I've used progressive leasing for years and never had an issue. And now it's become more of a scam. I was 2 days late on paying my 90 day. Early purchase option and they would not accept it or extend it for me to pay it off. They said they don't do that anymore. Once you hit that 90 day mark, you're locked in for the next 12 months. So they wanted me to pay another $1900 after I've already paid 1400 for something I bought, that was only $2000. Because it was 2 days past that 90 days.

Though I love the service, the app is bad. I recently called Progressive to have my number changed which they did, but it's only changed on the website and not the app. For some reason I cannot change my phone number on the app, it only allows me to edit my email, home address, and city and state but not the phone number. Don't know if this is a glitch or not but I don't want to order through the app with an old number. I cleared the cache and uninstalled the app, reinstalled still unable.

This app is terrible to shop through, but I love Progressive. The app is great for finding a lease and making payments. It's terrible when you are trying to purchase items with a lease you have been approved for. It sends you in circles to see the lease you have been approved for. Then it only allows you to search in certain stores, instead of all stores connect to Progressive as advertised. It says you can shop online, but it takes you nowhere. I have never seen the virtual credit card.

Idk what's going on with this app. It used to be so easy to use. Quick. I could see what date my 90 days was up. There's no date anymore. And lately I can NEVER get signed in. There's always an error message. And when I can get signed in, I have to do the 2 step process every time. It's so annoying. Please fix these bugs and I'll change my review. It's just pointless to have an app I can't use.

Worst app I've ever used to pay anything. From the 2 step verification login EVERY SINGLE TIME(even if I just closed the app and opened it back up), to having to clear the cache if there's an error with a payment( because it will error out every single time until I do), to the pages not loading, what's not to hate? I've gone weeks without making payments because of the absolute hassle. YOUR WEBSITE SUCKS TOO. I've spent the last 48 minutes trying to pay 2 loans. FIX THIS.

Literally cannot enter my email address in the dedicated field to log in. Every other button, field, and link seems to work —except that one. Most everything else about the company has been fine or better, and the app worked completely as of 1-2 months ago (this issue has persisted for at least 1 month now), but now appears suddenly, without warning or reason, at a most inconvenient time. The website is also blocking log-in access before any attempt can be made. Makes payments impossible.

Honestly, kinda useless. I have to log in every single time I get on the app even when I click on the option to stay signed in. I might as well just use their website. I don't understand the point of having the app if I'm gonna have to verify by email everytime I try to log in. Also, why is there an option to change payment methods, when it won't let me click on changing the payment options? I end up having to call every time. And they're always busy and have to wait half an hour...

I could never make payments because it would take forever to load & then give an error message. Eventually I couldn't login at all just a blank white screen.I called during business hours the line kept hanging up on me , when I finally got an ahold of someone they got an error message too yet I got an email saying the payment was processed, she said no it wasn't & tried to charge my card again. She then tried to change the balance higher to process my payment, error. Can't pay off by any means

I do not normally rate apps but here we go. This app is super easy to use. It shows your balance and your scheduled payments and the due date. It can be setup to remind when and how much is coming out. No need to search through paperwork or call and speak to a rep, if you lose your lease id, the app makes it simple to get that info. It shows "buy-outs" and gives you the option to choose to buy-out early. I wish all bills had apps this easy!

It lets you create a account. Then "Approves You" but then no stores in the app allow you to do anything and the only way to do anything is to reapply at a different and then it goes into "pending" ive reinstalled, called tech support who says there is a issue and they are working on it... week later still no update. I wonder if I try to go to one of these little stores or no name furniture places and I bet it would allow me to shop. I will change the review "if" the app gets fixed.

Awsome option if and when needed. Yes it could cost a lot more than the original price, but if you take advantage of the 90 day payoff you are spending less on the upfront lease fee (typically $40-$50) than you would using a credit card (if you have one). If not, you know exactly what the total will be in the end. The weekly/bi-weekly payments are extremely affordable. I'm so appreciative and thankful that Progressive Leasing was and is an option. Oh,and there, customer service is AMAZING!!

App won't let me remove expired payment options and won't post payments to the right account. If you want my money, let me give you updates! Edited to add: I went through hell with customer service. They finally withdrew all the "NSF fees" because I made my payments on time and made good faith attempts to work with them. There were countless errors on their end and ultimately their inefficiency was indefensible. I'm returning the product I leased. Not worth working with this company.

Progressive Leasing is great, their app however is trash! They have an option at login to "remember me" but it NEVER WORKS! Every single time, I have to login and send a code to my email. Also, adding a secondary card is IMPOSSIBLE. I had to enter all the info 6 TIMES for my card and then it changed it to my bank instead, and if I try to use my bank as a payment method it gives me an error! The bank payment method takes up to 5 days so I can't make my 90 day payment on time! Worst app ever!

From great to awful! When I initially used Progressive Leasing years ago, the App displayed information on the early 90 day buyout option. The amount, the deadline date, etc. Since then, they have removed that information, for their benefit im sure. This App went from awesome and convenient to a complete nightmare. As of this moment I can't even log into my account to make a payment, because no code is being sent to my email for the 2 step verification. HATE IT!

The app itself is good. Does what you need it to do as far as seeing how payments and making them. I was able to pay off my remaining lease amount with no problems. The company itself, at least in the way I used them, I would not really recommend for anyone with at least decent credit. I got my lease from them thru cricket wireless. The total was a little over $300. $15 a week auto payments that don't add up to the $300 after 3 months. If I went passed the 3 months, I would have payed $700.

I can see my leasing information but when I go to make a partial payment it never goes through. It just tells me my payment is being processed this will take a few seconds. Obviously it doesn't know what seconds is. I shouldn't have to call everytime I need to do something concerning my account. What's the point of having an app but can't use it. I thought apps were for easy convenience. This is ridiculous

App & website aren't useful. They don't give early payoff date, option to set up early pay or which card is the primary card for payments. To set up early payoff or get info, call & wait almost an hour (holiday season & none holiday season) for a rep, while listening to lying automated message say best information & best way to conduct business is on the website/app. The lease wouldn't download. I find it funny that you can apply and choose a store quite easily though.

You can't reach people at customer service by phone, always waiting long time before you might talk to someone, and the app isn't easy to navigate for what you need. Instruction aren't clear from a-b ...example... you want to change methods of payment it only gives you another bank account option, what about a check, moneyorder,....?

Great company to work with. Truly. The app is secure, simple to use with a simple design which anyone should be able to read, follow & understand clearly. It gives you all the info you need up front in your face & there's nothing extra that doesn't have anything to do with your loans to confuse you in any way. Plus you have the option to apply for a new loan at select stores in their app. It'll even tell you the stores that are physically around you, that you can use progressive leasing in!

I can't rate them based on my lease purchase because they it never happened. I was approved through Wayfair but my debit card was declined at checkout. I was on the phone with them for over an hour, troubleshooting. Never did anyone mention that they don't accept my Chime card on initial payments. Now, 5 days later, they need to "verify my identity", asking for 90 days of bank statements, recent paystub, bank verification forms, & copy of my ID and SS card. They have no clue what they're doing.
