Worst service in Saudi, good offers and scheme, but if somethimg you want from the provider, you cnot find anyone to help you. Whole day the technical error, so nothing will grand you to next stage. If loss is loss. Even i request for e sim they take miney but disnt issue. So i loose my sim card.loss money. 2 times same issue fir mt teo numbers. Rhen i stip usi g redbull

offer couldn't show always, but always receiving SMS around 10 at least. please update your application so the customers can check offers.

from a few months before this app is not working properly. I can't recharging by this app and do not showing the data history in this app.

The app hasn't been working for a month. I've uninstalled it more than five times and reinstalled it, but it still doesn't work. The network is extremely bad, and the voltage service isn't working. my application not working a month. today I uninstall this app and again download and open apps no need to create account automatically open this apps and I face this same problem. I can't see my balance and I can't add my recharge. what's wrong actually please give me solution either I will close the sim.

The app is not working. cannot login and it shows this 'this choice is not available in your country'. when are you going to rectify? this version is the latest update and still it doesn't work.

very poor experience, i recharged a balance and it automatically subscribed the offer i used previously, so frustrating, i even don't know how my balance reached 68 from 86, the subscribed offer was for 10 riyals. i have social mbs and giga coins and while i am using social media it is just deducting the giga coins and not the social data which is free unlimited.

Among from 1 month the app is not responding, no profile, not showing current plans, can't recharge without profile login. what is the issue!

This SIM does not work at all. Customer service was completely useless and failed to fix anything. After that, I requested a refund and they refused to refund me. Total waste of money and time. I do not recommend this service at all.

very bad customer service, more than two weeks , no internet coverage and customer service cannot solve the problem and close the complaint without solve the problem and refused to return my money back even i didnot use any giga from internet package

This is a very cheap and fraudulent SIM. It was showing an offer in my application and when I tried to activate it, it said the offer is over and I have lost my money.

this app at this moments is.t working properly .. i can.t recharge by main balance from this. i don.t get interface for recharging . t its too much painful process for recharging .

Every time I have issues with international calls... if you are not ready to provide the service don't charge... every Friday i try to call i was facing issues. and i need to call the customer care and two days later only it will work . i was paying for the calls then why i didn't get the service? it's completely cheating. it's better to beg in the streets instead of cheating our money . we work and we earn this money not like you. I am happy to use Red Bull SIM but for the past few months my package net has been working very slowly at times.
