Places an order March 1st. The order was cancelled. I didn't receive any notification. I just happened to log in and saw the cancellation. I thought it was a mistake so I placed the order again on March 5th. Logged in the next day and the order was cancelled again. I called customer service and the reason was the shipping address was unverifiable, even though this address has been verified since 2002. After two weeks of requesting a call from a supervisor, I'm still waiting for that call.

Love the app, has most good selections and some name brands but many unknown. The one major thing that stops me from purchasing anything other than the high interest is the overpriced tags. Buying anything is from double to quadruple the price and, for some, even more. That's just outrageous, I get it, you guys need to make some money too, but that's just insane gouging.

Very good app/service that's available through my company. Prices are really high on some items and fairly reasonable on others but that's to be expected considering the perk of being able to get items without having to fork over the cash or finance it. It's not a service for everyone but it's good to have it available when things get hectic and you're in need of something important

App is functional. I had no problems last year with them. Ordered and recieved my items, and deductions were taken. Perfect. Lately tho I have had several payments not post to my purchase power acct. They def took them out of my paycheck. Customer service is basic, goes by the same script. Need to wait 14 days. Ok 14 days go by. Still nothing. Oh we will look into that, so we need to wait additional 3 full business days. Really unhappy and getting irritated. #update issue still not resolved 😣

This business is slight predatory, yes it's convenient and fairly low payments bi-weekly. However don't purchase something and try to cancel it shortly after. Customer service told me if an order is "pending" it's too late to cancel even though I called 15 minutes after the initial order to cancel it. Then I was told my only option was to put in a ticket to cancel, but I may incur a shipping fee of hundreds of dollars. Mind you the order was pending and didn't even have a tracking number yet.

a little pricey but there's no credit check so i guess you have to give a little more to get what you want w/reasonable payments...haven't had any issues so far with the company as a whole...as far as the app goes I've had a few issues w/the keyboard not being accessible. When browsing products, I hate that when you look at an item and try to go back to the page you were on you're automatically started over... that gets really frustrating when you're browsing through a lot of pages.

App keeps crashing but this site should crash harder to be honest, i purchased a tv 2 years ago with them having access to weekly payments and things were good for the first couple of months then get multiple calls about they weren't receiving payments but duh who's fault was that? Then they drew three hundred out of my account until i forced them to reimburse my account and explained to them that if you're going to run this kind of business than have your ducks in a row.

Yes prices are a little high but it's just like buy here pay here, if you don't need it don't buy it. But overall, This app is wonderful I love how they take a small fraction out of your paycheck to pay for it. It's very affordable and very good items. And it also has a wishlist so you can save things you want. I give it 4 stars because it needs a adult section for adult toys, and swings and furniture. It has nothing like that. But what they do have is wonderful!

Apparently if you have 2 emails on your account you can't buy anything. They say it'll be 7 to 10 business days before we can purchase anything because there's 2 emails. Mind you, nothing says anything about 2 emails causing any issues. So even if we did wait that long nothing would come in on time. The customer service couldn't even give us a straight answer. So good luck getting any service if you use them, they apparently don't know how anything works.

2.5x original retail price of most items. Do not believe that there is 0 interest because 100% interest minimum is built into the purchase price of every item I looked at. Do your research!!! Good customer service though. Bought an item. Fedex never delivered it but said they did. Order easily and successfully canceled quickly. But then found out months and months later that the first installment was already charged and there's a credit. As I'm typing this I'm on hold to try to get this back

I would be very careful when buying anything from this website. They offered a Flash Sale "up to 40%" and I couldn't find anything that was actually on sale. They had a tablet I was looking at...original price $696 and flash sale price $665. I called and explained to them that is only 5% or less really and why even list it in the flash sale. They played dumb really well and didn't know what I was talking about. Umm hello not your average Joe I can do the math. Very shady....

The past few weeks, I have been having problems with the app asking me to sign in 2-5 times whenever I click on certain things. Just now, trying to look at one of previous orders, I had to sign in 3 different times. Each time it took me back to the home screen and, when I tried again to access a previous order, it sent me to the log in screen. Haven't had any problem up until now. Please fix, if yall can

Ordered a large screen TV with an applied discount code. Transaction was smooth and delivery much quicker than reported by the stated standards. Company seems to contract with local merchants in area since origin was not from Purchasing Power. Only minor down side is due to shipping freight, someone had to sign and I work a standard first shift job. Would be nice if company would add option to deliver to a pick up facility when purchasing. All in all really good experience, just had to mark off due to no call scheduling delivery, but I fixed this after finding out who was shipping my package.

The app worked fine the short time I had it installed. The company on the other hand was completely incompetent! It took them 9 days to process my order, for products showing in stock when I placed the order, then 6 days later they emailed me the products were now out of stock so they were canceling my order. I believe if the order had been processed in a timely manner the products would have been in stock and I would have received them! Do not use this company!

After this last update, I keep getting the error message that "we could not find that email or password" but if I restart my phone and try again it works. Really irritating. It worked great before then. Also, there should be loyal customer perks for how long you've been shopping with them or how much you've spent.

Don't know how my last review got deleted but nothing has changed with new update. Still not able to see anything as far as account information, past orders, shopping categories, etc. All blank screens when clicking on menu items. This is on android. Still no response from developer to my email. When is this going to be fixed!

Essentially a legal scam site. You pay twice the amount for the product sometimes more. I understand some use this as a no credit check way of doing it, but that doesn't justify a 100% upcharge for a product. I'm sorry but paying $30 per paycheck for a $400 tv they charge $900 for is not worth it. You get better deals with no credit check checks through best buy for the same product AND the same service. Also For those of you who are paid to say good things about this company, get a life.

App is just ok. Except I have to force close it because if I leave it in the background it was randomly pop up by itself asking me to log in. Customer service reps were good. However, not even they could tell me anything about my shipment. My package was shipped several days after my placing the order and I found out 5 days later that it shipped. Then found out the day before it arrived that it was coming the next day so no time to schedule to see if I could be home during delivery hours.

Payment problems!!! Payments are taken out promptly, but will not show your balance being changed until it's almost time for the next payroll deduction. Then when it show up it's not the correct balance. Is there interest being charged to us and we're not aware about it? The option to buy and pay over time is okay, but not when your balance is always off!!!! Thanks for the response, but you all are getting paid on time...my remaining balance is always off & that has nothing to do with payroll!!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Placed an order. Order was canceled through the app. Had to wait ten minutes while a representative looked up the account. Came back and told me it would take 3 business days to find out why it was canceled. I will take my credit elsewhere. This app is bulls@*%t. Ok, thanks, and ya'll have an amazing day. Update: After canceling my order, they then still had the nerve to take the allotment amount from my paycheck. It just gets worse and worse!!!!
