Raiz - Mobile Banking

This new update/app is bad. I know the update is supposed to be new and have some problems in the beginning, but I am pissed because compared to other banks that also have updates, I don't have problems like the ones I experienced. It became slower than usual, and now I struggle to log in. It also forgot all my login information and password,and I doesnt let you see past activity from this year. Also, it made me change my password, which I had change recently 😡

New app works great just like the other one once the small bugs were worked out. Today I scanned a check into my checking account. I got an email confirming the deposit, but I must say one small thing. I loved having the "Pending" status notification within the app. I don't mind the emails, but the old app had the "Pending" status and I sincerely miss it. I know y'all will make it right. Running Android 12 on a Motorola.

Less than one, Just spent over an hour trying to get into account with customer service help because I was locked after password change would not work. Finally got in to only find 2 of my accounts are not there. I was transferred to someone "who would be able to help me" only to be hung up on! I am so frustrated in this bank, I think I may be moving my money after my accounts are found... this change was a horrible decision on Raiz part. I have business accounts that I can't do business with.

Wonderful idea, horrible app... I am constantly having issues while using the app with things like menus not loading correctly, crashes, errors, and broken app links. The limited functionality that I do have is wonderful but, it's very limited. It's essentially what the TFCU app was... Specific and constant issues are card management and trying to arrange travel plans, this function worked once for me, and hasn't worked since the app roll out. I'll be considering another bank.

I really wish Raiz had never updated the app. Log in issues were horrible. And, I can't even deposit checks. As soon as I capture the front of the check, the app crashes and sends me back into the login screen. This new version is such a frustration.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I am always having problems with them holding money or processing checks and taking forever for them to go in.. they don't care if you have bills pending or overdraft. Bad service, all I hear is there is nothing we can do about it.

Easy to update password for new and improved app! Called for assistance and received excellent service. Best digital banking app so far, so many new options I didn't have before and that my other institutions don't offer.

I'm very frustrated with this app, this new version doesn't allow me to log on, ask me to change my password. However, when I try don't recognized my information. There is no assistance on the phone,or text.

The app is works great when it works. It is constantly crashing. Please fix the crashing.

why do they keep my overdraft protection on? I don't want it. I keep telling them to turn it off, but they won't. they just want those delicious fees. I don't want to pay them. I ask them to turn it off on my account. they say okay, I check later, and guess what? it's still on. I hate this stupid bank and their worthless app. I'd change bank but I have a stupid loan with these fools and clowns

At first it was a horrible experience. I had a hard time logging in, but after a couple of post on Facebook I got my issues fixed. Now it wks great and all the updates are better, it was worth the trouble. Thanks👍

This has been a down grade. It's all the same except we don't get out exact available balance after purchase holds. This one doesn't do that. I would rather use the old one. 😡

Terrible I couldn't even log into my account and there's a limit! And I input the correct information and it says it has no record of my account.

Why should I rate this update? Why should I recreate my username and password? I've tried answering all the questions to identify myself and the system is not able to locate my information. How do I know it's the right app?

Have not been able to log in and when I try to reach for help there never is any it's a rough change hopefully they can fix it soon

I'm so glad they updated their banking system all around... More efficient, faster transaction with all the security needed!!

User friendly navigation, very nice looking, easy to find and access accounts!

Every time, I want to go into my account to see how much I have; It just freezes. It doesn't let me do anything else.

This App is horrible, I have an issue very often and I have to unload the app and downloaded again in order to work with it

Can't link in and it doesn't work. Not user friendly for older generations.
