08-2025: I am unable to view ALL of my activity, or the number of times I have gone to the gym. I want to be able to see the TOTAL number of times I have been to the gym, not just for a month. Wth. How does that even make sense?? Please fix. // 07-2025: Slow as hell to load and causes delays to enter and leave the gym (annoying). The app does not record all of my activity- for some reason it is 1 number off. Again, annoying. I love the gym itself, but the app is a little annoying.

Fantastic app. Love being able to see how busy the gym is, my entry info and the booking classes. I haven't used the online classes yet as I can't watch on my phone but they look good. It would be better if you could somehow view the classes on a tv (maybe you can).

Joined PureGym a few weeks back, have uninstalled and reinstalled this app a few times and still unable to access it (beyond login) keeps saying "page unavailable" Have been liasing with H/O (UK) and was referred to their IT dept well over a week ago and still waiting to hear from them. In the meantime, I'm visiting the gym, working with their PT (who is brilliant btw) but because i'm unable to access this app, i'm unable to view my progress and any updates - Not impressed.

while the in-app workouts are great, im following a plan and ive done 2 workouts so far but there's an issue with them showing as complete. I complete workout 1, and workout 2 shows unfinished. I finish workout 2, and workout 1 shows that it's not done! It's a bit laggy when scrolling, too. Doesn't perform well so far but the content is great.

Unreliable for access to the gym. often freezes on 'P' logo, freezes on 'Warming up'. so frustrating when trying to get into or leave the gym. It's becoming normal for 4 people trying to enter the gym to tailgate behind whomever can get the app to work.

Every time I reach the gym, the app gets stuck on "warming up" for an awkwardly long time while I stand at the door waiting to scan to get in. The QR code can still be displayed in flight mode so it must be using a client saved secret. Why then, is the app designed so that it lags and prevents you from accessing the QR code on a poor 4G connection, as is the case in front of the gym? "Gym access" should be IMMEDIATELY available, I don't care if it's refreshing other app content in the background

Horrible App, obnoxious load time just to get into the gym, the gates reject the qr more often than not. Now their sign in relys on communication with your Web-browser so if you have any level of security it simply doesn't sign in anymore. Long standing gym member of several years.

Very slow and unresponsive, I am presently having an issue where it is stuck on the "warming up" page. have clear data and cache and also reinstalled. When it was working it was ok as an app but still performed slowly.

lack of customer support, app is great for access to gym booking classes. Once the have you though put there prices up and ignore your questions through customer support to sort out issues with accessibility even though having paid for the full membership

gym good, but the app crashes constantly, and every time I look for a workout, it resets my progress or closes the app on me. It's a shame that I can't access the workout through my online login.

classes keep clicking out randomly and a pain to reload. Some instructors wearing all black against black background making them difficult to see clearly on a phone screen. There is a good variety of classes on the app so they need to fix the problems and it would be highly rated.

Unfortunately I'm not happy with pure gym I was with puregym 5 years and I want to renew my old membership account on my student no ore responded to me in weeks I was forced to do new accounts and now I have ussles notifications like first day in gym and etc absolutely orr customer service and app. With no one cares about customers, another issue app take ages to open even if you have new phone and first think what it's show up it's advents... Special when you want to use quck your qrcode..

good features but super slow and buggy. like if you're in a workout, switch to another app, then come back it kicks you out the plan, then you have to find it and and get back to where you were which is also incredibly slow

Poor design. Been logged out, trying to log back in using my email and pin, it's not letting me back in, saying I need to connect to the Internet (I am). I am entering the correct pin as I have used it on the keypad in the gym to get in. Also, when the app opens up, it would be good if user had the choice of the app going straight to the QR code or the home page as a default.

Awful app, poor IT guys. A number of people waiting at the entrance, not able to open the app to use the code to enter, trying to find the pin... Keeps saying "Warming up"

1. App has around 60 seconds demo videos of how to use each equipment found in PureGym, which I found really helpful. 2. It logs in gym visits, which is also desirable.

Fairplay this app is so much more than a booking tool, even has workouts and nutrition advice. easy to use and making me want to go to the gym more.

great app. quick load to get into the gym. ive found the activity section helpful in finding times to go with my anxiety being an issue. overall. good service

Takes too long to load the app warming up.... Compared to fitnesstime and on the 13th of February 2026 the app stopped i wasted 30 minutes thinking it was my phone 100% availability is expected for a paid gym

The app is serviceable. Takes an annoying amount of time to load on the first boot. I like that it tracks your sessions. But loading times need to be improved
