The sleep tracking mode has only worked a few times before stopping completely, and keeping track of other modes is difficult requiring the user to constantly add the data instead of having the data automatically added. Also the subscription price is about the same as what I paid for the watch while not disclosing that a subscription was needed. If I had known that I would have gotten a better watch, like the Samsung smart watches or other high end smart watches or rings!!

The interface is set and cannot be customized to display exactly what I would like. Viewing my cycling data is confusing and appears incomplete, not tracking my full route, and there appears to be two different categories of data, one for my track and another section of biometrics. I would like to be able to see my biometrics while I was cycling! I would not recommend this app, but as far as I know devices are not comparable with other apps, which is disappointing, I love my device!

Invasive, Intrusive, infuriating. I have more than 1 x Bluetooth device - believe it or not, as do billions of other people. When I want to use other devices, I should be able to without being bombarded with this app trying to connect. when I force stop the app, I don't want it to appear 1 second later draining phones resources. When I want a different watch face, it should not need to delete the previous face. How pathetic - 1 watch face at a time? Asks for a huge amount of permissions.

This app is just so bad. The developers should fix this app. I've used it for a few months now. The sleep counter is not very accurate. I will wake up during the night and be awake for about 10-15 minutes and in the morning it will show that I was awake for 1 second. On occasion I will get up 2 times during the night and then it will show I was awake for 2 seconds. Seems like it counts the number of times you are awake and not the time. Step counter is also not very accurate.

If there was 0 stars I'd put 0. With this app it behaves just as an analog watch does. It connects to Bluetooth but will not connect to the phone. I can't personalize anything with this app. I am not able to change the wall paper because it will not connect. can't do any of the other functions that I'm supposed to be using. Unfortunately there is no other app that will work with my watch. I am about to buy me a new watch that uses a different app. This app is ridiculous!!

This app is horrible!! disconnects from watch constantly, calls come thru phone even though it's not enabled for that, so everyone around me hears my phone calls. weather is for wrong place and doesn't let me change it, the step counter is inaccurate and the watch faces keep changing randomly out of the one I have set. It's the worst smart phone app I have ever used, and unfortunately the watch I have can only be used with this app so both are useless.

Anyone know of a replacement app as this one is rubbish since the last update. Rarely connected ever since the last update. Either device unbound or connecting. Rebooting phone and watch gets it working again but only for an hour or so. Bring back the old version!

This has to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. It crashes a lot. It disconnects from my phone a lot. It does not update blood pressure or blood oxygen when it is set to do so. I have to unpair and re-pair it to my phone a lot just to get it to work. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it with no change in operation. It changes my watch faces on its own and will not let me set it back. There is no option to allow which unit of measurement to use for blood sugar. This can be lots better

Probably one of the best apps I have had & I've had a few over the years. Has the best BT connection & stays connected, easy to use. Good variety of watch faces. The Always on time display, isn't all time as it goes out after about 3 min. Tell me how to keep it on and I'll give you 5 stars. But Very pleased so far. This is the best watch I have had as far as battery is concerned, lasts for weeks.

I think having ads is very ignoring!!! On my other smart watch no ads. Without cost to the app!!! Cost less than this watch. Does the same . Plus all the add on apps. Crazy and very exhausting.

Used to work great, now unable to personalise watch face, once photo is selected and transfer icon pressed, keep getting "dial push failed" notification. Further to afore mentioned, now will not connect to the phone, therefore cannot synchronise or pair to allow functionality. Not much use now? unless there is another compatible app? Can developers help??? Please!!!

I use the app with a smart watch. I cannot get the watch to monitor so many things automatically. Even the ones I select do not. Tired of having to use the watch to monitor something that should be automatic. Very disappointing.

read the pdf for the watch I purchased. it said to look for RFDit app and download. I done that. I tried to get everything set up in the between the watch and my phone. nothing happened at all. I've got the Samsung galaxy s25 ultra try and do everything n no clear

after recent update device not connecting to watch i have unbind and bind the device again to connect this app to the watch and yes there problem with dials we can only update the watch face over and over cant change the other default faces

The App a Works Excellently in functionality and UI. However,It has little helpful features Some core features and integration are Missing - Integration with Strava and few other Apps - Feature for data sharing with 3rd Party Apps

The app overall is OK. The app doesnt always connect to my watch. I get a notification on the watch for a message but don't have anything come up on my watch to show the message. I have enabled push permissions and everything but still 5 days after receiving watch don't get messages on my watch

This app is buggy! Can yall please update it!! My phone keeps telling me it's crashing and to put it in deep sleep mode. What's the point of having the watch if I have to that. Will have to find a diffrent kind of watch soon!

we need updates, device doesn't work with actual firmware and update. it's crash everything 5 min and don't connect to the phone. do some 2026 updates. now is a simple watch not a smart one ....

I'm using Huawei Y6s and the app was working fine. But now it is not compatible with my device. Kindly do something I have my record in this and I'm connecting my watch Haino Teko RW-13 with this.

app stoped working on my Android phone... I've been using it for 4months and last week it stopped working. I un-installed and installed. still the app wont open. Now I can't use my smartwatch
