Private Photo Vault

This app is fantastic and super easy to use! Even the free version is incredibly helpful. In the free version there's 3 albums available and all you have to do is look at a mini ad. Adding any photos to the vault gives you the option to delete it from your phones album and keep it there, but revert if needed. The payed version is fantastic, it's multiple albums with the ability to recall if you delete something. **Saving gifs doesn't work anymore(the gif itself was corrupted, Sorry about that!)

Update: After a little back and forth to find the exact issue, the developers built an update to fix the problem. Bugs happen but this level of customer service rarely does. 👍👍 Original: If you don't plan to use the cloud save, consider this five stars. But every time it tries to retrieve the photos I had it gives me a "data/logic error while attempting to synchronize". I lost a lot of photos. I'd have deleted the app out of reasonable bitterness if I wasn't still holding out hope it'll work.

Cool, stores photos and other things just fine, like any other similar app and expected it to have saved anything i've imported, *like every other similar app*, and deleted it later to make room to download other things, only to come back to download this again and find out that everything i've imported has not been saved and lost my data... Would be nice to have at least been warned it would happen. I'll assume it's like that by design.

Like other reviews have said, the latest update made it so much worse. For me, the main issue is that now when you try to import, rather than having the photos in chronological order with the most recent at the top, they're organized by a combination of day and month (and not even in calendar or alphabetical order). In order to import a single photo from today, I had to scroll through about 2/3 of the photos on my phone.

I've used this app for a very long time and I don't regret paying for the full version. Has some issues, but truly one of the more reliable ones. One thing I've been wanting forever is the ability to make sub-albums to better organize my photos. I won't bring it down from 5-star but I truly believe this would set apart photo-vault from the rest!!!

it keeps on telling me that I have to pay or go back to basic plan. I've only had basic plan but it won't click on to allow basic plan. not very good customer service either. dont bother with this app as customer service is not good. I've asked 3 times for them to sort out my problem and had nothing back at all!

My videos and photos have been blocked, and it is forcing me to get a premium subscription. It is pressuring me to subscribe forcibly. please 🙏🏼 help me to release My video's and photos at least one time

app does not play video. and you cannot move to an sd card so it takes up a huge amount of phone room. 2026 update. app still takes up too much room on internal storage with no way of moving to an sd card.

absolute rats, ive been using this app for years and now I've lost everything, youre "switch to basic" button, doesn't work. youre holding my data hostage.

used this app for years, I've dealt with the adds, but now im unable to access the app or any of my photos without paying an expensive premium. Very very greedy not impressed

this is a black mailer app...it is showing message that pay 9000 otherwise switch to basic mode but no click option for basic.means if I want to reach my folder I am forced to pay a huge amount of money.

Its a good app, but its filled with ads and it constantly nags you to buy preimum not good.

Update 11.4.25 3 months later & still no access to my account that I paid for. No refund given after 3 requests. Lost years of info & photos. No response or accountability from anyone. Update: 2 support tickets open & they respond to this review like I haven't already tried contacting. Still no resolution to my paid subscription I have a paid subscription. I get a new device & I cannot upload my account. system says it's been deleted. Non response support.

It's a great app super easy and trusted but from some time an issue cause in it when I open they said it's premium is expired and they don't give access to open albums in it try to fix it for free everybody don't want the paid version. Try to fix the issue fast and quick I need it.

I am having trouble accessing my hidden photos in Photo Vault. My premium subscription has expired, and the Export / Backup feature is unavailable. I cannot open the app’s Settings or Tools, and I am unable to save my important photos to my phone gallery. Please guide me on how I can safely recover my photos important picks are in this app or I want to export in my gallery plz guide me 😭 Thank you for your support.

worst app guys don't put your photo in this app I have stored all my personal photos in this app but as of sudden this app lock and start asking 350 rs subscription before opening. Then I have uninstalled this app and my all personal data disappear..it is a scam don't download it and don't save any personal data in it..

had no notification that my photos would not be available. had photos that can't get back

DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANY BY REQUEST BY LAW ENFORCEMENT WENT INTO MY ENCRYPTED PHOTOS AND UNENCRYPTED THEM AND DELETED ALL PHOTO AND VIDEOS RELATED TO WHAT I CAPTURED WITH MY CAMERA, MY DATA AND REFUSE TO REFUND THE 131.00 FOR A UNSECURED STORAGE. I THOUGHT ENCRYPTED MEANS ONLY ME, THE OWNER WOULD BE THE ONLY ONE ABLE TO UNENCRYPTED MY IMAGES. BUT THAT NOT TRUE. THIS DEVELOPER HAS ACCESS AS WELL. DON'T BUY YOUR DATA WILL NOT ONLY BE ACCESSIBLE TO THE OWNER. BEWARE
