Actually I used the website, not the app. I had no issues at all. After ordering I started reading the reviews and thought I was scammed. So I called the restaurant and they confirmed my order. The delivery was on time. The service fee was .99 cents. I was about to place the same on Door dash where they were going to charge $3 for service fee and $7 for delivery. Plus the price on the menu was 1$ less on qmenu.
I don't know what all these people are talking about, it has to be the restaurants error. Thought this thing seemed sketch as he** but got my food, every bit perfect and delicious, in 20 mins. It's meant as a go between, especially for Chinese restaurants where things get confused over the phone. If the restaurant you order from is "actually" using this it's really convenient.
Good for ordering, Not so good for tracking. Tried the app to place an order. No problems. Scheduled for 5:00pm. Walked in a few minutes early, paid, got my food, left. Good food. Only glitch, never confirmed order was ready or picked up. I already ate, digested dinner. App is still confirming my order 6 1/2 hrs later.
This is the worst delivery app ive ever used. Took over an hour and a half to get my food and support was terrible, refused to cancel my order and issue a refund. They assigned a new driver despite me asking them not to because it was late at night and the food had already been sitting at the restaurant for over 60 minutes (I called the restaurant to confirm when it was made and how long it had been sitting there and if it had been picked up yet.) I'll spend an extra $10 on doordash any day.
i ordered yesterday trough this app and an hour and a half later to know my order has never been sent to the restaurant. I wrote the app support and thats the only thing they find out answering: Good day! We do apologize about your experience. Sometimes we cannot control that there will be a glitch on the system that's why the restaurant will not receive the order. Moving forward, you can try to follow up if it will take too long for your order to be confirmed. But I hope that this will not happen again. seriously?! worst custumer care for a delivery app so far... thanks to the restaurant though they made as fast as they can our orders even though they we're about to close soon. happy some cares about custumer's satisfaction.
Horrible App. Doesn't tell you when to pick up the order. Doesn't tell you if the order is ready. Only tells you the order has been placed. Other people say you can use credit card or pay pal, my only choice was cash or pay in person. Really to me, I got charged a service fee for using this app instead of calling the restaurant.
Not the best app in the world, but it works! Got my order no problem, $4 cheaper than GrubHub and the like. One flaw that docks it a point — my checkout said "Delivery Fee: $0" and after I paid, it said I ended up paying a $2 🙄. I'm chalking it up as a big and not the developers being shady, but if it happens again I'm uninstalling and giving 1 star.
I placed a delivery order, selected a 15% tip and entered my CC number. I checked it over and hit "confirm" and while it was processing the tip changed to $1000. I immediately called the restaurant and let them know what happened and then called qMenu to have them fix it. It took 1/2 hour to get the order adjusted. Thank goodness the restaurant was one of our regulars and knew that we didn't have that kind of money.
I tried to order food from a local restaurant here. I put in two different credit cards and both were charged but the Web site said there was a problem to process the card or it was declined. I called the restaurant number and there is no answer. Qmenu has no support contact or number. I had to cancel two cards and dispute two transactions as a result. Don't use this app.
I ordered through the app, food was "confirmed", get a message 30 minutes later saying there is no driver, so they gave me the option of changing from delivery to carry out and I go to pick up 25 minutes later just to find it wasn't even confirmed with the restaurant, waited again for my food. It took a total of an hour and half just for 2 entrees. A middle man app that does nothing, you're better off calling the restaurant directly and picking it up yourself.
Worse experience I've ever had with an app. Used the app to order delivery waited over 2 hours, called the restaurant to find out the status of the delivery just for them to tell me they where out of the food I wanted call Qmenu to get my refund a lot of running around and back and forth, there message system was off line all in all will not use again or recommend.
My food disappeared between the restaurant and my home, yet this app claims it was delivered. The only number this app provided was for the restaurant, who claims not to be affiliated with the delivery driver and there is nothing I can do about it and no one else I can contact to see this issue resolved. Very disappointing, will never use this app again and strongly encourage others to avoid it.
Order confirmed, an hour later still nothing from the restaurant, so I call and I'm told my food has BEEN ready for quite some time. When I go in to pick up I'm told the app doesn't work right and next time use it to order and then come pick up twenty minutes later. Uninstalling cuz I only really installed it for the coupons that weren't there. Food was good though.****
Initial used the website. Had to confirm my account with a text message that never came. Thankfully there was an open to bypass that and send them a confirmation code. Then install the app and try to login with my existing account. Need to confirm phone number again. Which still does not work and there is no option to work around it like the website offers. Uninstaalled and removing account from site.
Everything on the qmenu was exactly $1 more than if i just called the order in. Never using this again to order food as i can save money being "dumb." Not a smart app at all; should provide the coupon promised online, which is impossible to find, if it existed at all. New Panda restaurant in Golden, CO.
I literally can't even get past verification because I send in the code to the number and nothing happens. I can't get incoming messages so having a verification code sent to me is not an option right now. I tried to verify with Facebook and the button does not work either. I'll just call in my order and save myself the extra service fees. A coupon for free spring rolls is not worth this much trouble.
originally, I downloaded this app for 1 specific restaurant. I always got delivery. after about a month of ordering all of a sudden, my address is outside of their delivery range, and the pricing went up. if i usedca browser, the food was almost $7 more than using the app. so im uninstalling
Just a total garbage app. My order never made it to the restaurant (the employee showed me the screen.) I have no idea if the restaurant ever got paid or if my tip ever made it to them. Skip this app and call the restaurant with your order. I'm sure this app takes money from restaurants and gives them a nothing useful in return.
I cannot comment on other people's experience but, mine wasn't nearly as bad. I placed my order then got a link to download the app. The only flaw is tracking your order. The app suggested that my order was still confirmed but after calling the restaurant 15 minutes after placing my order to confirm they said " it's ready, it's been sitting here." Luckily my husband was already on route for pickup. No complaints. Would I use it again? Of course. All apps have their flaws.
DON'T USE it. I downloaded this app in order to add one star review. I ordered Chinese food nearbo restaurant as it would take 15- 20 mins in qMemu website. After 40mins, I received a call from unknown phone number. A caller left a voice message that your orderr is ready for pickup while I'm wondering the status of order is still confirmed. So I visited a restaurant. An honor mentioned they haven't received any order from qMenu. Actually a gentleman came this restaurant had the same issue.
