Works fine. But ultimately, this app does nothing - other than open your current browser to the correct page, assuming you used the in-app camera to scan the QR code. In other words, just use your browser. This app is honestly only good for first time users that have trouble finding their correct page, within Prism, that they work for.

Have to sign in each time more than my bank account. but it doesn’t recognize the only device I have. Must send an access code each time to gain access. What a pain. Lots of time when you need to use it, it doesn't work. That's not good when dealing with money. 2 step verification if someone has your phone and open it, they have access to your account because they will send a verification code to open your account (to anyone)

Could more easily just keep using Chrome, there is zero benefit to this app, nothing like biometric login, or even a way to login from the app at all, the QR Code or Access code just directs you to the proper web portal. QR Code literally contains the URL of the login page. Literally make any URL QR, scan it and the app will open the page.

The install and open went well, meaning it opened in the app. However, it asked for a code that is supposed to be in account settings. I looked everywhere for the code on Questco web account settings and couldn't find it.

The app literally opens up a browser tab inside of it, where you log in, just like you would on your browser. It then tells you to get the app..... In the app.... The app is literally a shell for your browser. This is the most idiotic app I have seen in a very long time.

as soon as I scan the QR code the app crashes and it won't let the app even reopen just goes back to the home screen immediately. I'm using a Google pixel 10 pro fold

This app is not giving the option to login. The contact us page doesn't give you support for platform issues and only refers you to your HR liaison. There should be an option for platform errors.

App is useless can't be logged into. QR if you can find it simply directs back to Chrome extension for login it does not access the app if an app even exists. The access code doesn't exist in settings on portal once logged in.

Unusable. Doesn't ever recognize my phone and wants me to put in a code sent through email. When you get the code, the app/website (they're the same) refreshes and you have to start over.

Terrible app. The app isn't even an app, it's just a login page that redirects you to a browser. Can't view my paystub. Opens another tab in the browser and doesn't load a page.

App sucks. It never recognizes my login information. I always have to get a code through email that takes so long to arrive, I go shopping before it shows up.

It logs into the web browser after requiring a code / QR scan. I could just open in my web browser already. Screenshots looks like it shows a real app, looks broken.

the new UI update completely broke the app. I can't clock in or out anymore which is the main thing I use it for, and everything is way harder to navigate

Garbage. 99% it don't recognize my phone/computer. By the time you get access code you time out of current page so you have to try another code that takes forever to get. Useless garbage

I'm having a difficult time with this app it's just impossible to figure it out or time I click on to it sends me somewhere else and then I click on it again it takes me to Google Play and it says to download I already downloaded it I just want to get to where I need to get this is no help

Despite only ever using one device to log in it says it can't recognize it and you have to confirm your account EVERY time. It's extremely annoying. Do not like this app.

It works as far as saving credentials, but you have to verify. It just opens a browser. Might as well just use the browser and not have the app.

straight garbage. doesn't save the password you set and tells you it's wrong. you have the app send an email to reset the password and it never comes

If you ask me to input a security code in the next 5 minutes and then send me the email in 6 minutes, it does mean no good. When I can actually get on the app it works well.

This is barely an app. It just facilitates opening the web page from your desktop to mobile.. you can already do this with your browser
