For tui users: 1. Turn off mobile data 2. wifi settings and 'Forget' the resort WiFi network 3. Finally connect to 'tui blu entertainment network'. This will stop your phone switching back to a network with internet access. To Tui and quizstorm: A separate, non-internet connected network to run the quizstorm server on is bad, most devices will switch back to an internet connected network in a few minutes spoiling quiz fun.

Simple effective and straightforward. No brain power required. Work has been done by the creator to make life very easy to play an interactive quizstorm event.

The connection issue for Android devices seems to be related to the WiFi network you're on. Some venues have had to create a special separate network to support the app.

Terrible app. Didn't recognise our entire first round of answers without it being obvious this was the case.

Doesn't work on Moto phones Android 11 despite suggestions of turning off Bluetooth and mobile data.

It doesn't work on android 14, pixel 8. It gets stuck on connecting

Works totally fine on Android, don't know what people are complaining about. They're probably elderly and don't know how to use a smartphone.

Stuck at connecting. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, Android 14. Cleared cache and deleted the data, still no luck. Useless
