Overall, Procore makes my job a whole lot easier as an electrical foreman. A few small additions would make it so much better. Fix scaling between the web app and android version - text or scaling done on a PC are almost useless when reading on my phone - it appears huge and is only legible for large measurements. Add a copy/paste function for red lining, or add a basic symbol library - hand drawing electrical symbols is a huge pain. whiteout would also be very useful. Lastly, PLEASE add the sheet overlay function to the web app - why is this on android where it's barely usable, but not on my PC where I really need it?

This app makes my life easier! A couple notes: it would be good if submittals could be responded to on the app and not just on the website. If this is already possible then it would be good to make it more intuitive or to include a tutorial (currently could not find one by googling it). Also, it seems there is a glitch when using the flash to take pictures when during punch list. The camera will not take a picture after using the flash unless i either restart the app or take the flash off.

I just found out that my company is going to stop using Procore and try something different, and I could not be happier! This app has never worked correctly for me, and is so aggravating to use, and wastes so much of my time that I cannot wait to be rid of it. Soon, there'll be no more retaking pictures that disappear randomly, standing around looking like an idiot while I wait, (and wait, and wait) for pages to load, or hoping my phone is going to turn back on when it locks up while uploading!

I applied for free account on the Procore website. I need to access drawings for a bid. Last message was they will send an email when the account is created - nothing all day. How long does it take to create an account? I have done this hundred of times on many websites and usually takes no more than an hour. Or they just don't create free accounts anymore? Very frustrated!

The user interface of this app closely resembles iOS, which is garbage in opinion. Whether on Windows or the mobile app, the convenience of the data input is not there. Most of the drop downs in the tools dont have the same format. Lastly on mobile, every drop-down menu I click on pulls up the leyboard. With a drop-down, all I want is to pick one of the dictated options. I don't need the keyboard unless I need to search. I would then click the search button,and THEN the keyboard should pull up.

Good app but there's a couple of things I hate about the search function. First, when I do a search and then go back instead of showing the search results it goes back to the main drawing screen. It's annoying especially when you tap on a drawing and find out it's not the one you want. Second, there's no down menu of previous searches or popup of previous searches while typing. Sometimes I search for the same drawing multiple times a day. That functionality would make it much easier.

Ever since last update, I have to sync drawings every single day. I normally would sync once a week because it takes forever on large projects where our drawing sets are over 500 sheets. There is no option in settings to adjust this. Also most of my uploads end up in an error to upload status. 3yrs never had any of these issues until the last update a few months ago.

Why don't any of my bookmarks save for longer than about a day? I've continued to try this many many times, when I bookmark something sure it appears saved in the bookmarks location and works for maybe a day or two, then they disappear. really frustrating because these bookmarked shortcuts would make my life so much easier. I don't clear any kind of cache so I don't understand what's wrong here

Definitely not my favorite punch app mine has been trying to upload something for 2 weeks. The only way I found is get it to stop is to uninstall the app. But then I have to reinstall it to go back on site.

horrible using experience on filling out the inspection forms. it frequently freezes and crashes especially when operating during cell phone signal changes or in situation of low service signal. however, it self claims can be used offline which is not true. all the input data vanishes and you have to restore from scratch. tired with this.

As usual, your update broke something. 1/28/26 update allows me to select and arrange tools but will not keep the settings I choose. If I switch between projects any saved settings revert back to showing only the Dashboard.

Used to work pretty well until the last few months. Nothing loads on the app anymore. Have clear cache and also reinstalled the app. Have the same issues on the iPad. It's now faster to open the browser version on the phone than trying to use the app.

Only use the app for snagging on site. Works better on the iPad than on Google phone as we can filter the status of Observations. iPad always seems behind for refreshing the status though. Being unable to drop pins for locations means more time required for raising each snag. SnagR is better (4*) and Field View is better again (5*) but still better than writing lists for subcontractors.

barely functional on my Google pixel. nothing formats correctly. mark up notes don't format properly and show up in the wrong spots on the print. app does not allow me to zoom in far enough to actually read anything without screenshotting and then using my photo gallery to zoom in.

More inconvenient than helpful. Punch does not allow me to add details such as on desktop. electricians did such n such and then painters did blablabla in the same Punch item but no way to make comments? No multitasking. I really have to go back back back back then open an RFI or punch or look through documents and scope all individualy, i get that they are different tasks but there's no way to switch and maintain my place? make my job easier not just ur pockets fuller! $10k for this?

Fieldwire is way better and more functionnal. Need to re-download tbe plan every 2 days approx. even if I let the app run in background and staying signed in. Procore needs a lot of work,... like, it needs a LOT of work.

the driver inspection part of procore is horrible and redundant. it is not designed correctly. the newest update for time input does not work correctly. you are unable to view your total time as you could in the past for your work week.

I have an android phone a computer and an iPad. Each use the app differently please make more universal

Why do I have to download plans already downloaded and reorder the tools that I've already reordered? It's like the app keeps resetting. After the last "autoreset" I can't zoom in and swipe because it goes to the next drawing. Fix it please.

On a whole the app is good. Key areas needed for improvement are camera and lower user level photo deletion. Camera: Need to be able to choose from the multiple camera available. Auto Focus isn't up to par yet. Lower level user photo deletion: Cannot delete or amend photos in a way that is tidy. Need to be able to remove photos that have been done incorrectly. Like if the info/mark up is incorrect and you realize later. This will ensure the managers are viewing the correct data set.
