Remote Control for Samsung TV

Before using the app, you have to watch an ad, and it allows only a few clicks (like 3 max) before another ad pops up. Also, after closing the app for a while, it only shows the buttons (as shown on the icon), which doesn't even work. You have to reopen the app a couple of times. Furthermore, even after watching an ad after opening the app, the app lag and refuses to do anything, which leads to another ad popping up. My suggestion is to find an alternative app.

Almost every button press leads to an ad. My God, atleast give it to me in intervals of 10 minutes or atleast 5. The free version is useless and leaves a bad taste, doesn't give me confidence in the paid version. I like that I don't have to keep reconnecting to my TV which is good when remote batteries don't work but what good is it when I'm trying to use the apps on my smart tv and an ad doesn't let me use it to get to what I need.

It was good for the first couple times I used this, but every 2 buttons I press theirs an ad. And you gotta wait like 2 minutes to go threw the ads just to hit another couple buttons then boom. More ads. I would of like this more if without all the ads, I'm going with something else.

Every few clicks of the remote pops up an add. Went through 10 adds or more just to navigate to Disney+ and find somerhing to watch. Also another big problem is the app wont even turn on the TV. It also doesnt have a button to access your apps, you gotta work your way around to get to them. Im not gonna spend more then the price of a replacement remote for something that wont even turn the TV on. Aweful app and wont ever use again.

It functionally works but the ads are way out of control. Every 2 or 3 commands you have to get rid of a full screen ad BEFORE it executes your command or watch a 5 second ad with no option to exit it after you pressed a button to do something. This makes your TV experience in limbo.while the ad goes through. And they come up way too often and with no warning. I could be in the middle of changing the channel or volume and in it suddenly stops working because there's an ad on my screen.

I went out of my way to shove this review down your throats. When I want to use a remote the last thing I would expect is to be slammed with 15 second ads with every button I pressed annnnnd you have to click it 3 times just to close it. Are you serious!? Okay I'll just buy. Nope can't it's a subscription. I added a private dns and bypassed the ads and stuck it to these greedy monkeys. So greedy you ruined what could have been a good remote. Trust me there are better ones. Wow is this garbage!

Wayy too many ads. I know it's free, but you have to be able to use it don't you? Also it doesn't let you completely use it on your Samsung Blueray. You can play or stop a Blueray, but can't access setup which is what I'm needing it for. Unfortunately I have tried 6 diff apps & they have all failed this part.

The remote would be good, but the ads make it the most ridiculous app ever. Literally an add pops up after EVERY SINGLE TIME I click on a button. For example, I want to turn the volume up, I have to exit out of an add after each volume up clicking!😵 It's so bad, that it's funny!

First of all, it's apparently an annual subscription in order to not see ads. Second, I bought a new remote and no longer use this app, but I'm still being charged $17.92/year and there's no way to cancel it or get a refund that I can find. Would rate ZERO stars if it was possible

Unusable. Slow interaction, resets sync after every use, and locks interaction to show you ads after every 10 inputs. Volume goes up 10? Watch an ad. Scroll through 10 Netflix options? Watch an ad. This stuff doesn't usually bother me enough to use another app or certainly not enough to leave a review. But this is egregious. UNUSABLE

Google should let you give - stars to apps. This app could would be a good samsung remote app if they would let you do something before they BOMBARD you with commercials! I couldn't even get the TV powered on before I get commercials, then everytime I tried to change apps on the TV, they put a commercial up on my fon! Basically rendering the remote app USELESS! If you can't even change apps with it why would anyone keep it on their fon? DUH💩

The ads are way too much, you can't even use the remote without having to watch an ad every click! Once an ad was finally finished playing, I went to finally click a button on my phone and another ad popped up. You can barely use this remote.

Stupid app. It works, but I'm so sick of only clicking 3 times and an ad that has like 4 X's to push comes on. Ads are too long and way too many. I hate this thing. Makes me not want to watch TV when I can't find my physical remote.

So many ads you can't even load the devise without a plethora of other apps suggested to load. Would be extremely easy to simply allow straight forward loading and testing the app. What is there now is nonsense. Nothing left to do but ininstall

Yeah, it's just bad, you have to pay a monthly subscription to actually be able to use the app and even if you buy it, your Internet is probably too slow to actually do something, to use this app and actually enjoy it, you need like a perfect Internet connection.

Disconnects after like 15 min. Ads so often that when you're pressing, for example the volume button, an ad pops up and you avvidentally click on it and it takes you to the website. Very annoying.

No one, I repeat No one purchase any type of subscription, from this app. It may seem legit at first, but they will undo your purchase. With there being no 'Restore Purchase' option, they will force you to buy it again.

I'm tired of developers who think their app is an opportunity to become a multimillionaire. IMO a remote control TV app is NOT worth $1.99 PER WEEK (if you are considering paying weekly, or you want to pay over $100. Each YEAR, search Google for replacement OEM Samsung Smsrt TV remote for your model xxcxxxx. Buy the cheapest original remote you csn find), the monthly cost $5.99 or over $70 a year (again, search for a cheap OEM replacement remote), 18.00 year?? Try a one time upgrade of $5.00.

I don't recommend this application. It doesn't work! It has a lot of advertising. If I am trying to get a remote on my phone is because the TV doesn't have any way of move the channels or settings . So how in the world am I going to connect the TV to the remote?

Missing a keyboard to type on apps and search and loses connection even if the TV is ON if you don't use the controller for a min or so. This is annoying. It should keep able to keep itself connected.
