Hi! I checked the app and I still couldn't add anything to my cart. I had to uninstall them re-install the app and now its fixed. Previous Complaint: I can never use this app. Everytime I try to add something to my cart it never works. The 'add to cart' button is always loading and never available. This has been going on for several months. They have so many complaints and bad ratings yet it seems they've done nothing??
This app is the most buggiest app I've ever used. Half the time, I can't favorite and unfavorite items that are both in and out of the cart. When I went to check out, I was in the process of completing the payment section when it gave me an order number instead of letting me choose a different payme t option. And then it took all items out of cart. No order history, no email, no charge. Terrible app. What a waste of time.
Extremely disappointed. I placed a large order which was missing three items. When I inquired about the items, customer service totally dismissed me even though it was either their mistake or the courier that they partner with. Either way, they have refused to reimburse me even though I've always been a loyal customer. Won't be ordering again, save your money, go elsewhere.
I am very unhappy. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this app needs so much work. It shuts down in the middle of me looking at something, and I recently ordered over 100 dollars of clothes, and didn't receive the item I was most looking forward to. I then checked my email and saw that 'they didn't have the item in stock' but chargede anyway. This aggravated me because when I checked the app, the item was still very much available.
Nice app. I havent ran into technical problems. Ran pretty smoothly. Although, I had to uninstall because I noticed that the app is not really linked with my account on the webpage. Yes it does have a link where you can go and log in, but whenever I see something I like the app makes it look like it's a whole different account. And when I go to the webpage the things I liked in the app are not on the webpage wishlist. In other words, would like the app to be intertwined with my webpage account.
Since I downloaded the app about two weeks ago, I've been unable to make it pass the message in the little box that pops up soon as you open the app. The one that reads "Check your email for $10 gift card plus complimentary shipping..." I have to change the font setting in My phone display settings In order the Full message in the little white box to appear, cuz that's the only time the "X" at the top right corner of the box will appear in order for me to close the message and use the app.
I've purchased on this app at least twice before without any issues or complaints. Just recently, the app will not save my preferences and shows prices in £ instead of $. And just today I have tried to place an order 3 times, but it says my order cannot be processed to contact customer service try again later. When I click on contact us in the app is gives a variety of reasons for contacting them to choose from, no matter which one you select it takes you to enter order number or tracking number AND THAT'S IT. It's been very frustrating and disappointing.
I gave the app 3 stars because it only gives you three options for the filter "price range, style and size". While those are great, I was looking for a specific color and because they don't have that as a option i had to go through all the clothes and click to see if it was available in white (which most were not). Also I filtered for my size and it said 700+ results were found but it repeated all the clothing instead of showing all they had.
I created a sign in. Download the app. I was emailed a 20% off first order coupon. I went to place the first order and was denied the discount, that the promo code PLT sent to me was "not valid". Just not a good start, considering the prices are okay-ish, and I had to pay for shipping. I backed out. Site was easy to navigate.
Freezes, glitches and constantly crashes. I like the store, but it's not smooth shopping when the app is slow with loading and then crashes every 2 or so minutes. Fix that! Also, improve the app by allowing customers to login to our account rather than redirecting us to the website through the internet and then back again after purchasing. Thanks!
I love the store, but the app is so buggy sometimes. Items on the main page don't always work when clicked on. It just says zero items. I upgraded the app and everything 🤦🏾♀️ The cookie option pops up every few minutes as well when I've already updated my cookie option. I'm tempted to just uninstall the app altogether. Shopping on a store's app is supposed to be an easy streamlined experience.
When I downloaded this app, I certainly thought it would be the United States version. But, to my dismay, I was downloaded with the English version because all the prices of the items was in pounds and not dollars. Also, prior to downloading the app, they advertised 40% off of everything. However, with the web version, and after emailing the company, alerting them that their order portal was NOT deducting 40%, I received a response stating NOT ALL ITEMS WERE ELIGIBLE FOR THE DISCOUNT. Not Happy
I use PLT for years and like it, but... Updated the app and can't use Wishlist and can't find my country in adresses. Only have 14 countries in Delivery. They were worldwide, as I remember.
Firstly, they ask you to pay for the return. Secondly, the customer service is poor. They don't seem to give you a direct answer. Then they told me my parcel went missing?!! The clothes are good, but the service is bad.
updated my app and now I can no longer see my wishlist and when I try to save new items, they aren't saving
They make you pay to return items. No free option to return items that don't fit.
worst app ever..i paid over 150 AED for delivery on cash..although paid already through app..also hopeless case to reach an agent and to help..moreover you cant do a rerurn although it is mentioned you can
Clothes are good quality, gorgeous and up to date with current trends, the random sales and discounts are amazing too. However, it doesn't keep you logged in when you're paying or when you want to check your order. you should only have to log in once. And another thing is that it's annoying to see items that are sold out, I don't know whether they just have too many clothes or something buut it stresses me out lol
I can't possibly think of a bad thing to say about this company! They have an amazing range of clothes for all you beautiful ladies (tall, petite, curvy, plus size etc.) and the clothing is reasonably priced plus there is a sale on most of the time (I got 25% off my order yesterday due to one of their 12 hour sales!) I've also never had a problem with the delivery, it always arrives within the time frame suggested and there is no problem with sending clothes back! 100% recommend!
The carousel of changes isn't worth the hassle. PLT Make a decision and stick to it! So many issues. Now I can't even open the app. It won't update, and if I do manage to load it up, it's just a blank screen, then crash. Honestly, with so many competitors out there it's not worth the aggregation when most purchases end up being a charged return.
