Remote for LG ThinG TV & webOS

App has lots of ads. Decided to do the 1 time payment to use the app with no ads. Paid for it, and still have ads when I open the app, at the bottom on a banner, and after so many button clicks. I have filled out their contact form twice with no response from the company. Customer service appears to be nonexistent. Edit: as you can see from the comment below, they have zero customer service. Instead of fixing the problem, the ice over it. Do yourself a favor and don't download this app.

I've had this app for a long time and always liked it until recently. The ads have gotten OUT OF CONTROL! Every few taps of the remote triggers an ad, sometimes just one tap will trigger another! Then the ads are so freaking long. Wait for the game to advertise how it's played, wait for the game to offer you a chance to play, then wait while you watch a screen that tells you to download. Sometimes the ads are so long you lose wifi and have to exit the app & start over, triggering another ad!

Experience is comical. Its horriblt glitchy. And I don't think I have EVER saw an app that had more ads. Lmfao. Tried to type a 5 letter word and their was an 5 second video ad after every single letter. Obviously there's gonna be ad's, I didn't mind that. It's how ridiculous the amount of ad's are, especially when they're video ad's where I have to waste 5+seconds on each one. There's way better LG Remote apps. Don't waste your time on this one.

So basically this app is OK in terms of it doing what it's meant to do, but my problem is all of the ads!! You barely can open the app and use it without a damn ad popping up. So they have an option for you to upgrade to for $24.99 that pretty much promises to eliminate all ads for the lifetime of using the app. So I paid the 24.99 back in November and guess what? I'm still seeing freaking ads almost every time I use this app!!! I've asked for my money back, but no luck just yet!! Please fix it!

the ads are so horrible can't turn the volume down by more than 3 because ads keep popping up, I usually never leave reviews but I'll make an exception for this horrible app, then I attempted to buy premium which it went through but who would've thought I still have ads, there goes 25 bucks because they won't get back to me. I wish I could do zero stars

This app is a complete and utter joke, nothing but CONSTANT ads. I go to the screen that is supposed to connect you to the TVs and it displays all my TVs names, but at the end of the row it says AD. When I click on my TV to connect, it immediately just opens the PlayStore to download a different remote app. Repeatedly tried to close and reopen to see if it will connect and I can do literally NOTHING but watch ads. Fxng ridiculous honestly.

Single handedly the most frustrating app I have ever used. The sheer amount of ads is insane. I get an ad for opening the app, I get an ad for selecting the remote, and I get an ad quite literally every 10 seconds whilst using the remote. It's absolutely ridiculous and completely unusable.

I am giving 1 star for the app is working good but 4 stars are cut because the ads are so frustrating. in every 10 seconds or 5 clicks the ad pops up. Most of Indians see the app without in app purchases. Please developer atleast reduce the amount of ads.

has so many ads in the free version you can hardly use the app. God forbid you have to rewind or fast forward something. it will take you 10 minutes after you sit through the obnoxious amount of ads.

I've had the app for about a week or so out of about literally 20 different apps this 1 works the best! The only downfall is there are a lot of advertisement or I would rate it 5 stars. Best free app you can download and use for free!

app no longer Powers on TV on s10 plus. I have to use power button on TV. s10e works fine tho. app used to show all my videos when casting to my TV now only some show up. has the programmer team removed some folder support from the app????

This app is full of ads when I first opened the app ad pops up and the most annoying thing is that when you want to exit the ad you literally just have to click three cross buttons to exit I'll give it a five stars if this app didn't have many ads

The ads are genuinely horrible. I use the remote for five seconds and a thirty second ad comes immediately after said five seconds.

Way too many ads I paid 29.99 for the subscription. I don't think ads should even be included. Customer service isn't available I want my refund.

Cheater App, I downloaded to check application and asked for free trial. it took permission and Deducted my 3150/- Despite cancelling my subscription. I would recommend not to download this app.

too many adds. eventually it works but you have to get through 4 minutes of non stop adds.

it a worthless remote control it doesn't work well to many ads can't do what you want to do cause there is too much adds i won't use it ever agin

I will give it four because when I am connecting it doesn't come fast and because my remote is broken I will give it four because it's useful.

one of the worst app lots of ad for example the task which take less than 30 sec with an actual remotes takes ages with this &h!t app pls delete this app from the play store thank you

Do not download and save your frustration. this app cares about making money with ads and not helping people with a remote service!
