The company is useless with answering phone calls. Every call rings for 3 minutes, 11 seconds, and then just cuts off. You can phone multiple times and have the same problem happen. Their customer support is absolutely pathetic. They do not care enough about their customer to sort this issue out as it's been happening for months! If I could rate lower, I would. I'm absolutely appalled by Psiras' commitment to just not caring enough!

This is app has been problematic since it was launched about 10 years ago !!! I've been trying to get my grades updated and renewed online but no joy for months on end. They keep chasing me around to different training programs,business plans,tutorials, videos but Never what I really want. So now I must go in to their offices and make an appointment which means a loss of income for me 🤮😡🤬

Iv been trying to book since the beginning of the year the booking that I had this year was canceled due to going up a level and now I just can't get a booking again .when ever I look to book it's permanently full this is a terrible app that doesn't help and the website is just as usless ... how are we supposed to keep our certificates up-to-date when the people running the show doesn't know what they are doing? So I'm giving this a 1 star because it doesn't allow me to give it zero

This is wack, damn thing won't do much other open the app to show you menus but no option clicked ever goes further than loading... can't log in or view anything else than the standard home screen. I don't know what IT company developed this app but they should be fired reimburse Psira. 😠😡😠😡 judging for myself and from other reviews, the app should be burned on Google play store klaar. Total waste of time, effort and data

All the dates that appear on the system for appointments are always fully booked. Why not make the system automatically allocate dates for collecting PSIRA cards/certificates after acceptance of online payments? For example: Once a renewal payment is accepted, the system could provide clients with 3 available dates to choose from, making it easier to secure bookings. Alternatively, after payment, the system could send an SMS notification informing clients when and where to collect card/Certif

This service is getting better as we go. This to me is quite userfriendly. Alternatively, if i didnt miss the correct procedure to follow, could you add a request list for possible furthering studies into all available categories to officers side of the application. If yes, perhaps adding requirements and links to hosts or businesses that offer such training would be very helpful. Thanks for this diligent piece of work. Jacques

I am not happy with PSIRA APP when I always try to book exactly 8:00 AM for Certificate Collection,the App usually crashes on it's own. it's been a week now since it has been doing like this

one,of the best,it makes our jobs , simple and easy,but can you please upgrade abit of software because it's bit slow,I think you got too many customers,as you know security industry is the fast, growing industry,in see the world,but not only here in South Africa, Thnx you.

terrible app and service. It is absolutely impossible to make an appointment. I have been trying to get an appointment for over 2 weeks now and there is no way to contact PSIRA directly.

This was supposed to be a time, money and energy saver. instead its the opposite, app cant let me log-in with the "credentials" that they just sent me upon registering😒. To make matters worse it cant even allow me to pay for my renewal of psira "transaction declined by authorisation system" despite mutliple attempts😵... God forsaken app

The app opens but the UI doesn't show up... It's just a blank screen with my name at the top! And I literally just downloaded the app... Shouldn't it be updated?

The app is fine. What i have the fact that once you forget your username, you're done, and you won't be able to change your password.

There's no available dates in durban for psira registration and when i call over the phone . The only thing they good at is to give you music tone and finish your airtime. While we use our own money and if they had enough of our money for registration. They should tell us . This app is useless and good for nothing.

If only zero star actually existed, this is a waste of time app that doesn't allow you do book nothing, not forgetting the app is ALMOST as dumb as the people that work there, they tell you to go apply on the app for a booking after trying for 5months the lines are even longer than the months I have waited to book, oh I have to give it 1 star or I cant comment lucky "PSiRa"

The App is ok but I've been struggling months now because I paid R20 short by accident to the registration fee, my Online status reads Provisionally Rejected. It's difficult getting hold of any personnel that can help me for I've already paid the R20 and yet over the course of months, nothing has changed and I'm outraged and frustrated at this moment.

I expect it to be more helpful than just verifying details. Queue is the stressful for every one. If the App can help with things like registration and updating of of certificate it will be more useful

This app is nonsense, did not work properly before and it doesn't work properly now. How are we supposed to sort out our documents if the app keeps displaying blank pages and no information??? App is literally useless. If I come give minus one star I would.

I'm trying to book, I received a date and time, however after I submit I receive a message stating that my booking isn't confirmed unless I enter an OTP but I don't get the option to enter the OTP. I did receive an SMS with the OTP but there's no option on the app to enter the OTP, kindly assist.

I can't even log in. the screen is glitched. it's white with two lines of multiple dots going across.

Booking dates are manipulated. There is no other alternative way of booking.. I sit whole day checking for available dates, new dates appears and already been fully booked ..within a split of minute... Of checking in and out it..it can't be possible.
