QuickMD - Online Healthcare

So fast, easy, & convenient. The doctor was prompt, personable, listened to what I was saying, and was able to help me within a matter of minutes. I'm able to schedule later evening appts, which is great as well. I recommend this app to anyone who needs a doctor ASAP for whatever ails you, especially if you don't have insurance. They're cheaper than seeing a local doctor in-person, in my area. And, the app has no ads at all, as of 1/8/26. Hopefully greed won't get them like it has most others

Great app, convenient but there are some cons. When I first started using quickmd the providers called on time or very close to it. Lately it seems the docs are calling later and later. There is no number to call for customer service so if you do have a problem you have to submit a form online. And most can't afford to pay for a new appt with a new provider while waiting for the previous to be resolved. Overall I've had good experiences. Only a few left me wondering if the doc would ever call.

I really love how easy this app makes it to get my monthly refills. I live in a rual area and finding a provider isn't easy. This app saves me so much time I love it!! No wasting gas money driving 30, an hr or more to the Dr. No wasting time in a waiting room none of it!! It's truly been a blessing. The only thing I do not like it right when you get use to the layout and working the app they change it up. I guess they are keeping us on our toes!

Everything was wonderful but they recently "updated" to "a new booking experience" supposedly making it better and easier. The issue is that they removed the calendar where you can select your visit date and now you have to click on the arrows day by day to select your visit date. I book mine every 30 days so I literally have to click that arrow 30 times just to get to the date I want to book my visit. It was a horrible change and made it so difficult and irritating to book. Please fix.

Edit: I won't hold the issues that I've had with the company itself against them in this app review, but I wish they would leave this alone. They keep "updating" it, and it just gets worse. It takes forever to open on one of my phones, and the way you complete the questionnaire is archaic. I'm not exactly sure what "upgrades" they are supposedly making to this app, but nothing makes it better. Please, update this app in a way that helps the users, not frustrate them.

**update** this is so far the best option I've found in Suboxone/Subutex treatment. It's more affordable than the in-person treatment and much more convenient. The only problem is that the app frequently messes up and the login credentials won't work or reset. So I've been late several times getting my refills and appointments. I know several others who have the same problem. Hopefully after this last update there won't be any trouble. I'll update my review in a couple months.

Extremely helpful, affordable, and plenty of appointment slots to get your meds in the timeframe required to kick with the least amount of uncomfort as possible. Suboxone is the easiest way to kick and stay clean that I have found. It's the best treatment in my book. Give it a try. It has been life changing for me and it can be for you too. The app also has links for video therapy which is clutch in our new Covid era.

Best app experience ever! So very quick, easy, and pocket friendly! No unexpected fees or anything. Booked a next day appointment. Same day prescriptions. Doctor was super friendly and understanding. I forgot to get a doctor note, so I messaged an email to support via the app and received super fast responses and a note from the doctor the following day. 10/10!

The best Telehealth App.I have used QuickMD for 3 years and no other Telehealth app even compares. The doctors are always professional and compassionate. You are not just a patient you are a person and that is exactly how they treat you. Customer service representatives are always helpful when anything comes up or goes wrong. QuickMD goes the extra mile and continues to thoroughly impress me. I recommend QuickMD to everyone.

got appointment same day. says try not to use cvs, walmart, or rite aid, but I use Walgreens. had an issue connecting with doc 1st phone call, it was buffering when i answered, was worried would be canceled and would be charged anyway as if I missed it. messaged live support and was told doc moved on to next appointment and just to wait. only took about 10, 15 minutes at most for call back and went through. not sure if it was my connection, the docs, or just the site, but all worked out.

Absolutely Amazing..!!! You couldn't ask for a better way to be able to see your doctor. It is by far the best thing that they ever came up with! Because now you don't ever have to take a day off and miss a day's pay from work just to go see your doctor every month, Because thanks to this amazing app it can all be done right through the comfort of your own phone. It's so helpful and very convenient anytime, Anywhere and it only takes just a matter of a few minutes to complete your Appointment.!

This has happened to me about 5 times already with them, the doctor fails to have a DEA License, even though they say they do have one, so with that being said, when im getting ready to pick up my prescription, im unable too because the doctor doesnt hold a DEA license that is current, and you end up waiting hours and hours, sometimes days with no solution to the issue at all, I highly recommend you dont waste your time, any other choice would be a better choice than to deal with this every mnth

This is my favorite health and wellness app. it's fast ,convenient and easily navigated. my doctor is professional and understanding. I recommend Quick MD to anyone wanting to make a change and take control of your mental and physical well-being being.

Love this app! This app saves me from having to go into the doctor's office. The doctors are really nice and understanding. I'm able to schedule my doctor appointment, look back and see any appointments that I had and what happened at that appointment. See all the information on medication ordered by the doctor.

Dr. Magale is extremely compassionate and made me feel very at ease. I highly recommend this group. When we are most vulnerable, we need understanding and no judgment. When I needed the help of customer service, they, too, were just as compassionate and understanding.

I've been using QuickMD for years now. I don't know what I'd do without them. The doctors are kind and happy to help. The down side is you have to go through an email tag system if you have any problems.

Quickmd and the doctor I have been seeing, Dr. Steve Lowenthal helped me to move over from a doctor that had overseen my suboxone/Zubsolv treatnent for 20 years. The transition was done flawlessly. The registration process is very simple. While I have chosen to be seen by the same doctor for the monthly face time appointments, there are numerous doctors available to fit your schedule.

New update on 2/10/2026 has the app saying "Something went wrong" "Try Again" in a brown color I've never seen never had this issue either. ill change my rating once its working again.

Edit- costumer service helped fix the problem and got my appointment booked. thank you quick MD staff! app won't open after update on 2/10/26. So now I have no way of booking my appointment. I hate useless updates

Exceptionally quick. Very happy with the service. A few hiccups in the beginning but the staff is super fast at solving issues and very polite. Smooth sailing since for the last six months. A stisfied customer.
