This is horrible. I can't login. There's an error almost everytime it tries to send me the OTP. The one or two times I did actually login, it froze at the pop-up that asked to send notifications. I have been trying this for months. I have flown a few flights on Qatar already and I have credit for none of them because I can't get any of their tech to work (even the website has issues). I even tried customer service who told me the best answer was to not use the app at all. It was quite helpful

App doesn't work reliably. Will display upcoming travel on moment, then you can't find it minutes later. Can go in and add booking reference # to "add" upcoming travel (which you already may have added, repeatedly), will show added, but then doesn't display anywhere in the app. Very frustrating, and unreliable for active travelers. Very disappointing, given the outstanding reputation of Qatar Airways, and the excellent service of your flight and cabin crews.

App has worse function than their site. Need to add a wheelchair for your spouse? NO! Need to set a meal preference for a child? NO! Oh, it will have all the options there to do it but won't save any changes. And the app won't even let you add your bookings, so no luck thinking it might be more useful. Best of luck to all flying.

Disappointed. Whenever I opened the app it instructed me to sign in and that it will automatically retrieve my airplane tickets and other data from my profile. But each time I entered my credentials, I was supposed to receive a code in my email and/or cell phone number, but there was a message saying "something went wrong, try again later". I had this app for almost a month but it never worked so I had to uninstall it.

Desktop platform encourages you to use App, the App is unstable, pop-up window- connection error which is daily, and the App is up to date, and i use the same Internet connection for desktop. Unable to find the reward calendar on the app, desktop version, the calendar is also unstable. I love Qatar Airways, but the app needs serious redevelopment. It is not as user-friendly as QA thinks, and the negative reviews speak volumes. I just hope the powers above are listening to customers.

Great airline, I've been a loyal customer for years but this app is one of the most HORRIBLE APPS I've ever used. It's so so slow and unresponsive. It always logs me out and I've lost years of my life to pass the 2FA. I have to repeat each process at least twice - checking in, changing seats, it's so frustrating horrible horrible experience. You need to fix this - bin the fancy animations and invest in something simple that actually works.

Probably the worst interface on an airline app. Typing in the live chat feature is inaccessible as it is blocked by the navigation bar on Android while in portrait mode. You have to change to landscape mode to use it. You have to contact the airline to input your passport details as there is no other way to do this through the app. A few features are redundant - like the "adding more baggage" tab and "add ons" tab. This app definitely needs an overhaul. Hope you take my advice into consideration

great if/when it works. I added my flight/booking beforehand but when I got to the airport and logged into the app again my trip details were not there, i kept receiving an error message when I tried to add the booking again (eventually it worked, I have no idea why). This happened on both my outgoing and return flights.

Not sure why but I cannot make changes to my flights via the app. i receive pop-ups saying no flights are available but when I try booking a fresh flight for the preferred dates, there are flights available? I spoke with customer service and was told that if I proceed to change my flights via phone instead of the app, I need to pay additional service fees. extremely unfair. If I could change the flights via the app, I would!

you can't actually do anything on it. Constant OTP loops, doesn't tell you rules for your password so good luck for that. Also doesn't tell you when your password expires so you just have to find that out after getting locked out. You also can't book flights due to these loops as well. terrible app.

Application full of bugs. Used the 'Claim for missing Avois' feature, System generated auto filled information was not accepted by the application itself and I can't proceed with the request. Avois point was not automatically added to the account after the full trip was completed. Latest history travel records were also deleted from the application database and can't be viewed which causes more inconvenience.

Edited down to 1 star, as the problems still persists with no improvement. Going in circles, again. The app says I can only select my seats after checking in, but when I do, the option to manage and select your seat is absent. Then, when you go to Manage Booking, it takes you back to where you started, over and over. Endless loop. Very frustrating. No means of selecting your seat. Very disappointing after being a loyal member for longer than I can remember. Please fix youe app.

The app is mostly useless if you want to do a booking. The app gets stuck while searching for flight options and then magically the price increases when you try to book from the web. The user experience is as bad as it can get.

Using a PC is fine but unfortunately the app user experience is pretty abysmal. Registered, only to find the password goes unrecognised. You then go through a convoluted process to get back in. And then, even though I can log in on the PC without any issues, it says the credentials are still incorrect. Unlike the Easyjet app, this won't be staying on the phone.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Qatar Airways. Due to an unexpected medical emergency that required immediate surgery, I was unable to take my scheduled flight. Despite providing documentation and explaining the situation, Qatar Airways refused to offer any refund or reasonable solution. To make matters worse, they also do not allow name changes on the ticket. I attempted to transfer the ticket to my parents so the trip wouldn’t go to waste, but this option was denied

in pixel 10 phone the live chat or messaging feature breaks where the text box is hidden behind keyboard and you cannot see anything. if the button navigation is on, the text box is behind navigation buttons making it non responsive to type

The app is super buggy. Live chat doesn't work, and when I click on upgrade, it always says something went wrong. Moreover, performance is very poor.

I am consistently encountering an issue with the One-Time Password (OTP) verification process. The system exclusively sends OTPs to my registered phone number, which is problematic as I am currently abroad. The application does not provide alternative delivery options such as email or WhatsApp. Consequently, I am unable to access my profile. This app is horrible. I am trying to open airport Map but stuck on loading, loading, loading and then shut down automatically.
