Raiders + Allegiant Stadium

What an absolute joke that you have to download, install and traverse multiple apps for event tickets. Whomever thought this was a good idea needs to find a new line of work!

app is terrible. so bad I will never go to another game regardless of how good the team is. I gave one star because there was no option to give zero stars. yes it's that bad.

It's crashing when we try to list our tickets via the recommended Raiders app/ticket market place. We waited and waited for our season tickets got them only a few days before the preseason game and cannot list them because the app crashes constantly. Tried uninstalling reinstalling, clearing cache and app data etc . Sent debug reports and not a peep from support.

This app used to work great, but over the last 3 or 4 uninstalls and reinstalls in a few months the live radio button still just spins and you can never listen to the radio station anymore. Someone in the organization isn't doing their job and this is pretty bad for a billion dollar franchise.

This app locks up too much. Each time you log on to the app, it asks you to reconnect your Ticketmaster account. You try to navigate from screen to screen. It locks up. You log into your Ticketmaster account through the app. It locks up. Nothing works on this app. Time and time again. I have to delete the app and redownload it to make it work.

You can't use the app until you accept to enable your location tracking. It says it will follow your movements and sell it to third parties and others. It gathers other information from your v phone. You give up all your rights to privacy and will not let you use the app until you agree.

Overall, great app! Just one minor suggestion, It would be cool to have real time updates on this app if possible. Example, real time updates on Coach or player departures and hirings. It would be cool to rather hear from it on this app FIRST, then for me to hear from it on another app like ESPN, Bleacher Report, or whomever else. Like I said, love the app but would love real time updates as they happen from this Raider app instead. Cheers!

What's happen to the app mid-season? It has turned into garbage... I select Schedule, I get past games and a selection for Future opponents. WTH? Show me a schedule... Geezz it's not rocket science. The app is now too much bling and not enough football. Get with tne program and know your audience.

Radio part of app never works. Just plays videos. Seems like no one from the Raiders staff is responding to the issue. Guess I have to stream them from a 3rd party app. Tune in. Which sucks with ads playing over the shiws. Disappointed in the app staff with this Any updates staff

Plays advertisements but not actual video. It shoots me straight back to the menu after the ad. I've tried installing all over and same thing. It wont let me watch any videos The Raiders post. It's a bummer theres alot that needs fixing on this app Asap!

app doesn't work with my Galaxy s8 or 9 videos freezes or don't play videos at all.. very unhappy. it used to be fine but whatever they've done isn't working. very disappointed been using this app for years now its garbage for watching anything on it. needs to be fixed ASAP

Entering this app is like entering a glitchy webpage with tons of virus pop up banners. The first option when opening the app should be tickets not and ad or random news piece. The only reason for me to open the app is you already took my money for tickets. Then the app for ticket suggests to use another app to hold your tickets because the team owned app sucks so bad. UI and banners are oversized making them hard to see or read.

Low key the app is awesome but you know what we need some more futuristic looking helmets for the future some more badass looking designs for the helmet. Say like when they are away instead of using different colors jerseys. Use different color of helmet like one side grey e other side white or opposite grey e black huh. Now that's wit I'm talking about it will throw em off. Hit me up I have designs on the low

It's cool because you get Raiders media updates. But, they get cut off about a minute in to it and when you back out of the video, it cannot be found within the app after that.

Can't watch videos. The ad/ commercials will play sometimes but, right before the actual video begins the video closes and returns back to the previous page. Frustrating. Please fix!

The app was working great until I upgraded my phone. Now every time I go to manage my tickets it crashes. The funny thing is that when I use my old phone it works fine. I may just have to bring that old phone to get me into the game this weekend. Come on Raiders fix this.

Raiders app keeps closing on me, everytime i use it! I cant watch a video or listen to a interview! I tried wTching a game last year, it was terrible! Missed half the game getting app to start again. I srent feedback, nothing has been done. Its akready doing again this year!! Ive had it with Rauders app!!!!!!!

Really just wanted to use the app to listen to their talk radio show. It never works, just starts playing random videos. We'll just continue to use TuneIn Radio.

This app works the same way my favorite NFL team works: Miserably. The widget hasn't worked in a long time.

This app used to work perfectly. I've uninstalled and re-installe, and I can not access my tickets. As a season ticket holder, this is annoying!
