Refine: Photo Animation Maker

Honestly, you could just film yourself lip syncing and get a better result. They only have a small handful of songs (short clips) to choose from. The still pic filters were standard and can be found on free apps that don't solicit subscriptions. The only useful (I use that loosely) novelty is you can do it to celeb pictures or pictures of your shy friends, but it's not worth the subscription. The app will try to trick you into subscriptions. It crashed when I tried to reboot. Not impressed.

Let's talk about a ripoff. There is incredibly low functionality for the free version. Like, you can do virtually nothing. So you're forced to at least do a free trial. I signed up for the free trial, and the extra features were still locked. With the trial purchased (which would purchase a year when over) all features were to be unlocked. It's a scam. Don't download this garbage.

Horrible App! The ad for the app advertised that it can make photos move. As soon as I downloaded it, a screen asking me to pay popped up. I tried to back out of that screen, but the app acted like I had clicked one of the payment options. Then when I tried to use it as advertised, to bring life into a still photo of someone by making the face seem to move, there was no option for that anywhere in the app! What a scam! Do not download this app!

I just signed up for this app. I have a 3 day free trial after which it'd $19.99 per month. 10 minutes after all of this, the app has locked my images requiring me to pay $9.99 for a weekly membership. Before this, I was ordered to rate the app in order to unlock an image. Mind you, all of this occured in TEN MINUTES after signing up for a monthly membership.

10 ads no content. How can you rate an app before you can even do anything! - Further to the developers comments I can now add that the Free version triggers an advert what ever you click. To get to see any content you have to subscribe or pay. The only way to see what is on offer (for free) you must rate the app - which is only likely to lead to more 1 star reviews. The end result (shown in low definition) looked awful and I wasn't prepared to sit through more adverts to see if it improves! Advice to the publisher is to at least allow some content to be displayed - even if it has watermarks or only half the picture. Is it worth the cost/subscription? Who knows? I have no idea - but from what I could see, absolutely not!

Can't even look at one picture to try it out, cause literally everything needs paying. Like, the ads are already too much, it pops up with every move I make, but I still need a significant amount to see one picture? Okay, no thanks. I appreciate that it takes a lot to make apps like this, but uh, at least make some features free to use if you want people to get a taste of it, especially if you're gonna bombard the app with that much ads.

Don't waste your time! It forced me here to rate the app to unlock a feature 🤷‍♂️ It unlocked it once, now it demands payment for anything to work and bombards you with advertising even though it doesn't work unless you pay.. You get one free picture (although I didn't get a chance to see if you can export the picture for free before it locked me out) so there's no real opportunity to try before you buy. Move on

Disaster! The app is advertised as free, which is NOT, not even some limited use is allowed for free, nothing! When you open it the 1st you see is a pop up for subscription like around $14/week 😳 They have a 3 days free trial but even you subscribe for it, you get nothing. You can see 1 result but if you want to check another transformation you have to rate the app to see the result (nonsense!) and after that even you subscribed for a trial you have to actually pay $14/week. BS!!

Too greedy to even let me try it first. Right after I download it, it asks me to buy. Closed it, heres a coupon. Cool but I want to try first, so I closed it. ONE more downsell offer after that! I tested 1 picuture and then results LOCKED. I need to rate the app to unlock? I After unlocking I went to try another. LOCKED again right after, now you need to pay to view the result? If you don't give people a chance to even try the app, why even bother launching it as free with inapp purchase.

I bought the pro version, Dumb. There are only about 7 animations to choose from. And it Super zooms the photo when you choose a photo. Bogus. I want a refund. I thought I could animate a photo however I want. They don't even have the animation that they show in the ad. Super bogus.definitely need a refund.

Gone are the days when user pay for apps! Worse off, animation app? C'mon! The worst you could have done was to grant limited options to the free version, then unlocking more when you pay. Not from the very start you want me to pay you? What if I don't like your app? Why should I trust a stranger-app with my money and debit card details? NO WAYS. Review your approach MR. APP DEVELOPER.

Nice app but you pay monthly to use it then after you say turn a photo of your girlfriend into a man you have to pay to unlock it. This could very easily be a n extremely popular app except for the price. If you only had the monthly fee to use the app great but to then have to pay weekly to unlock any photos you change. It's ridiculous. I wouldn't waste my money on this app if I were you.

False advertising | No animation feature. I installed and immediately paid for the lifetime license. When I tried to use the app, there was no "anime" feature to edit pics with. Nothing shown in the ad, was available. There were two things available: 1. GIF Maker and 2. Video morpher using music videos. My refund was approved by Google.

Wants pro after a few trys and costs $11 per week??? That's wild Overall cool app but that cost is not worth the use at all. It's a cool goofy app and wants about $45 a month to use it? Paid for the damn thing then it wouldn't load anything, closed the app and reopened it multiple times still not working. I uninstalled it and reinstall it thinking it would fix it. THE THING ASKED ME TO PAY AGAIN..... I CANT GET MY MONEY BACK CANT CONTACT THE PUBLISHER. ITS A SCAMM. MESSAGING GOOGLE NEXT!

The edits are the worst I've ever seen! Not to mention, as soon as you download the app, literally 6 advertisements just pop up. Then they offer you 4 different deals about this terrible service. Don't waste your phone memory, your breathe, or your time on this pathetic excuse of an app.

Downloaded. Closed about 5 pages of pop ups suggesting I pay up to €50 for a yearly subscription. Finally got to take a pic and transform it, within seconds it was gone and I cannot open anything until I rate the app. So here I am giving a terrible rating for what could actually be a good app but I'll never know due to developers greed and haste.

As soon as you open the app, you're prompted to buy a subscription. Then, ads popup before you've even tried the app out. I got one try at the cartoonify feature and it's not good. Left people get a trial run. Charging upfront for promised future goods and services is textbook scam.

Don't install ! Beware ! Absolutely downright flop app. Will ask to pay up the moment you install it,then if you choose to skip that option(you've just installed it,right !!??)- it'll let you choose a pic to cartoon'ify..& just as u r waiting to see the result,it'll lock it & ask for payment to see the result. Plus,loaded with irritating advts. I uninstalled it within 10 mins.

They initially gave a 3 day free premium access. After trying 1 of their options they asked for a positive review to unlock. Then after trying another option after giving them the initial 5 stars they said that I would be billed 16.99 per week. N I couldnt access anything after without being billed. Its not worth the money.

I do like the first few times you can play around and make pics sing the songs, but its sad that there's less gif and song options and you only get a few tries, to see if you like them, it makes you pay to see them and I had no idea if I even liked them, plus the morphing does distort the image quite a bit like, making the lips 2x bigger, the chin tends to separate or be mushed, etc. Overall it's fun to mess with for 5 minutes, but afterwards you cant do anything else unless you pay.
