Watch/App combo came as a free gift! So far my only complaint is that after a few days of consecutive use, the watch doesn't give accurate readings for steps or sleep. It seems the data on the watch needs to be manually cleared daily in order to ensure the most optimal reads. The English grammar could also be better overall on the app, but it's navigatable.

So far, the watch and app seem to work great. I had issues in the beginning trying to get the watch to sync with the app. I had to restart both watch and phone to get them to pair. Just wish they had more watch faces or a way to use another app to download more faces. They don't give you many options if you want to make your own.

Took over an hour to get the watch to pair properly and give it all the detailed permissions it needs, and I still do not get text alerts, phone calls or anything. Reset twice, and still, nada. Useless as anything other than a watch. No way to customize watch face, and there is a very limited group of faces you can choose. Meh.

Changes historical data. A number of times I have gone back to look at historical data and it has lost steps. For instance, 02/06/2024 I did over 12 miles (30,000+ steps) which did log on the app at the time. Now when I look it barely shows 10,000 steps. I know I know I did them but I wanted to use it as motivation, in 1 app, to achieve the same or better each month. I have now downloaded another app as well 🤦‍♀️

The weather information keeps disappearing from my watch. This is disappointing as I chose this watch specifically as it had a weather data function. I have only had the watch for 18 days and have had no weather for 3 of those days. It says "please connect app", but it is connected and all permissions are set up as given by the instructions. I hope this can be fixed and made more reliable. Everything else seems fine.

Pretty unstable. When it works it's fine but every couple of days it tells me it's disconnected, with the app on my phone not working properly. Kinda frustrating and the instructions are far from clear - it just says I have to find something in permissions and "press switch". I've given it all the permissions my phone has and it still keeps happening. Also,quite heavy battery drain on phone. Not really all that impressed.

I have tried connecting my phone to a new Sekonda watch (via the app, not Bluetooth menu, as directed) and can't get it to allow phone/whatsapp etc notifications. The error message in the app is meaningless and bears no relation to any options on the phone (what does 'prompt. Find Qwatch App in the list, and turn on the switch' mean? Which list? Where?!) It tells the time, but so far I've not managed to make it do anything else!

The watch just cannot connect to the app. It worked for a while but suddenly it just keeps disconnecting with no apparent reason. I have given all the needed permissions. I uninstalled and installed the app several times, restarted the BT, restarted the phone (Samsung Galaxy A6+). Nothing seems to do the trick. The watch just cannot connect and I cannot really see a solution here.

2022: Have been using it for months and it rarely works. The app keeps disconnecting from the watch so then there is no syncing/connecting with the phone. I don't even know what's the point of using the bluetooth, since apparently it does nothing. 2025: Still the same problems. There are no app updates/improvements.

I like the layout of the app. I like the functionality and although the information is not accurate as most fitness apps aren't. I was surprised that it connected to my Colmi Sky fit watch. Now I know you not going to answer this, but what is your requirement to view our Call logs? I understand your app to know contact list for watch alerts and for that purpose only 'I Hope' Cn you explain why you want to view our Call logs? Before you say I can disable it in permission, I know. Please explain.

Just as flawed as other smart watch apps. Loses pairing on a regular basis. Some readings are accurate. But no matter how much I allow notifications cannot get phone alerts. Sure would like to know about an app that is stronger than this one and others I've tried. Or get even minimal help to use.

First few weeks watch was great. Now it resets every few minutes and disconnects deleting all my steps and ruining my goal results. Not sure why but you can select background picture add and remove all but one and it's the one I cannot bear to look at as it is a ballerina in pink and each time it resets it goes back to that background. So very frustrating. Not worth the price at all.

I had it for about 2 weeks. I bound it and it seemed as if did not record & save anything. My steps set on 0 most days. It would light up like it was chkg my heart rate. But when I would check log on app..nothing recorded. It kept time, it tung when my cell rung and I could even pull up the weather. I am returning it.

The watch and app are great, but there's some things I cant figure out. I cannot seem to activate the sleep monitoring, at all, via app nor watch. My watch, the Rohs R18, doesnt seem to have the option to do anything with the sleep mode even though it has the option. I love everything else about this app so far, but I really would like to know how to use the sleep function, because that is one of the main reasons I bought the watch. Thank you for your hard work and this nice app.

App is useless. Sometimes it will show my info,other times it will ask me to register then tell me my email is invalid,or prompt me to read the user agreement but nothing pulls up when you click it...so i can't complete a registration,also the watch does not reset my steps it continues to count it as the same day,the watch disconnects from the app and when it is connected it doesn't show any messages and i did the stability thing and it said it was complete. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!

Very dissatisfied with the KW10 Women's Bracelet Smart Watch. It is like any other watch that tells time. After about a month, it ceased all 'smart' functions other than telling the time. I loved the style, wearability & color. Do Not waste your 'time' or money on this item!! I'll write a better view if is updated or replaced!

Keeps disconnecting. I had to reconnect for 3rd time today and device and phone have never been more than 10m apart. Very annoying. If it stayed connected - like my other device's app used to, I might be able to judge performance. As it is, it is just super annoying.

This app and watch combo are the worst I've ever experienced. I've done all regular troubleshooting steps and have even gotten a replacement watch due to the watch face flashing for half a second and not staying lit long enough to read. Constant disconnections and bugs. No solutions in sight. I would rate less stars to warn you from purchasing these watches, if I could. I want my money back.

UPDATE: After two updates, only the weather connectio and the SMS appearing on the watch seem to work better. There are still so many other bugs. Add more activities like HIIT, yoga, etc. The calories burned while running are not right, also the step counter is way off. There is still a lot of work to do

Smart watch will not pair with my phone using this app even though the phone has Bluetooth switched ON and Android 11 on it . Have uninstalled and reinstalled app 4 times with no success . Watch does not appear in Bluetooth Devices on my phone . Pairing appears to falter with message " Completing scan " . Nothing happens after that except another message on my phone " Smart watch disconnected " . Any ideas PLEASE !!
