Reface: Face Swap AI Photo App

Horrible app! It's a complete scam! It says it's only going to charge you 4.99 for a month, but then charged my account a total of 25 dollars! Plus a saw an ad showing that it was to check out new hair styles in real time on your head and it shows you can run your hands through your hair visually in real time with the new cut/style and change through several different cuts and style. However that's not at all what this app does! I want my money back total rip off!

getting charged yet can't find a price list. I did not sign up for any subscription. I paid 1 flat fee, but now being charged again. urg!!! when I tried to go to their policies or I tried to contact them via their email it says page not found. this app is not user friendly. It's pricing policies are not clearly laid out. And what it is offering you can do for free on chat GPT. now I have to dispute the extra charge and put a block on this recurring charge through my bank. What a headache!

nightmare they will bill you to death and like me you only end up using it once and are so unimpressed you never use it again. then they start aggressively trying to bill you even though you already paid 7.99 for the app you do not and will not use. I am still wasting my night trying to figure out how to cancel a subscription I knew nothing about. We all have had to deal with stuff like this but I'm telling you this is a whole different level of manipulative wording and billing practices!

this is NOT a good hairstyle app. there are like 10 preset dos, same avail to EVERYONE, you can overlay on your photo. no other adjustments. And it is nearly impossible to cancel (still working on figuring that out) says cancel it in the Google Play app, but it doesnt show up in my active subscriptions(really weird!)

Downloaded for hairstyles. While it's funny to see some of the different ones on me, most are completely unrealistic. I uploaded a photo and I what I get are these long, luxurious hair styles. Great, except I have fine, shoulder length hair lol. And it's $7.99 for a week! Unless you plan to use this for complete fun & nothing serious, it's not worth it, in my opinion.

I purchased the trial and used it the first day. On the second day, I could not login so I contacted the company and asked that they cancel the subscription. I have asked 3 times and each time I receive the same response - I must log in to cancel. Tonight, they did one better. Their sent me a receipt showing that I had been charged and paid for a full month. Do not purchase!!

They say it's free and then they charge me 7.99. Then a couple of weeks later they charge me 19.99. Where's the free part? After I used it once why would I need a continuing subscription. Rip off. Wants me to pay twice for an inferior app. Stay away. I was curious but learned a costly lesson. And now even after I canceled the subscription, they continue to try to charge my credit card. My bank denies each attempt but they continue to try. STAY AWAY. THEY ARE CROOKS.

horrible! I got suckered in by their ad, promising the perfect hairstyle for me. it was laughable.... one hairstyle was a biker chic style, the other a white hair bun like a grandma in fairy tales. User interface is so bad, it was nearly impossible to try out any other 'features'. and those features were equally bad. I was even on the paid Pro level - so no excuses!

I wanted to "try on" different hairstyles, but the number of options was very limited, and most of the cuts were variations of just a couple of styles. The app has lots of other features that I think people might enjoy, but I was only interested in trying on hairstyles. If that's all you want to check into, I would advise not wasting your $8.

I needed a professional head shot for work. This app promised that. I downloaded the app and had to pay 7.99 to use it. No problem. Once I had uploaded some photos it came back with not one professional photo. Just some random AI photos of me. If I wanted to get the professional photos now I had to pay more. I said no thanks and went over to Gemini and produced the photo for free. Fast forward to today...one week later and I got charged $19.99 for some unknown reason. Total ripoff. AVOID

Im not young, but not stupid. Maybe gullible. First ad said i could try for free, then it was $4.99 to try the free trial. I went ahead because I really want to use this. Then it was $7.99 for a 1 week subscription. Done. It never showed me any hairstyles on the 3 photos I uploaded. Just some random model showing different models. Now to try canceling it shows next payment of $4.99 due next week. Unable to cancel. Don't be stupid, dont be gullible. Rely on your hairdresser to help you.

I just wanted to try the hairstyles, but they were awful so I canceled. A week later they charged my account $19.99, but I already cancelled? I tried logging back in to see the issue and it now says the app is no longer available in my region? So, I cant log into the app and there is no record on Google Play of the download or purchases yet Im still being charged. The whole user experience has been terrible.

I already paid $7.99 for the app and now you want me to pay another $5.00 to use it ?? and that's only for a week ?? Well I'd like to get Customer Service contact info. cuz I want to cancel my account and get my $7.99 back. I haven't used this so at all and will not because of the way you presented it, having people pay a base fee and then before they can do even one thing you hit them up for more money. Not cool at all CS contact info please

They say it costs $7.99, but when you put in your card, pay and then open the app, everything except a couple of options are marked PRO and so you can't really access them without paying more. Moreover, you had to give them access to a lot of personal data to get the very little they give you for $7.99. Not recommended.

AI really bad at following directions. I would have to nag it multiple times to do what I requested. I would say brown hair, but give me red, no bangs but give me bangs. Picture quality degraded each time. Even though I paid to use it a week, it capped me saying that's all for today. Which isn't fair especially given I had to prompt the AI multiple times to give it what I want because it doesn't take directions well all the time. Sometimes, but not always.

Money grab! A long while ago, it used to offer an awesome free trial. Now all you can do for free is change hairstyles and color, and even those aren't accurate. A weekly pass for $5 ONLY allows access to their "Pro" items and the ability to save your item. That's it! For any picture or video, you have to either pay for each one, between $5-9 or join the annual subscription, which you CANNOT cancel not receive a refund per their guidelines. This app will put itself out of business soon.

ok app. I haven't looked at hairstyle apps in awhile so I can't compare. it was interesting to see hairstyles that actually "looked" like I had them. I gave 2 stars because I don't think it's cost effective. after looking at the hairstyles for 2 hours, I was pretty much done with anything I would be interested in looking at. i canceled weekly payment. nice that you still have access 4 the week. also today I tried to open the app and it says "not available in ur region" not my actual state shown!

You had to subscribe, then you only had a limited number things you could used then it wanted you to buy another package. I tired to unsubscribe, but first I chose to have my data deleted because it said he saved data for 30 days. So once I did that, I could no longer access my account to stop the subscription. Not worth it to the average person just looking to have some fun looking a new ideas.

At first it seemed ok but when I try to cancel my subscription, the app won't let me. I've contacted support and they gave me stop by step instructions and I followed them but there isn't an option to cancel. In the settings tab they tell you to click there and follow the steps to cancel but there isn't any and I'm on android. I don't recommend downloading this app unless your comfortable being billed randomly. especially when the resubscription was supposed to be canceled after emailing them

Charged me $7.99 for nothing. After I opened the app I still had to pay $19.99 to do anything further, despite the fact that Id already taken their quiz. I still have no idea what the first charge was even for, because it clearly wasn't to access my results. On top of that, the $19.99 charges were on a weekly basis... so I effectively would have been paying $80.00 a month for this. Neither the $19.99 or $80.00 was ever a total that I came across when agreeing to terms. Total money grab.
