QuickThoughts: Paid Surveys

I'm updating my review because I give were credit is due, I did receive my vouchers, there was just some confusion on how to redeem them. This app pays very well for the surveys. The voucher process can be a bit tricky but once you get it right it's worth the work. Customer service was great and was there the whole time. And they actually answer back.Thank you Will no longer allow me to log in after resetting the password many times.

I've spent the last few months doing surveys and built up my rewards. Finally decided to redeem them, which was time consuming because you have to go by $10s. Half way through redeeming them it kicked me out of my account saying there was an issue with my account and to contact support. I have emailed multiple times with NO help. I just want the rest of my rewards and I want to be done. Some of these surveys are SO long and definitely not worth just a dollar. I'm very upset & disappointed.

This app started out as 5 star. Been in decline steadily. They have even reduced the reward levels for surveys. Since the last update on 7/13/23, my surveys are locked in a loop. I have received only an automated response from "contact us". It tells me it's sending an email with log in information. I don't need log in help and I never received any emails anyway. No resolution after 2 weeks.

Addding my name to the list of people locked out. Several days and 2 emails with no response. Used to be 5 stars but now Zero stars until this is fixed. Ok, nearly 2 wks later I'm finally back on line with this app. I was able to redeem the $10 card I had already earned and successfully completed a survey. As part of getting back on I had to change my pwd. I've upgraded my stars to 3. I'm not happy at all that it took so long to get back on and never received an explenation of the problem. If I continue to be able to use the app w/o further issues I may take it back up to 5.

I really like this apo. You can accumulate. $ quick, BUT and that's a big but. I do a ton of surveys on this app and as soon as i want to redeem my $ it will either let me or a message saying my login isn't working contact support through email. Or it says there is a problem with the account. Best yet it says to come back later to redeem the $10 gift card to amazon. Really frustrating to say the least. I love and hate this app. Please fix the issues Support. I would give this app 5 stars but it's one thing or another trying to redeem the $ accumulated

There are a lot of topics and several to take all the time. I tried to cash out and had issues. The 3 day account verification had a glitch and I was beginning to think it was another fake app. contacted customer service, it was resolved. I have cashed out $40 & I had earned that within the first 2 days. I stopped using the app & waited for them to fix the issue. THANK YOU! THEY DID AND IT PAYS. $2/survey. Id say 5 stars if you could choose the topics ahead of time. GOOD APP THOUGH

Used to work and actually paid out (but only in multiples of $10). Currently I cannot access any surveys. Support claims it's because I'm not in the location where I signed up, but I am in that location, which makes me wonder how their app actually uses location services. I liked this app because it was a way to kill some time while standing in lines and get Amazon credit, but in terms of time in-money out, it was never great returns and support is completely unhelpful, so back to games for me!

Still the best survey app out there. Extremely easy to make $10 within the course of a day or two. Only pays in Amazon or itunes gift cards though, which makes no difference to me personally. Out of cashing out about 35-40 times this year, there have been 3 times where there was an error in payment: cashed out, got the confirmation and balance taken out, but no gift card code. Just a temporary frustration though. (Quick Thoughts, you still owe me $20 from the 2 times I didn't call you on it :)

I did the surveys and got my balance up to $13.95 and attempted to cash out for a reward of a $10 Amazon card. I keep getting an error that it cannot be redeemed at this time (that I have been getting for over a week). I emailed customer support, who has done nothing to resolve the issue except tell me keep trying. Total waste of your time!

Surveys don't take too long, and the amount you receive is adequate compared to time spent. I have cashed out plenty of times now, you cash out to Amazon at $10 increments, and I have used it to purchase so much on Amazon, even if I just have enough to get 10 bucks off my order, it's a big plus! Edit: They pay a dollar less for surveys now, which sucks.

I really did like this app. It was easy to earn rewards. I used it for months. When I tried to redeem my rewards, i get an error message. I write to support about the issue and they responded right away saying my account t was suspended because "the system detected multiple violations." I had done nothing wrong, so I wrote again asking for more specific info. A few days go by, no response. I write again asking for an explanation and to have my account reinstated. Still no response.

Okay, so I ended up making $150 in Amazon gift cards with this app. However, like many other recent reviews, I suddenly was locked out of my account and couldn't get past the "contact" page. Only got an auto email saying they'd look into it. Unsure if this is an app failure, or if I somehow got locked out of my account. UPDATE: Locked out of my account for no reason. I took all surveys accurately. Enjoy your time but dont be surprised when your account is closed.

It's a scam. Thought it was pretty good at first, took a few surveys and accrued almost $7 right away, but have since been locked out from logging in. It says to contact them regarding my issue, but I only get an automated response saying that it should be resolved in 48 hours. It's now been well past, and further contact only results in the same automated response.

I have been using this app for over 3 years. I've lost count the number of times I've been locked out and had other issues, however, they have always fixed the problem. As of 5 days ago I haven't received a single survey and I can't redeem my gift card, I keep getting an error code. Emailed support, still waiting on a reply. Will update to 5 stars when this gets fixed.

Awesome! I have had no issues so far, but I'm wary because of the many reviews I've read from others saying they're having issues with their accounts that are not getting resolved. I would be quite upset about that, too, because this is my favorite app! My only issue is that sometimes the surveys are a strange format and they can't be filled out, and sometimes it's easy to mis-click answers that could throw off your consistentcy, so beware. Always be truthful and consistent w/ your answers!

Legitimately pays out in $10 increments via Amazon cards. However, I'm having multiple issues with surveys and customer service has only responded to one ticket. It's wrong that they allow the survey taker to spend a great deal of time working through surveys before disqualifying them, seemingly after they've gotten all the information they need.

I was actually earning rather quickly with this app. I cashed out thirty dollars, and I had accrued over 100 and then one day my account was shut down. However, I contacted customer support and they had it back up and running the next day. So, it is glitchy, and you can run into problems, and you will be let down by some surveys, but overall it's a really good app, and they have one of the highest payouts for surveys. I would recommend cashing out frequently though

I have been using QuickThoughts since the beginning of 2020, and it is the most rewarding experience I have had. The time-to-reward ratio is definitely one of the best, and the Amazon gift cards have helped me make essential purchases (Amazon rental books for college), as well as fun purchases. Some people have had bad luck with the app, and I have had my fair share of troubles sometimes, but the problems were always fixed and I'm very pleased with how the app has worked for me.

For the first few months the app worked great. Surveys came consistently, the payout was decent. That was until a few months backI ran into an error while trying to cash out my earnings. My account was immediately locked out and I was informed not to log into it. Customer service told me the issue would be handled within a few days, but it remains unresolved even after 3 whole months.

Would love to give it a 5 star review, but every time I don't qualify for a survey (which is fairly often anymore) instead of giving me a $0.10 reward, it says "here's your $0.00 reward for trying". And when I started using this app, it didn't take long to be able to cash out. Now it seems to take 2 or 3 months to barely make it to the redemption level.
