absolutely useless. It told me to update so I did. now the fingerprint reader doesn't do anything, and I can't enter my saved password either. it just keeps refreshing to the log in. I changed my password and it asked me to give them new security questions and answers, but I couldn't read my answers so if there's a typo (it's happened elsewhere) I'm screwed. I have to rely on the website to do anything.

this app sucks I can't even get into it to pay my bills 45 minutes trying to put my my account number in and it's not taking it telling me it's a wrong account now what do I do I have to call them tomorrow again wait 45 minutes for somebody to help me pay my bill and I'm in the wrong department so they have to transfer me for another 45 minutes that's not the only thing they keep charging me $30 more on my bill every month for what reason I have no idea but then they tell me they straightened it

when you get an alert to update, just click okay and enter your login info. using password manager will keep you stuck in a loop that takes you to app store infinitely

Since the new update the app is working again. Only minor issue is I need to manually add my password as it won't allow my Android phone to automatically use the password stored in my phone.

Fingerprint reader doesn't sign in anymore. I'm live abroad and depend on the app to make payments since the website and app won't let you log in from overseas, but you can with the fingerprint reader. This is a critical feature - I can't pay my bill.

This is slow.Now I can't even log in.It asked me to update the app in which I did.And now it's asking me to keep updating the app.There's no other updates to be made now.I can't even pay my bill i guess I'm going to their main office tomorrow to pay.

I cant get into the app, it says it needs an update but there isn't one. never even got a bill this month. 🤷‍♀️

cannot make payments. previously saved payment methods (credit card) does not load. when attempt to re-add the same card it gives duplicate card error. deadlock. low quality app. have always had issues with pseg payment and this just adds to the record.

app is trash. Had issues with signing in before the update and now with the update the problems somehow got worse than before and I can't even sign in now. -5/10 would not recommend

Absolute worst app. I have to change my password every month then end up paying through their website. Fingerprint reader doesn't work, app freezes when opens. I've paid online since LIPA, and this iteration of the system is the worst, it's not hard. This app just sucks.

set up auto pay as many times as you want, but it never works . just another ploy to get more charges put of you .

On more than one occasion, I've tried to make a payment and after clicking pay, it takes me back to the homescreen and doesn't say if the payment went through. Another time, I was charged twice. I guess the second payment rolled over into the next month but I wasn't happy about that. And now, one of my bank accounts has disappeared from the payment method list. The account works just fine and when I tried to add it back in, there is no option to do so. I gave up on the app entirely.

App is useless... says my account isn't eligible. I have a residential account. What isn't eligible about it? Huge waste of my time. I'll try again in 6 months and see if PSE&G LI gets it together with this app. On a side note - check out the new usage rates. Very glad about that. Hoping to reduce my bills.

I tried and tried to download the app however it doesn't work. Maybe time for another update (one that will work). I needed the app to get power outage updates during hurricane Isaias but no luck. Tried calling the toll free number posted on their website again no luck. I kept getting a message saying check the number and try again.

SUCKS! Just spent a while setting it up, answering security questions, etc., and now it won't let me sign in. Keeps saying "There was an issue processing your request." (I think it's called incompetence.) The "Need Help Logging In" function says it has no security questions on file, which is bullcrap. My power is out for almost a day from the hurricane, and the PSEG website spews different, random ETAs re: power restoration. I hoped the app would give better info. What a waste of time.
