Great ideas and features, but poor implementation. The main purpose of this application - QR scanning - only works about half of the time. On one occasion I activated an offer and because the scanning did not work (on the till's end), the offer has not been applied, and I only found this out after paying and walking out of the shop.

Don't install and don't make the mistake to create an account. The app does not comply with the GDPR regulations. You can't delete the data from your account from the app itself or even from their website. From months now I try periodically to delete my profile with all my personal data and informations from their database and every single time I get the same error. Also you can't disable the type of notifications that you receive, you have to do it yourself manually from the android settings.

In several occasions, the fiscal bill from the counter does not match with digital bill on the phone application. Also, the QR code does not work, as none of the products on offer, listed on my phone, are actually recognised with the discount, when bought! I have claim these facts at the call center and had any answer, ever! Really unpleasant situation, staff at counter is puzzled every time I asked why products on offer are not discounted. Rude staff, sometimes. I will uninstall it! Thanks!

Sometimes the app doesn't load properly.

It sometimes doesn't work and gives an error that you aren't connected to the internet even if you are. The app is very unreliable. It happened a few times where I activated some offers, scanned the qr code and didn't apply my offers. Every time I use it I have to worry that it may not work. I feel scammed when this happens so it is a 1 out of 5. Time to uninstall.

The app worked until April 2022 and since then, it's giving me an error message that I don't have an internet connection. I even reinstalled the app and the same error message appears. Not useful at all. You should have kept the physical card option as well until you would have gathered enough feedback that the app is running smoothly. Some of your competitors did this.

Great app, but the games for free stuff doesn't work sometimes (when I click it it usually works but sometimes I just get a screen with just the background color and if I close it that somehow counts it as having been done, fix this but already it's so annoying)

One of the stupidesc app in a time when everywhere there is jn place the idea of a fidelity card insted of this stupid scaning , totaly not user friendly and it does not work all the time, meaning you are scaning the barcodes and it does not apply the promotions!!! Leaving you to pay more!

This app is terrible when is about "Play&Win" they should change that in "Play&Lose! Description: Worster than ever!", since I downloaded this app I only lost. My ipothese: If u don't buy from the store u selected in ur app u will never win. So goodluck with the app.

The app is useless. It worked two times, back in April. Until then nothing is registered on my account. Time to uninstall

please review your app. when I enter the little daily game, sometimes the game doesn't fully load and I lose the prize instantly. fix this or I'll uninstall.

Add a scanner to scan SGR receipts and add them to the account. This way, you can keep them digitally.

Awful mini games. Now you either give a promotion or not,but to try to win 20 times and only win 1, it's awful.

A convoluted disaster and they don't even have a code for the checkout to scan. If commercial GPS tech was reliable, then Russian troops and fighter jets wouldn't constantly get lost lmao. Just stop.

This application is just for show, if you win something you will never find it in the store, I just went to 6 stores and nothing
