to you. Luckily they issued me a refund. Sad that this app couldn't be better because it's a great concept.

Customer service is awful. Had an issue with the 5 boosts that come with subscription. They weren't there when I signed up. I asked about it the following day, they added one boost to my account with disappeared the same day. Never got to use it. The customer service claimed an engineer looked into it and confirmed boosts were added yet theres no boosts on my account. Apparently its too difficult for them to push a button and fix it. Lost a paying customer and I hope this review loses more.

Not a lot of options close to me. Can't talk to anyone unless you pay. Not worth the monthly cost if there is no one nearby to meet. Now, with the most current update I can only view people in the city I live in unless I pay for membership. No surrounding areas unless you choose anywhere and then it shows people outside of your surrounding area in different states. Still unable to see people closer to you. Can't send msgs even if you match unless your a paying member.

One of the worst apps on my phone. Constantly refuses to connect, regardless of connection speed or stability, wifi or not. Can't do much with it when it won't even connect. And that's before the whole standard/premium argument or the fact that a very large portion of the profiles are obvious fakes and/or scammers. If I could give negative stars this app would certainly get them.

The idea is there, but the execution is absolutely abysmal. You cannot do a single meaningful thing on this app without a membership, which by the way, is extremely overpriced. My favorite part is when you match with someone or share winks with someone only so you can sit and stare at one another's profile because neither one of you has the means to initiate contact. Just feels like a grimey and greedy development team looking to milk people with a positive status.

Don't bother. You can't message anyone without paying too much for an upgrade. You can't talk at all with anyone unless a paid member messages you first. The site only lets you narrow your range to 100 miles then shows you people on the other side of the country anyway. Rip off and a scam to get you to pay in my opinion. I deleted after a day because there shouldn't be a free version offered if it has obsolutely no features available. Total waste of time.

I've used this app on and off for several years. Even going premium for a time. Nothing changes. Not the things that matter. The people at PS have the same canned responses to the same issues they have had for years. They aren't listening to the community, they aren't making the app more usable, and they charge more for basic things that other apps offer for free. Saying since 2001 and having the same complaints for years, but asking for your users to pay so much for nothing.

Ridiculous that you have to be a paying member at 39.99 a month to be able to do anything. You only get to see a few profiles a day without upgrading and you cant send a message or even a like without upgrading. No point in being on here if youre not a paying member. No other app has this many restrictions for non-paying.

The fact that you have to get a premium membership just to be shown to your preferred gender is gross. If I wanted a certain gender matching with and contacting me, I would have put that in my preferences when signing up. Genuinely the only reason I will never use this app again.

don't bother with this app. it charges the most to upgrade of any of the competition, there is a feed but its only completely open for left wing misandrist women, everybody else has disappearing posts, comments and no reply button or notification button/tab. definitely full of bots that are either site ran to get you to upgrade or advertising other businesses. try to address any of it on site and you get actively ignored if you aren't upgraded which isn't worth it for men on any app/site anymore

Rubbish app! Very expensive ! If you're not willing to travel hundreds of miles, I wouldn't bother for the past 3 or 4 days, no one in my area! (100km)! Wish I could get my money back. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

app allows scammers u report them provide ample proof and they are allowed to continue harassing people on the site asking for money using romance as a weapon just because they are a real person and not a fake profile and when u try to warn people about the scammer ur messages are censored and blocked u cant say scammer on the site in any groups. it censors ths word. app is buggy u have to pay for the most basic of features. platform is archaic. its a joke honestly, especially with HIV
