This app is frustrating... What do I do with my card when this app doesn't even allow me to sign up? I've been trying to create an account for months now but everytime I make a pin, it says " There was an issue with your request. Please try again".. I also tried askibg for help at the costumer service but they also don't know how to troubleshoot the error.
I downloaded this app since I don't want to bother going out today, but it turns out driving was much easier. The KYC is so long as if I'm applying for a credit line. You are not lending me your groceries, I'm buying it with my money before the delivery, why are you doing this? Isn't this too much for a grocery app?
It keeps asking me to update, and when I try to sign in, it says I need to wait up to 48 hours for verification. It’s already been months, but I still can’t access my account. I’ve emailed customer service several times but haven’t received any response yet. It’s been really frustrating not being able to use my account.
Not working. Just installed, but when I open, it just shows the loading screen, then nothing happens. Then after a few seconds, it says "something went wrong, try again". I close and re-open multiple times. Still the same. Pls fix this. I want my 10% cashback you promised for your 12/12 sale.
It crashes when trying to unlink the loyalty card. I wouldn't have this trouble if the original card number can be kept. I renewed the card but it now has a different number, it is basically a new card and it's making me have an even worse experience in the app.
It was never easy to use this app, even before the update. But this new version is even more frustrating. At least I was able to purchase 3x with the older version despite all the hassle. Logging in was much easier then. But with this version, I couldn't even get past the "continue" button at the end of the ID capture tips. I checked my wifi and it's fine. So what's happening?
It's more buggy than the previous version. No COD payment and gcash to wallet doesn't work, too. Keeps saying, "There was an issue with your request, please try again" when selecting the schedule delivery date, so I'm unable to check out my purchase. The app is basically unusable at this point, which is a shame because Puregold is our go-to grocery store. Bring the old version back! We have to use SM Malls instead.
Registration was very frustrating. While registering, I almost forgot that this is only for grocery app where I thought I was registering for government requirements. Too many information needed. Then after the registration, you still need to wait for verification, wait is this for bank or wallet application. Wow, I haven't use the app yet but already been very disappointed.
Very disappointing. I paid ₱100 but the Puregold Mobile App isn’t working at all. I can’t even create a PIN because it keeps saying ‘There was an issue with your request, please try again later.’ I can’t use the app or access anything I paid for.
I wasted my time filling the information needed to create an account yet at the end, there's a glitch where you can't create a pin code. I've tried it multiple times and still encountered the same error. "There was an issue with your request. Please try again." pathetic app. now i understand why this app has less than 2 stars rating. lol
it's kind of annoying how it requires so much details when signing up. that should be optional later on if the user decides to use the full features of the app like the delivery services and such. it feels like it's stealing my data because why do you require me to put in such sensitive information? at least let me check out the whole application first! that way i would know if i should push through to my transactions.
The puregold staff encourage me to download their P-wallet apps,but this is fustrating and such a waste of my time. I only received OTP to my phone number but never had in my email. Why need to verify two OTP's. I hope the app would improve so that our promos and discounts of their loyal customers would not go to waste.
Worst app! Tried diff troubleshooting but ended up having the same error. Mismatched. Been to customer service but they don't have any options to claim the cashback.Nonsense promo! I am just going to PG because it's near our house. You need to improve your App you have a lot of customers PG!
very disappointing! i see how you have tried to make it prettier and fancier but it does not help at all. 1. there is always an update 2. you sign out users from the app, every time! (do you know how difficult it is to remember a password for different accounts and apps?) 3. it doesnt make sense that you cant cash in for your puregold acct and that i have to do it at a physical store 4. limited payment options for a company well established, this is very disappointing
Worst app experience, too many bugs. If you accidentally tap to go back to a previous tab when the Awaiting Payment section starts, it SKIPS that part and goes to the Payment Processing section, which PREVENTS you from inputting payment information. Absolute disaster of an application.
cannot even order for delivery. even opening location permission. you can add delivery address but there no store available for delivery. the older app was better. 😩

Registration is a overkill, its too much for a grociery app, i just want to check my loyaty card balance and yet its more complex than a gov application, i feel like someone can use this for political reason or even scams specially it needs id to open an account, i dont feel secure, grab or sm app arent like this but secure, you better keep my personal info safe.
Mine is working but trying to create my mom's account for her Aling Puring to be link but during verification, App crashed. Clear cache, Uninstall and reinstall several times but not working. It prompt there is a bug on the app, report to the developer. Please provide fix.
OK so far, had several successful orders already. Search function has already improved since 2 months ago. You can also choose from their categories. EDIT: I haven’t ordered in a few weeks, and when I came back, I was suddenly asked to re-enter all my info and even update my ID. I understand the need for KYC, but it’s frustrating to have my account reviewed again after being a loyal customer for years. It just feels like a waste of time.
this app needs a lot of improvement.. member ship approval takes time and the password and otp code doesn't work. the app even ask you to submit 1 valid ID! this is just a grocery app but their process is too complicated
