app needs fixing. in the summary section the text of the questions is almost the same color as the background color making it really difficult to read. also the green check marks and red marking next to answers doesn't always correspond with the answer given. if there is a mag restriction it should be red. if there are no mag restriction it should be green. would like to see the improvement made to the app so it can be used more efficiently.

Turn off dark mode on my phone to use the app - otherwise, I cannot read text. Some information is not clear. I have MI permit and heading to IA and surrounding states. App shows yellow (with restrictions) but after reading all sections I cannot understand what these restrictions might be. IA is Constitutional Carry and honors permits from every state. Also, I had trouble with MN showing as RED until I forced app closed and cleared the cache. So, I needed to research elsewhere...

The app needs to be updated. android: The text is white over a white background which makes impossible to read, especially when you cannot select the text to even highlight it.

App doesn't adapt text to be readable when display settings are on dark mode. Rookie mistake on the part of the app developers. I would expect better.

On Android I'm not able to see section titles under "What to know". They're either blank or white and blend with the background color.

Doesn't let you sign up. Entering email and desired password and hitting next, gets a brief loading flicker, before nothing happens. As far as the map, you can see it as guest, but it's not as detailed as online. The map for New Hampshire is different online and through the app. (ND specifically) Hoping the app would make it easy, with a non-resident license, to enter my age, license type, and few other options to quickly see where I can carry. (Effectively turning yellow states red or green)

Most text unreadable, white on white. Can't read summaries etc. Big problem!

text colors are completely bugged white on white is impossible to read and therefore you can't really read it.

I have the same difficulties as Mike Slater. Doesn't load immediately. Very hard to navigate the loading procedure. Forced sign in to Google before it will allow to load. Very suspicious. If it ever loads I will be deleting. You guys need to get this stuff fixed considering how much you charge for membership.

I would be happier if the app would load. My phone is a Samsung S22Ultra and has the most recent version of its operating system and I have updated my app. I have even restarted my device several times to get it to load. The reciprocity map is the most important feature and I don't have access to it. We need it when we travel. We've been members for quite a few years now. I'm often frustrated at the speed of the main website when using online training videos as well. I know it's not my speed

Totally USELESS app. Constitutional carry states that are blue on the website are Yellow on the app, which means reciprocity with restrictions. If you click on a state in that menu, a bunch of that states, info comes up, EXCEPT for what the restriction is. I was going to get ccw carry insurance with this company. but if I can't trust them to make even a semi useful app, I definitely do not trust them with the insurance

I tried to install the app and keep getting told the app will install soon. I have never seen that before. Why is it not installing immediately? Your comment to Kevin suggested a need for Android 12. I am running 12 and getting same results as Kevin. Update: finally loaded while I wasn't looking, I don't like that. It does have a chat option which is very useful if you're having trouble locating information. I still rate the loading difficulties with one star!

Unable to open the app. It gives me an error message. "Oops! Looks like something went wrong! The application has encountered an error pulling data. Ensure your app is updated to the latest version. " Then the restart button fails. I have the latest version (1.4.0).

I called USCCA and was able to obtain help. The associate spend time with me to clear up several issues. Since bad data was transferred into my account, he told me just to delete all my concealed carry permits and to re-enter them. That fixed the first issue. The second issue is that I have an S8 that runs on Android 9, not the latest OS, and he gave me some workarounds to get the app to work properly. If you have a problem, I recommend you call USCCA and talk to an employee. He was fantastic.

Every time, i try to get into the app it says Oops looks like something went wrong!!! The application has encountered an error pulling up data. Ensure your app is updated to the latest version. At the bottom it is says to Restart.

I like to check this app before traveling. However, recently i get an error telling me something went wrong. After uninstalling and reinstalling it the error went away. I wonder if the next update will break it again. I see other reviews with recent dates having the same issues. I think the devs need to debug the product again. Otherwise, i have no complaints about this
