Don't count on price quoted. I took a screenshot of my booking confirmation but it didn't have the price listed and the app doesn't show cars you've rented. They tried to charge more at the counter unless I could show my quote. It's not easy to find the price in order for them to match price. Take plenty of screenshots and thoroughly read your email and follow the links. Because the app didn't remember my rental, a quick search online will work just fine.

Nice application. It's safe, the drivers are also well mannered. There is also safety alarm in the cabs. The app also have safety features and emergency calling facility. In case the car remains stagnant at a place for a longer time (in traffic) then immediately they ask, do you need any help??? And they can connect to the emergency calling facility. It's absolutely helpful app and a big thumbs up to it.

Excellent experience using this app. As soon as we searched for a ride, it didn't take long for the cab delivering the car to find us at the airport once we connected to the temporary free wifi at the airport. Car was really cozy. The super friendly driver was also there to pick up the car when we dropped it off. They came in as the cheapest and best reviewed so we booked with them before the trip and then extended another week, as it was convenient for us. Really really nice app

At first, the agent mentioned not being able to locate the reservation in their system although I showed her the confirmation I received in email from booking online. Nevertheless, there were ample cars so we did not have a problem and was able to get a vehicle fairly smoothly. I recommended rectifying whatever this issue is for high season rentals just in case.

Though I do also must point out that the app is quite selective in its location, and doesn't support all locations, which might be a drawback for people living in locations that are not living in the available locations.
