randstad: jobs for workers

It's terrible. I can't finish the "onboarding" process because the text cannot be scrolled down to hit the "yes" button on the 2nd screen. It literally won't take yes (or no) for an answer! They've eliminated the ability to finish the profile on a real computer, so the result is a completely useless app as well as website. Well done, guys. 🙄

it's very rare that the "available jobs" loads.The cpl times it did show available jobs -I applied and completed every on boarding requirement ,watched every video ,read every document and completed all the tests with a high score. Then it says "a recruiter will contact you soon", but not once have I heard from anyone. I have great references and excellent work ethic, I just don't understand how I haven't at least been contacted ever- especially since I am open to any position available.

BEWARE! This app says it doesn't have the ability to change device settings like background and theme but it did to mine and my friend's phones. It also changed the appearance of my custom keyboard and my browser settings. At this point, I'm not sure what else it's HACKED but it sure seems sketchy to me. I'm guessing my personal data including bank info has been compromised at this point as well. STAY AWAY! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!

Great if you're looking for a hard labor job like in a warehouse or waste. otherwise your best bet is to have a recruiter contact you. the app seems to be filled with a bunch of jobs with limited openings in which you can apply for 1, meaning they appear to be more than actually. if you're looking for a part-time full-time job this is great but if you're just looking for an occasional third shift just apply directly

Decent, I just wish the job offers would come more often, there be a variety of them, and at a convenience of my own availability. I'm only available for 1rst and 3rd shifts, and they don't come around very often. It's obviously a much better app for those who can work an afternoon shift. Their jobs do have a good starting wage, hire in after 90 days, and include benefits, so it's better than average for sure.

I've completed all the onboarding steps, they have all my info, Every time I try to apply for a position, I never get a response from a recruiter like it says they will. This has been ongoing for months, I see all these positions I want and not a single peep. Started getting spam calls from different numbers with strange area codes multiple times every single day after signing up. They're selling all our info while not even offering jobs.

I started work on the 5th of April. Today is April 8th. The App doesn't show my schedule. I have worked 3 days so far and the app doesn't show any of the hours I worked. My background check is cleared via email but still showing pending in the app. I had to sign all their legal documents in the app 3 times with the threat of my pay being delayed if they are not signed. This app is sooo behind! I hope I'm not going to work everyday for nothing.

I barely logged on. and it says error retrieving your file. and it also says lost connection to server. and yes I did the update. I try to contact the support team and soon as I press send message. it says error error. I don't want to be mean. the people that do these updates to these apps need to make sure these apps work. imagine if the owner of the company saw this. its embarrassing

Doesn't work well. Every time I apply for jobs I keep getting an email telling me to download the app, which Ive already done. In the app I tried to update my personal information because I moved since I last worked for Randstad. Clicking the link routed me to another site that kept me in an endless loop of error messages and frustration. No help at all! I'm strongly considering DELETING this app AGAIN!

here to say: Have to download a app just to complete a profile, who wants to do all this with no guarantee of even getting hired. I already have low space on my phone, going through apps & stuff to clear space when I can go on a site which I was just on but then have to go to a app, this must be y'all way of weeding out people. nobody jumping through hoops for free, doing all this now just to even get considered, na y'all can keep the job, I can imagine how many hoops it'll be on a daily basis

took 3 days to get through their verification after downloading. i applied to a position on indeed originally and got told to download the app. get emails for positions which dont exist on the app. app has one job for the entire chicago area! just a data mining scam and waste of time like all gig work apps.

Recruiter's will send me an email to download the Randstad app after applying for a job, the app does not work, it's not loading any jobs, I have been trying for months, I can't get in actual contact with anyone, I'm going in circles and I'm ready to give up at this point.

freezes and it finds me jobs only in the San Francisco Bay area but they keep sending me emails there's jobs near me but always tells me to use the app which doesn't work at all. Was easier thru the phone with someone and always got a job but not no more

I've been waiting to hear from a representative regarding my I-9 verification for a while. I also can't select any jobs to see details. I just see the listings with no option to select

It hardly shows me any jobs they never answer the phone, but when I go on the website, it shows a lot of jobs just recently posted within a week ago updated/edited 1/24/2026 I'll delete this comment when something changes

No jobs available and you can't get in touch with a recruiter at all. UPDATE reached out to the email from the replied comment to my review still NOTHING very unprofessional.

nobody responds. the application process stays stuck claiming someone will contact me but never does. Tiffany, does the app work? is it active and functional? cause no one is responding going in 3 weeks now

the app never worked and its not linked to online website. You need a friend to verify you but that never worked. You contact customer support and it hangs up on you because to many calls. Or if you select option to get a text message sent to you when an agent is available, that message never got sent to my. Basicly they have my information and nothing ever worked . It just prompts me to fill out the information again but with to help from support for a reason you don't know why.

I went through signing a lot of paperwork, verification processes, and once everything was completed, there were still no jobs available, NOT ONE!

When you apply for a position through Randstad, to move forward with the next step, you're FORCED to download their app! We want a job! Not be forced to download a freezing app! get it together Randstad!
